No one's made obsidian things yet, since most of the world lacks volcanoes. But yes, the Ironheart ranges are volcanic, so you should find some obsidian there.

*raises eyebrows* no one?

@Kho Ah, I did. With the trader girl.

"Oh really? Bad Juice? Your blushing face and smirk tells me otherwise" she was thinking if stabbing him with the obsidian knife she had would work, he looked like a wimp

I stand corrected.

But obsidian still wouldn't be wide-spread, due to volcanoes being somewhat localised on Galbar.

That is for sure. The woman in question was clearly a collector of oddities (Which for Galbar's standard is pretty odd)

@LokiLeo789
After thinking about it for a while and reading your post with Termite I have come up with my mind on the topic:

Ilunabar had always dealt with the things called "sin" on quite a favorable way. The Phantasmagoria's main group of "geniuses" for example, had a lot to do with Sins. Grinder was a lazy gluton, Susa had the wanderlust, the Vascogne are the greedy trade people. Etc.

And let's not get started on Pride. And that is where the differences of view start, to quote the latest post. "But was any Pride truly good? It was called a Sin for a reason, he knew that oh so well"

In Illy's view yeah, Pride is quite good, and necessary, and like other feelings, shouldn't be eaten away and turning the person into puppets. She made sure Lifprasil wouldn't do that kind of stuff and was clearly bothered by his psych powers, it makes sense her reaction would be the same here.

I think this alone is a point of rivalry, and I think this makes sense In Character without the influence of my views on Xerxes OOC. (And sincerely, after reading Jvan's collab, it feels far more OK with the current tech than the "multiple harbors" thing of the other post)

So, unless you are clearly against it, some shenanigans might start happening on the borders of Amartía's influence.

I'm all for it. I have no Might to really nation build, some conflict would be nice. If there were there to be some sort of insurrection though, he crushing that shit. Iron fists of justice!

No explicit mention has been made of obsidian arrowheads, but I assume they're to be found implied somewhere. What's a lined blade?

Like Aztec obsidian lined swords.

EDIT: At least, no one has explicitly made obsidian yet.

So if he were to harvest it, no one would object?

@WrongEndoftheRainbow, was Lazarus a god or a demigod?

P.S. @LokiLeo789, no one would object. Teknall built the Ironhearts to be mined.

Well that's perfect. It's kinda hard a gauge what Sin is capable of right now since he is out of might. All those precious jewels and metals to be harvested for his pyrimad! And weapon creation.

@LokiLeo789, note that most mortals don't know how to make metal yet. The Lifprasillians seem to have some, and in the near future the Rovaick will be taught metalworking, but currently access to metals is limited.

A strange thought just struck me. In your view, which of the seven sins does each god suffer from? And which of the seven virtues do they (if they) have?

Depending on where you are, you might just have to manipulate more Rovaick.

Pride / Diligence for Ilunabar, in my opinion. Though Envy and Liberality are up there too.

Idk, she is just a quirky "ideas guy" most of the time.

Lazarus represents the lust for knowledge, yet the diligence of seeking knowledge. Or I dunno. It's midnight.
