Avera smiled and giggled, still rubbing. "Is that better little one?" She asked.

[Aristocles]

Auryn looked at her with his big eyes. At least, big for his size. Although he couldn't speak yet, the look on his face said it all, given his smile and half-closed eyes. He yawned and cooed softly.

"He's just like his father" Caex explained. "My mother gave me a lot of back rubs too, and I enjoyed every last one of them. He's probably tired, now."

Nyx smiled and nodded, "I know" she said, standing

sasha nodded, but said, "its Hrd to imagine that you needed me" she sais

"We can go see tran and orna" hermia said, "that way, we both get to see a sibling

Tran nodded, "alright" he said, "ill stay here"

Avera nodded and finished the rub, turning Auryn and putting him on her shoulder. "Well, today has certainly been a big day for him," She said.

[Aristocles]

"Indeed. We need to pay close attention to how he grows, and how he's fed. Speaking of which, he's probably going to be hungry soon. I hope you are ready to nurse him" Caex said, saying the last part with no small amount of trepidation. He didn't know what it would be like, and the whole idea of nursing and how it must feel was alien to him. Unlike human men, male dracons didn't even have nipples, let alone the female capacity for nursing.

"So, please don't worry when the egg will come" Larek said to her.

"I needed a female who could give me love, not just to give me an outlet for my... energies" Kos explained.

"Good idea" Veax said. "Orna always so nice to me, so she'd be happy to see us."

"What sort of exercises did you have in mind?" Orna asked.

"I'll try not to" nyx said, "but I cant seem to help it" she said with a laugh

"Oh. Well. I'm glad I could be that female" Sasha said with a smile

"Alright" hermia said, "and trans always happy to see anyone"

"Not sure. We'll start with stretches first" tran said thoughtfully

"It'll be fine, I've been using the stuff my mother gave me so nursing Auryn won't be an issue. Now, I think I'll give him a quick bath to get him all nice and clean," Avera said, starting upstairs.

[Aristocles]

"That works too" Caex said, happy to get the issue over with. "Let's get the last of that stuff from his egg off of him, then." He thought about it for a moment. "You don't think that magic had anything to do with Auryn's unusual height, do you?"

"Well, it is good that you care. Just don't let it get to you; you don't want to end up like Veax" Larek said, smiling.

"You were everything I could ever hope for" Kos explained.

"I'll get the stone, then" Veax told her.

"Agreed." Orna began stretching, moving her left leg almost vertically. She was, as many dracon females were, quite flexible.

Nyx kaughed, "I'll try not to" she said, "I guess im just imoatient for the egg to be here"

Sasha smiled, and hugged him, "you are everything I want" she said softly, "we will have a hatchling soom. I know we will"

"Alright" hermia said, "I'll go dress"

TrN smiled and watched orna for a moment, before starting himself

"Maybe, but it could also be simply because it's something that runs in our families. My human brothers are all tall as well," Avera called as she filled a shallow basin with warm water.

[Aristocles]

"Interesting to consider" Caex said. He looked at Auryn. "Male dracons grow in two main phases. First, he'll grow fairly quickly, but slow down at about age three. Then, when he is fourteen, our son will really start shooting up. He'll get stronger at that time too. Much, much stronger."

"Me too, but we can't rush it" Larek cautioned.

"I sure hope so. I don't see what we are doing wrong" Kos sighed.

"We're going to see family. You'll probably have to take it off again when you get there" Veax said, smiling.

After a while, they were done stretching. Orna let out a long sigh. "That's much better. Nice and loose."

"I know, I know. I just wish it were now" nyx said, "sometimes I wonder how I will even know when its time" she sighed

"Sometimes these things take time" Sasha said, "and us worrying over it won't help. So I'm going to stop worrying and stressing about it, and just enjoy being with you" she said it confidently, sure she could do it.

"I know" hermia said, "but id rather not travel so bare, even if it is just with the gate stone"

Tran nodded, finishing up his stretches, "perfect"

[Aristocles]

"You'll know, or at least, your body will" Larek told her.

"You make a good point. Maybe its just me being too uptight" Kos said.

"Heh. Good point. Best to put it on" Veax replied.

"I'm going to do some situps" Orna explained..

Nyx nodded, but she still worroed about that. "Yeah. I guess"

"Well, I can always help you not be so uptight" sasha said

hermia smiled, quickly going and dressing, returning in a matter of moments

tran nodded, shifting so they both had enough room. He would start with some push ups

"And how do you feel right now?" Larek asked.

"I think that was a problem we both had when we met" Kos said, intrigued. "What did you have in mind?"

"Looking good, dear" Veax replied.

Orna smiled, seeing her husband's display of raw strength.

"Mhm. Human males don't grow as fast," Avera said, settling Auryn in the water after making sure it wasn't too hot. "Can you hand me that bar of soap my mother gave us when we visited her last?"

9nyx blinked, thinking on that. "Uh, well, restless, tried. Feeling slow, even tjough I am restless. Mostly? Confused"

"Well, theres massage. Mediation. Things like that" sasha said

Hermia smiled, "thanks, im ready"

Traj comoleted a few reps of oush up, looking over to see orna watching him

"Sure thing" Caex said, handing her the soap. "Also, when do you want to let the others know? My parents and yours will be happy to hear that they have a grandson"

Larek thought on that. "The time may be closer than you realize. When dragonesses are ready to lay, they get an urge to set up a nest, or to prepare it."

"We've done a lot of massages. Maybe meditation instead" Kos suggested.

"Then let's go. Take my arm and I'll use the stone" Veax told her.

Orna had stopped her situps. "Did anyone ever tell you what pushups look like? It's actually making me feel kinda..." she gave him a smile.

"Yeah, except our nest is oretty much set up" nyx said, looking about the house.

"Alright, lets try then" sasha said

hermia went over, taking his arm and smiled

tran laughed, "well, now I can see what itnlooks like" he said still laughing,

"In a few days, I want to make sure Auryn's alright before we introduce him to new people." Avera took the soap and started washing Auryn.
