Here I am, back from the dead, and searching for casual roleplayers for a good and well written rp! The "New Sith Wars" left the Republic in shambles. They reorganised which was the chance for many planets to shift the tides of power. Whole sektor started wars among another to decide who will play a leading role in the new senate and the Republic had way too few resources to suppress such a behavior. Thanks to planet wide destruction and systems who sided with the Sith during the war, the Republic had to redo their borders, as well as find new planets with resources. In such a time, full of turmoil and chaos, the industrial sectors had problems with a rising number of industrial espionage and pirating. The Republic needs help and so they decided to give important tasks to some who showed their value during the Sith wars. The Bounty Hunters Guild! Sadly the guild also had took some blows. During the war, a great number of members decided to split from the guild and formed their own 'houses'. Most of them now ignoring the Credo of the old bounty hunter guild. A short and bloody war started, the guild wars! The guild and some of the loyal houses won but their number decreased drastically. The guild is now looking for members to handle the great income of missions from the new found Republic! (This roleplay is setting after the 'The old Republic'. Jedes and Sith exist but the fight left them worn out and they are few in numbers! The public isn't really into Jedi and Sith, thinking they are behind the war but some Jedi lead the Republic forces to new highs so they are just mumbling rumours. The guild itself...well some love em, some hate em! The greater part of civilians will treat them with respect to some length)

This could just be me having trouble with my own text blocks, but I forgot to clearly mention in the app that Yski no longer has Sticky with him, which is why he uses a regular cane, although I think you understood where I was going pretty well anyway. I feel like his motivation to find Sticky (or Sticky's motivation to find Yski, for that matter) may add an interesting twist to things whenever either of them are made to cooperate with and/or battle the Trade Federation. The amphistaves could come up as a sidequest/random encounter, or their reunion could happen offscreen if it's too much bother. The point is, though, that he doesn't have it right now, which makes him more of a stealth-oriented cowardly lion than the martial artist he's supposed to be later, since his moral support could, y'know, see what he was doing clearly and make sure something terrible didn't happen. Because character development!

Waiting for Gisk to make his post, then I will open a DOC and make a collaborative post with Hawk and Sombrero where we will have a little chitchat! I hate those tiny posts, they just slow the rp down!

The third guy with a Mandalorian armour! I know it is badass and such but meh!

@Legion-114 Anyways I think you should re-read the OOC! We are setting this after the fall of the old Republic, no Imperial Strike Force yet! The Sith (rather Dark Jedi's and the race) attacked the old Republic and lost! This plays roughly 300 years before Phantom Menace! The Republic (Not the new Republic which comes after Star Wars VI and with the fall of Palpatine )

So I have to ask if you can edit your character and maybe rewrite him!

The group lacks tech support and demolition men!

Oh and I will not accept Mandalorian armour on the fly! It's the best armour not even money can buy! As long as you do not have a God damn valid reason to wear it, don't even wear it at all!

@Chev Oh yeah, no biggy! Still not used to the 'new' layout xD Last time I was here it was still IC and OCC thread xD

@Prudence Oh please edit the part of the armor is told you! Just add a note that it just looks like a Mandalorian armour!

Sovereign is the only accepted full armour wearing Mandalorian guy which will be introduced way later in the rp! As long as I do not see a character with nearly as much effort put into him and reason! I will not accept it! This is a mid power rp! Not a game breaking overpowering contest!

Capture by decision! Kill by necessity! keeping with the loosely defined hunter code of ethics, killing was sometimes necessary. That was business, pure and simple. However, unnecessary killing was still murder. The hunter, unless otherwise directed by those leveling the bounty, must attempt to deliver the acquisition alive. Often, those leveling the bounty had a vested interest in a live target — and the target might have been better off getting killed by the hunter.
From my OCC

[Legion-114] does that answer your question? And credits will play a huge role in this rp! Credits make the galaxy go round.

Remember the famous Hutt Abba who once sang:

"Credits! Credits! Credits! Worth more than small kids! In a hutt's world!
Credits! Credits! Credits! If Blaster can't kill it! Pay with it! In hutt's world!"

Credits are meaningless to Iridonians :) i.e bribery won't work, however they all understand that they are needed to actually do things. But they are more after bloodsport than big payouts, so will more likely take out kill contracts than capture, though it's not out of the question.

What you are describing is either an assasin or a simple murderer! Both are things the guild hugely despise! Blood sports can be done in the arena of the hutt's! And the credits aren't there to bribe you! They exist so you can bribe others! Or to buy that sweet looking blaster WITH ammunition! A simple mag costs 25-50 credits, I wonder if he still thinks money is irrelevant when pulling the trigger and nothing goes off!

He is still not acceptable! There is a difference in a bounty hunter and a murderer! We do not kill for fun! Well maybe we do! But we do not kill unless the bounty acquires it! Bounties are to be captured alive since it is the job of the officials to determine if a wanted criminal deserves death or doesnt! Sometimes it is even a private person but still with a legitimate certificate!
Bounties are official Republic buisness! A bounty is government approved and so every one with a bounty on his head is a wanted criminal! He loses many right, yes, but not the one to life!

We are not the jury but if FORCED we will be the executioner!

@Legion-114 It's also worth noting that that picture is not an Iridonian. In fact, Iridonian is actually just another word for Zabrak(a species whose home planet is Iridonia).
