Listening to his guessing, Wes could see the since of humor in Damien about Wes not really getting hurt and could take a hit from a train. But he did bring out some good points though "Hmm...I'm thinking it depends on the task, the powers that are required and how well we can work together. To be honest, I'd rather work with someone that's not annoying..." He mentions while looking at the course again. "But...if I can handle a mission on my own...i have no problem with that either."

Veronica didn't want to have a break down from either of them and just said "Do you want to head back inside? I may just sit here and stare at the sun for a while.". Sure Kiiros was open about killing. Some of the others may have killed as well. But the most likelly way Jen did, and the way she had, may be sickening to even Kiiros.

The warm sunny air revitalized Veronica. "Want to head back inside?" Veronica would have been fine to just stay there for a while.

The desk only contained a few sheets of research they had written down for the creation of the specialized guns the guards used to disable mutants. Something to do with convex lensing that he wasn't too interested in reading. Apparently some of the guards also just use regular military weapons since mutants like Kiiros himself aren't exactly the equivalent of Superman. There was also a mention in the writing about previous mutants they had about a month ago. "I wonder what happened to them..." He got bored with reading and tossed the papers on the floor. The mannequin was staring at him not too far away and he went to take a look at it.

"In a minute." Veronica didn't want to go back to the cruel scientists and their torturous tests, also Kiiros would eventually find some way to ruin everything anyway.

Jens breathing slowed down and became more steady, her head supported by Veronicas shoulder as she fell asleep.

Staring face to 'face' with the mannequin, it looked even more creepier up close. The organs were all placed like puzzles, even the eyes, which Kiiros proceeded to remove and melt with his fire ability. "Much better... it's rude to stare you know." He smiled at the now eyeless mannequin, tossing the remains of the plastic eyes to the floor. He saw a door next to the mannequin that he didn't notice before, his curiosity urged him to open it. He flipped on the light to which revealed shelves filled with all kinds of different chemicals. His pupils dilated in excitement, as if he just entered a room filled with his favourite toys. 'Must.... resist.... the urge.... to science....' His grip on the door handle tightened as he tried to control himself from blowing up the entire facility. A glint in the corner of his eye caught his attention. It was a scalpel, next to what apparently 'use' to be a rabbit, along with some preservative chemicals. It looked like they were testing some way to combat acid. He took the scalpel which looked a little dull and put it in his pocket. "You're coming with me..." he flashed a smirk and decided he did enough exploring and headed back to the testing room.

You know what? I am completely okay not moving from here. Veronica would occasionally use her power to rest back on loads of gamma rays.
