London, present day, morning.

Katya Moreno.... found that eating was next to impossible under the piercing gaze of the vampire that sat across the table from her at breakfast. His nearly white skin was so creepy in contrast to the color of decent, normal people. Not to mention he was a large creature, with broad shoulders and a firm jawline, with skin just thin enough to reveal the muscular detail of the muscles in his neck and jaw. His bite must've been strong. Those flashy yellow eyes of his fixed on her, barely masked by a pair of dark shades as she considered reaching for her coffee. ... Did he have to sit so fucking perfectly still?

The diner-cafe was busy, or rather, it had been busy, until the Soldier squadron showed up. The Soldier organization wasn't exactly a big hit in the United Kingdom, since the country insisted it had the whole vampire-human conflict under control without them. And indeed, they appeared to. Somehow the UK, unlike most other nations, were able to rise victorious after the Nightwars and quell the vampire revolution without Soldier's aid, and therefore also without the aid of vampires. Humans ruled here, or at least they believed they did, and vampire incidents were extremely rare under the current system.

It was almost a slap in the face to Soldier's claim to necessity in maintaining world order. If one country could control vampires without them, then they really had no reason to police the planet, and their worldwide influence would therefore eventually wane.

Soldier headquarters didn't like that, and that was partially why they had sent this little envoy and two elite agents to London. Something fishy was going on, or so rumor had it. Rumor claimed that some obfuscated elder vampire had simply killed all the vampires in this land. Another claimed that vampires were secretly puppeting the government from afar. The truth was yet to be discovered. It was worth looking into, according to their superiors, and since Soldier didn't really have any more wars to fight, Mithias' group go stuck with the job.

Mithias continued motionless, watching Katya attempt to eat. Sonja, Ashley, Allison, and Roman sat around the table as well, listening to the news report ramble on a tv screen overhead. "...for a nation run by vampires, they certainly haven't slowed down in technological advancement. Only in Japan folks, only in Japan. In other news, a string of recent attacks in Finland and Russia are calling Soldier's attention as the wave of killings move west..." Mithias didn't appear to be listening, but he was.

"Are we quite finished with breakfast?" Mithias finally asked. "Good. Now it's time we address the matter at hand. As you know, we have been sent as a peace envoy to London to represent Solider and discuss peace tactics, however, our undisclosed mission is to seek out any and all vampire activity that could be interfering with local politics. You keep that piece of information to yourselves. Need I remind you that this is not a vacation. We'll be visiting Parliament, touring the Buckingham Palace, and meeting with high ranking law enforcement authorities during our stay. Soldier expects a detailed report upon our return. As your commander, I will be telling you when and where you are to leave the group and when and where to reconvene. Are there any questions?"

"eto piz`dets! ty che, blyad?” Roman spat at the TV screen, his knuckles deep in what the locals call food and shoved it ungratefully in his mouth as he leaned back in a rickety aluminum folding chair. His other hand balancing a pint of warm beer, wincing as he took a sip. "Do you guys see this shit?" Pointing at the headline with his beer hand. "I should be there, in Russia-fighting with blood brothers against blood suckers!" The aggrivation in his voice was easily noticed and Roman rarely gave a damn if others didnt like it. Rin just watched silently, but listened closely to what Mithias was saying. Giving a psychic nod in The Vampires direction to acknowledge that even if Rome was busy ranting she would know what to do.

Rin-aziel partially separated with Roman just to lean in closer towards the lunch table they were all conferencing around, with the exception of Roman and a few others gawking at the Television. Her form took that of a petite dark haired woman with a short haircut commonly seen in the United Kingdom, her figure covered in the illusion of military fatigues in muted colors. Albeit the perceptive eye would notice her constant waivering figure, most would be too distracted by the obvious pale vampire.

Rin raised a gentle hand as to grab Mithias' attention. "Well, two questions actually... Who may i ask had the bright idea of placing a unit in which our commanding officer is a Vampire, in a country who prides themselves in getting rid of said vampires, and orders us to parade around the biggest tourist attractions as if dangling a large chunk of meat in front of a hungry beasts mouth?" Rin gave a sarcastic smile pausing between her next question. "So... Why didnt we come here sooner?" A wide toothy grin came across her face. The anxiety in Romans veins mixed with her lustfull romance with death made her so giddy she could hardly contain herself.

