I may or may not know CloseEnough from another RP on another site and kind of had to join this one because it looks like fun.

Name: Actually she's not quite sure of this. No one has asked her yet, so she will have to come up with this on the spot in the Rp (ooh i cant wait to name her something silly XD)

Appearance: She stands at about 5'5" and has jet black hair and brown eyes. She has relatively light skin, and is missing the index finger of her left hand. She wears a brown leather outfit, exposing a large tatoo of some kind of tribal symbol on her shoulder. The remnants of what used to be leather armor hang off of her lower half, but she's pretty much discarded her armor completely (it was falling apart and useless)

Age: she isn't sure of this either. (is actually 23)

Personality: Friendly and outgoing, tends to say some sarcastic things when she probably shouldn't. She is a remarkably quick learner, and with given time, she can actually form complex strategies.

Faction: Not that she knows of.

Equipment: Three combat knives, a machete, and a Chinese officer's sword. She also carries bandages, rubbing alcohol, a sewing needle, dental floss, and a lighter.

Skills: Treating wounds, fighting with knives and swords, strategy.

History: She can't remember a single thing. She woke up about six hours ago with no memory of who she was, where she was or what was happening. She had a huge bleeding gash on her head, which apparently she somehow knew how to treat. So she started to head towards.. somewhere that wasn't where she was. On the way, she was attacked by raiders, and instinct kicked in. She defended herself with her swords, unfortunately getting shot in the shoulder and arm twice. She scarcely managed to survive the attack and treat her wounds. Severely weakened, she is now searching for somewhere safe to rest and regain her strength before attempting to figure out exactly who she is and where she came from. (she is fighting a losing battle, let me tell you XD)

let me know if there is anything you want me to change or fix. Also, what you know about her now is all you will ever know about her past XD

Name: Danny Hanson

Appearance: Danny looks like most ghouls only that his skin is a bit of a darker brown.He has dark brown eyes and is bald with a small patch of hair on the top of his head,Danny wears a white lab coat with white slacks along with that he wears black leather shoes.He also wears a fedora to cover his head.

Age: 27

Personality: Danny is a serious and a no nonsense kind of person before and even after he was turned into a ghoul,He is sarcastic type of person making quips and comments that would annoy most people.He knows the right ways to push peoples buttons and doesn't care if he angers or makes a person cry he only cares about himself.

Faction: None

Equipment: Switchblade,9mm pistol,Combat shotgun.Stimpacks,Super Stimpacks,Doctor Bag.

Skills: Medical,Small Guns,Lockpick.

History: Danny was born in North Carolina with his father who was a doctor.From his father he learned medicine and grew up to be a doctor for some mercs.He along with another doctor named Lana helped most of the addicts and injured men and women in the slums.

During a mission with a few other mercs members he became trapped in a cavern filled with radiation.During the course of 4 weeks he was trapped in the cave surviving on rats,bugs.

He finally made his way out thanks to some scavengers that found him.But when he came back to the merc HQ most of the doctors were horrified but eventually got use to Danny being a ghoul since he was still the best damn doctor they had.

Again New Vegas and The Outer Banks are very far away please fix this also the Followers of the Apocalpsye aren't in the Banks. Nuclear Fallout really didn't hit the Banks as hard as other places. Thank You sorry for ripping it apart its just now we are getting a bunch of characters who come from New Vegas and well to me it doesn't make sense :(). Anyways sorry.

You could start at the ORB capital or somehow end up in the standoff between the RiverCats and the ORB. Also their is the Communist down south. Whatever you do I will post with you in the IC.
