Yeah i know what you mean, managing such a list would be difficult now. Especially since there's already multiple interpretations of who's the smartest in each universe along. Characters like Amadeus Cho, who is canonically stated as being the 7th/8th smartest person on the planet would probably end up getting bunked to around 20 or something! I'd like to think Banner is still up there, but that's as I don't know of anyone within DC who is his intellectual counterpart in terms on being the foremost expert on radiation and Gamma Energy.

I mean, intelligence itself is hard to define to begin with and certainly some characters might excel more in certain topics than others might despite being very intelligent.

Batman probably has more tactical intelligence than Hank Pym, but probably not the same knowledge of Pym Particles and their attendant subjects.