Katya finished her eggs and sausage, while listening to Mithias' speech. "So, 'Commander' I understand their security is gonna be pretty tight. so that counts out all our heavy weapons.." Sonja sighed and leant back in her chair "Nothing bigger than a pistol then. doubt the local Police will need a heavily armed unit walking their streets in broad daylight causing panic." Katya finished the last of her coke and looked to Mithias. "So where we putting all our gear while were being all peaceful."

Ash was still listening to Rome, and to the TV. She wanted to be on the frontlines aswell, but if the bigwigs at HQ thought it was smarter for them to be on this 'peace' mission then it was probably for a reason "Dont worry about not seeing any action here, soon as were done here I reckon we'll be well behind enemy lines. Just you wait and see"

Allison was sitting back on her chair and rested her feet on the table as she listened to the words of everyone in the room. She knew some of them, but most of them were unknown to her. "She does have a point. We can't just run around carrying military equipement and say that we are a peace envoy. We would rather look like leopards than doves, if you know what I mean. Also, if we encounter strong targets, this limits our combat strength to small caliber weapons and knives. This could potentially be a problem, so I hope you do have a good plan prepared for this scenario."

She sighted as she put her feet off the table and leaned forward. "I too would prefer a nice battle to this game of cat-and-mouse, but I am getting paid for doing what you say so I'll have to go with it for now." Allison reached for the bowl of fruits which was in the middle of the table. She grabbed one of the apples and took a big bite out of it. "I hope you're right." she replied to Ash's comment without having slugged down. A few more bites followed until only it's core was left. She threw it over her shoulder at the wastebin a few meters behind her and scored.

Sonja sighed and checked the mission data she had stored on her tablet. "Ok, so from what ive gathered from the Commander, ive come up with two plausible ideas for getting this job done safely, for us and for the civilians. Option one. we hide pistols on our person so if any threat decides to show their face were prepared. however that does mean were at risk should they attack with heavy weapons. Option two. we have three of us lag behind just so it looks like their tailing us. we of course tell the security team with us our plan, that leaves us able to use small arms, including SMGs and sawn off's. However it does leave the 'face' of our operation a bit undefended until backup arrives. Or we take option three, we dont take weapons and we assume nothing bad will happen. At the end of the day Mithias its up to you."

Over on the other side of the Table Ash had decided to tell war stories while the 'grown ups' speak. "So apparently yeah, during the human vampire war. you know how they only tell us about SOLDIER and the Rogue vampires. well apparently dont quote me on this, but there was apparently a third group. ok, so imagine the nazis are back and they hate vampires instead. they were essentially that but apparently they killed an entire SOLDIER base aswell. anyways, they apparently helped us win the war and well, no one has seen them since. Cant even remember the name of them anymore. they just ceased to exist completely"

Katya heard the talk of this third group she leaned back and decided to listen in. she knew exactly who Ash was talking about. she had witnessed the destruction of that base single handedly. she stared that evil in the eye that day, and still now she had nightmares of it. her facial expressions clearly showed how shocked she was. she had gone completely white and was shaking now.

A middle aged man walked his way across an old RV. The man looked experienced, well disciplined, and confident. Despite the fact his clothes were torn to pieces. The RV it self looks like it had its own personal tornado run through it. With pots, pans, tools, and varnish firearms scattered through out the place. Cabinets opened and broken, and the side door almost completely off its hinges. But the man didn't seem to care. He just grabbed the fallen coffee machine off the ground and made himself a cup. Stopping only once to deal with the banging below the floor. "Shut up already! I'll deal with you in a bit." The man then finished up his coffee, walking his way over to a small closet. Inside a collection of blades, guns, and other strange odds and ends. He grabbed a large blade, spanning at least three feet, sharp enough to cut metal.

The man walked himself outside, pushing the broken side door out of his way as he walked. The RV was parked in the middle of a desert somewhere in the south western section of the United States. "You're gonna pay for the damage you did boy." He opened a storage compartment built into the undercarriage of the mobile home, then stepped back. "You have any last words before I kill you dirtbag?" As he spoke, an old man stepped out of the storage compartment. His clothes torn and beaten. His hair missing at points, and greying heavily. Dog tags hung from his neck reading, "Hank P Miller". He rubbed the blood off his face with his dirty fingers. "Now that you mention it? I do. More of a question actually." The middle aged man looked at him with confusion. "What the hell would you want to ask moments before I gut your damn ass?" Hank smiled to his opponent. "How dependent are vampires on their sight?" The man with the blade stood in confusion for a moment. Wondering what the old man could be planning. "You must thing I am some kind of stupid? Is that it?" He looked at the machete, then back to the old man. "You know what? Doesn't matter. Gonna kill you anyways." He readied the blade to attack, the old man stepped into the swing, barely avoiding it. Then kicking the man down to the dirt.

