Yeah its $30 for the cheapest option, there's also a $50 package. Its definitely polished enough for the price, well for $30 at least. I have to say that it actually wasn't overhyped on my opinion, combat is solid like I expected and it really is a sandbox, there's barely a main quest other than some evil spirit thing that occasionally gets bored and wants you to go on a murdering spree.