The man stood up fast, faster then a human should be able to. "You having fun human!?" Screamed as the mans fangs showed. Soon grabbing Hank by the neck faster then Hank could react. "Not, really. Work isn't fun. Just a job that needs to get done." Hank spent many years hunting vampires. Many times some will follow him back to his home of residence in attempts to get revenge or to get him before he can get them. After a while Hank had to start preparing for this.

Hank grabbed what looked like a simple bar in the framing of the RV, reveling it to be a makeshift lever. Before either Hank or the vampire could respond to this action, the two were separated by a force that Hank believed to be stronger the both Humans and most vampires. "BOOM!" Roared the shotgun from behind the aluminum frame, sending the vampire back about ten feet. The gun was placed to be close to head level in hopes for a decapitation. Though this vampire was slightly taller then average. Suffering blood loss from the twelve gauge slug the vampire struggled to focus again as his shoulder started healing. "That's it!" He tried to stand to attack Hank. Only dropping as Hank's blade removed the vampires foot. "I want you to know that I don't take pleasure in this. That if need be I would leave you alone. But I can't." The vampire tried to stand again, this time being successful, but being limited to standing on a stump and his already messed up foot.

The vampire charged Hank out of rage, but with out decent balance or with out his advantage of speed, he was an easy target for Hank. Hank swung the blade sideways severing the vampires head. "We all have to pay for our crimes someday, just unfortunate for you that my time comes later then yours." He went to work. Now he had a body to deal with, and he was limited on time. So he dug a hole for the vampire's body, and a separate one for the head just in case. He set them both ablaze, then after it stopped, burring them both. He knelled over the newly dug grave. "I know I said this before, but I really am sorry ti came to this. But when you start killing for your own needs, murdering the innocent? That's when we have a problem." He stood up. "I'm sure if there is a hell you'll be waiting for me. I'll be ready when I meet you and the others." He walked back to the RV, using a small cable to hold the side door on as he drove off. Hank never did get his question answered though, he would have to do that another time.

Mithias glanced casually at the news that was aggravating the Russian. "Isn't that exactly what you are doing, Roman?" He replied to the new agent's ranting comments. "After all, working with Soldier is the best way to protect the innocent and keep blood-drinking tyrants from rising up. Besides, you must hold up your end of the bargain before Soldier will attempt to separate you and Rinaziel." Having lived quite a long time himself, the vampire understood keenly Roman's frustration. "Don't worry. I'm sure another Elite squad has already been dispatched to deal with the skirmishes. We have a job to do here in London. If the rumors are true, that vampires are controlling this nation from behind the scenes, then we might uncover the greatest threat to humanity in modern times, far greater than Japan or any up-start terrorist cult."

Rin raised a gentle hand as to grab Mithias' attention.

"You bring up a very good point, Rin. Vampires are not well liked here, but they are not illegal. The fact that they are supposedly so few in number in the UK and do not have Soldier protecting them could become a problem. Should I be attacked, I am reluctant to defend myself. The last thing Soldier needs is bad press coming from our visit. I'll try to keep a low profile.

The same advice goes for you as well, Rin, although... I am beginning to wonder if Agent Harper isn't more in need of such a reminder." Mithias inclined his shade-covered eyes toward Ashley indicating for her to keep the violence to a minimum.

Katya finished the last of her coke and looked to Mithias. "So where we putting all our gear while were being all peaceful."

Mithias nodded with a swift reply to her question. Clearly, he had this all planned out. "We'll be keeping it in a van, down by the river, and I mean the Thames of course. Bring pistols, but keep something else concealed. Americans are generally thought to be armed since the old war, so we will likely have to make a show of surrendering our weapons. Nonetheless, I want to make it unquestionably paramount during this mission, that if you do encounter a vampire, you are not to engage. You report to Soldier and not to the local authorities in case of occult corruption. Am I clear?"

Sonja sighed and checked the mission data she had stored on her tablet. "... At the end of the day Mithias its up to you."

"Always carry a weapon, Sonja. Even if it's your teeth."

Then Ashley started talking about something that made Katya turn white and even Mithias' skin crawl. It was the Purge. Mithais knew, but it was like the rest of the world had forgotten. Surprisingly, it appeared these two agents also had some degree of recollection. Mithias slowly leaned forward and placed a white finger on the bridge of his glasses and pushed them up slightly, causing white light to reflect blindingly off the surface of his shades. "I know of whom you speak, Agent Harper. They are an enemy with no remorse and no mercy, and they will kill anyone, everyone in their path. Let us hope to never hear their name spoken again." His ominous words lingered.

"Ahem. ... Now then. Everyone? Get in the van. It's time to go to work."

Night falls noisily with the hustle and bustle of the London streets. And where the Solider found nothing amiss here, save for perhaps the dodgy foods Tesco offered, not during the daylight hours at least. A few tourist traps, a fish and chip shop, and a brief meeting with the one of the lower rung members of the S.I.S. meant the day had went off without a hitch thus far. A few tours of the city, suggestions for the next stop, and places to visit by the local guides. All in all a very convincing diplomatic mission. As if Solider were simply American tourists who were being told that there is no vampire threat here, as repeated several times by the media and government. What happens at night however is merely attributed to crime, for ignorance is bliss, and the public won't miss one or two souls who fall through the cracks. As long as they believed the drug of lies they were being told, everyone was happy, and the state of the nation was preserved. Imagine the outcry and panic which would happen if one day we awoke to find ourselves in a very different nation?

A call went to Mithias, the captain here of the squad, a word from headquarters. Was it over then? or did they have something more to investigate for all they turned here was the best chipper on Kings Street. It was rather good fish and chip, served with a heavy brew offered for the sake of malt, and best of all it came with the daily news as a wrap. Then again, they did have to look the part of tourists, despite being well out of place and on the vigilant look out for activity which was not there. "Hello, um, Agent Varomere, or do you prefer Captain Varomere sir?" A slightly timid voice on the other end of the line addressed the leading vampire, "I'm Agen- Well it doesn't matter who I am I guess, we'll meet when you get back for the debriefing but HQ's assigned me as your personal, or I guess your squad's intelligence officer or um, aide or assistant. I err- Well, anyways, one of our other agents working in Japan 'overhead' a vampire mentioning a nightclub in your area, Du Lac, I believe, I'm sending the coordinates over now, um, do try and stay safe, and HQ wants me to remind your team not to cause any international incidents, Our relationship with the UK, is tenuous at best. Is there anything else you'd like me to do for you Agent Varomere?"

London held a very different kind of nightlife.

There it was on an unassuming bend, down the alley, turned the street. Tucked between, a large two-story building with a deep set basement set quietly against the backdrop of London's streets. One of the many nightclubs, pubs and whatever else could attract the nightstalkers like moths to a flame littered around London. It was amongst the many of its kind, advertised in neon to attract the wandering patron. The warm red light hummed with electric energy, pulsating to the rhythmic beats of whatever music was playing inside. Almost like a blood-filled artery. The light from below the tinted glass doors did the very same, strobing with flashes of red, whites, and yellows. It beckons your forth, mesmeric lights enticing you to take each step closer towards the door. There was no bouncer, no man at the door, only the peeking light which draws us all in.

Into the swirl of lights flashing across the bodies of strangers. Raving as they were upon the dance floor, picking up drinks and leaving off empty cups at the long bar on the far wall. The smell of alcohol, sweat, lust and delirium masque heavily by the intoxicating aromas pumped through the air by the ventilation. There it was, the scent of the dark woods, powerful and alluring, the subtle musk and fresh breeze, the umber dark sweetness of the new moon. Pale faces, dark clothes, some clad in scant articles, while others were overly fashionable and draped in the finest of this season's line. It was indeed the den of vice it was billed to be, a place where debauchery was allowed, expected even. Private booths for the business of sitting after the festivities lined either side, to the left and right, and one was certainly roped being quietly reserved. It was a place of ecstasy for those souls blackened by the desires of the flesh. The drinks flowed like the bars, and the bars dropped like ice to the bottom of the glass, the DJ and the bartenders working up the crowd on the main floor into a frenzy. And this was only the ground floor.

Venture up the twisting glass staircase to the floor above, into the other party life. For if below was pandemonium, this was nirvana and life continued on in the paradise of both. Release your inhibitions, and hang up what clothes you wish, join these strangers at the poolside, or perhaps wade into the pool itself. Yes, dive into the cool waters of the infinity pool, let it refresh you from the nausea of the party down below where the heat and passions reign. Let the blue light make you forget, the purple light make you remember, and the white light make you whole. Here the calm tranquility of relaxation and sated desires shall take their place. Mind look down beneath, through the glass floor of the pool to see those below, dancing to the music of the night like madmen, spilling their drinks unto the porous stone floors which drank it up. Know that from above one can see below, and from below they too can see above, and many bodies flitting between each realm. A nightclub designed like none other. Reminiscent of a roman bath and orgy all the same.

Come in, find yourself at home amongst the clandestine crowd. Alluring and attractive, dark seducers, chasers all of the incarnadine drinks available behind the counter. For yes, many of the visitors here were indeed creatures of the night, vampires, not only those local but a few travelling from far. For in all its glory, the London nightlife was just that, a realm for creatures which belonged to the darker half of the world by the graces of the Dark Lord of the UK. The very man who owned this place, seen as a legitimate business man by the government which he puppets, a vampire who has managed to establish an establishment for the vampires to get their fix. For the greater good it was to be done, a watering hole to save the majority of lives of the public. The rule was of course to never ask the man where his blood came from, and always assumed the blood banks had much of his coin. For in this subtle mask, never venture into the basement, the locked trapdoor beneath the counter from which the blood taps ran deep underground. For ignorance was safety, and for those brave humans enticed by this life? None of the vampires would mind if they were brought a drink, either from the bar, or fresh...

Black, swirling, teasing black smoke clouded her eyes. The smell was powerful, encompassing all of her senses. Bright red embers danced agelessly on the ground and flew into the wind. Not only was the smell horrendous but so was the heat. A shimmer of sweat from her forhead to her hands was a was a lot to sweat for an Amethyst vampire.
Nia cried out as the bright orange flower latched onto her clothing, with a quick twist she blew it out and continued her search. "Pierce!!" she called for him as loud as she could, purposely projecting her voice with that special pitch, desperate he would hear her over the roaring flame. Several long agonizing moments passed as she stood still and waited. The forest burned around her, tree branches crashed to the ground showing no mercy to those below. Even for a vampire, it was not a place one would want to be.
"Nia!" Her head whipped around so fast if she was human it would have snapped her neck. Her friend stumbled towards her, long gashes covered him from head to toe. Not fatal but painful until they healed. Rushing towards him she nearly recoiled at the smell. They used iron! Bloody iron! Cursing heavily Nia grabbed onto him and pulled.
"They must be closing in! We must hurry." Pierce and Nia ran and ran. Stopping for nothing they continued on, they cared not for direction but spared a small mournful thought to their burning homeland. Nia stopped for the first time in several days, her eyes were nearly black with hunger as was her companion's. Stepping close to the busy road the two vampires eyed the flashing vehicles. Blinking slowly Nia whispered quietly, although the humans would not hear them they did not want to cause any unnecessary disturbance with the animals. That is something they would hear.
"We are close by London, there we can rest and regroup." Nia hissed angrily under her breath, "Who were those people? I did not recognize them by sight nor scent! And to beat you with iron!" She made a fist and eyed some of the trees, forgetting description for the moment. Pierce lay a hand on her shoulder comfortingly.
"Lets not dwell on it, ok? You are right, food is defiantly something we need right now, and I know a good seedy place in London were we can defiantly find some cold criminals." He gave her a small smile before standing up. He reached out to her with soft hands. As vicious as he could be he always treated her gently. "Lets go."
With a nod they set out on a slow steady jog, preparing for the hunt ahead.

Sonya sat back in her chair in the apartments across the street from the Du Lac. she had her laptop and tablet synced up to the agents cameras that she had given them so she could monitor what was going on in the club. "Hunter Squad signal so i know your synced and the cameras are working" she said into the microphone on her desk. Katya stood by the bar and ordered a small whisky and coke, she tapped the side of the glass twice while the camera was aimed at it. "Hunter two-three is in position at the bar." Ashley proceeded to stand by the toilets. she flicked her hands infront of the camera"Hunter two-four in position by the bathroom" "Ok Hunters four and three, i have you location marked on my map. Hunters one, two and five please check in to confirm positions"

The overall tour in Romes eyes was a continious bore, long boring walks followed by long boring talks followed by even more walking. He felt like nothing was getting accomplished, his anxiety creeping down his spine and to the tip of his toe as he began tapping in annoyment at every chance he got. Rin felt his anxiety and did all she could to calm him, remembering past times of them together sending images of him in their mind back in America working on his old '62 ford fairlane with Rin in the background dancing to various music being played on the radio. It helped... But even Rinaziel was getting annoyed at some points. Although she did enjoy a bit of the history during some of the tours, one her few actual vices being art and music. Anything that filled the senses that she was left with after the experiment.

Nightfall...

Come nightfall they arrived at their destination, a shady looking club on the "darker" side of town. Even though they were both merged while sitting stuffed in the van both of them had smiles from cheek to cheek. "Bout time we had a little fun on our patriotic mission" Roman quipped. With wepon restrictions a bit more lenient now he decided to wear his Lucky jacket despite the muggy warm weather that night. This allowed him to conceal not only his favorite revolver loaded with a special blend of silver jacketed cedar core bullets, he also had his 12 gauge shotgun loaded with buckshot mixed with some silver and lead buckshot for good measure, stock folded and slung deep in concealment behind his shoulder in a special pocket in his coat. Last but not least he stashed a basic Makarov pistol to his right ankle just in case. No blades, no clubs, no problem.

Upon entry to the club Rome and Rin knew their roles. Be the center of attention. Roman obviousy from out of town thanks to his accent was to make himself big, keep everyones eyes on him while the others do their things behind the scenes. Fixing his jacket collar propping up the hidden mic sewn in the stitching and camera on a nearby button and flicked the button to test the vid feed. "Hunter two five about to get his boogey on at this dance floor!" Roman chuckled as he proceeded to pull two of the closest human girls near him towards the center of the dance floor. Pool right above him and a perfect viewpoint for all to see him as well as him seeing anything coming his way. Pulling one of the scantily clad women close to him and dancing like theres no tomorrow, laughing and gesturing for more to join. "C'mon ladies, the Big Boss has come to town and he wants all of you lovely ladies to boogey with him. With the help of Rin masking his scent from others, he appeared to be just an ignorant tourist looking for a good time.

Roman was enjoying himself but Rin on the other hand was on lookout. The low fog created by the DJ's fog machines gave a perfect cover for their smoky outline. The music was loud and amazing, lights filled the air and the smells of blood, sweat, hormones and sex was driving Rin crazy. All her vices in one room, and she had no choice but to keep herself composed. It was hard to resist, when Roman pulled one of the women close every inch of her wanted to wrap herself around the unsuspecting girl and take her body in more ways than one. It hurt, but she had to resist... If not for the mission, then for her "Humanity".

"Copy that two-five. watch your back. two-one and two-two, waiting on your sync."She was looking at the Camera feed from Rome's camera when she noticed something peculiar. "Hunter two-five can you turn ninety degrees to your right for me, i think ive noticed something. Hunter two-three, make your way to Hunter two-five be ready if anything kicks off." Ash watched from her corner as Katya moved away from the bar to a table near the dance floor. "Hey Kitty Kat you got eyes on whatever it is Sonja's found."

"Nothing as of yet Ash. Go get me another drink and bring it to the table will you?" she said. As she took a seat at the table, two bald white men approached her. "Hey Lady, your looking fine tonight. You wanna drink or dance." the first of the two called out over the music. "No thanks, im waiting for my friend." "Hey Lady, we wasnt asking you, we was telling you." Katya sighed so loud that it was a surprise no one heard her. "Look asshole, im not dancing with either of you so how about you run along and find some one else." Ashley could see that Katya was in trouble but she looked as though she could handle things for a few moments. she turned to the barmen "Yo, Barkeep. Ill take a white russian and Vodka on the rocks."

Roman nodded in recognition to what Sonya said ninety degrees to the left... Or was it right? Damn Rin was getting to excited and was throwing off his mindset. He knew it was a bit of a chance throwing her in the middle of a club with so much stimulation around her. Its like sticking a hungry lion in a room filled with meat with her mouth sewn shut. Roman turned 90 degrees right and took a long deep breath, his senses heightened by Rin. Every second was 4 seconds, every minute an hour. His eyes scanned the area but saw nothing, Rin was blurring his vision with her desire. He could smell something was off and the lizard part of his brain was throwing off signals to watch out. Rome kept his composure and smiled at one of his dancing partners. "Tell me my little Shlyukha, do you like to play Marco-Polo?" the question made no sense but it was a signal stating that Rin is starting to lose control so something needs to be done fast.

"There, the barman"she stopped the footage and enhanced the zoom. she could see it a lot clearer now. she had paused the footage as he smiled. where his incisor should have been were fangs, fangs of a vampire they were told were not in London. "Roman, we got a problem. the barman is a V. i need more confirmation of this. from what im aware of, Ashley just ordered a White Russian. Play it off as a joke at your expense and see if you can get me a better look at that guy."

Meanwhile the two men were still bothering Katya. "You are coming with us Lady." Katya sighed again, guys would always hit on her in bars and at this point it was getting pretty boring. "Im not going anywhere with you, You see that Girl other there..." she pointed over to where Allison was stood. "Thats my Girlfriend, She's Ex-Special Forces..." People that knew Katya could tell she was lying, but these two 'Goons' couldnt tell their Arse from their Elbow they were that Drunk. "And if you two thugs dont leave within the next five seconds, I will get her to come over here and kick. Your. Asses. Got that Skin Head?" she was clearly getting very pissed off at this point. "HAHAHA, that bitch. over there. Probably couldnt hurt a fly. you know what f**k it. ill take you both on" his friend clearly found his approach very amusing. "Haha, you tell her Jimmy.". If someone could actually become red with anger Katya would have been a prime example of this right now. "OKAY ASSHOLE HOW ABOUT WE MAKE THIS INTERESTING THEN, ME AND MY GIRL TAKE YOU AND YOUR DIMWIT FRIEND HERE OUTSIDE. YOU WANT A FIGHT ILL GIVE YOU A F**KING WAR" the guy started to sound nervous but he'd already committed himself to the threat. "Ok then. ill fight you and your little barbie doll over there, its gonna be easy" In hear head Katya thought to herself Its your funeral pal. literally.

London streets, midday.
----------------------

Somewhere between one venue and another, Mithias spontaneously took out a slim black phone and placed it to his ear. His phone must have been on vibrate, because none of the other agents had heard it ring. Mithias paused and turned away from the group as he listened to a timid voice on the other line.

The young man hesitated anxiously in his speech. It was probably his first time speaking to a vampire, not to mention to 'the' Mithias Varomere. Brow furrowing, Mithias considered that this call could have been a setup, his number could have been leaked, and now some enemy was trying to take out his agents. Calmly, he demanded verification. "Give me your name, and read me my agent ID, or I'm destroying this phone."

A pause, as Mithias seemed to be listening to the frantic reply. Turning to face his agents again, he seemed satisfied, then followed up with one more question. "And who owns this nightclub?" Another episode of awkwardness passed. "I see." Hanging up, Mithias informed the others of their final commitment for the day.

Du Lac, evening.
----------------

"Did we have to use 'hunter?'" A smooth male voice finally answered over the coms to Sonja. "Hunter one, present."

Mithias had found himself a small table tucked back in the lounge area. He had taken off the cliche shades and appeared to be surfing his smartphone while reclining in a plush corner chair. A waitress came by and he ordered something... but actually had no intention of drinking anything, or anyone, from this place. From here, he could see the entrance, the bar, the two bald men harassing Katya, and Roman and Rin producing a nice little show. The translucent-basin pool above the dancefloor was a stunning and elegant touch, a contrast, in Mithias' opinion, to the poppy, bouncy music that blared from all sides. Truly, modern 'rave' music was a form of auditory torture. The lean and youthful figures of swimmers brazen enough to bear their goods, usually under a swimsuit or bikini at most, decorated overhead, as seen though the reinforced glass. For a vampire, it was like watching a buffet.

Fortunately, Mithias could go a while without drinking, at least, without the constant nag of desire greedily whispering in his ears. But of course, it was there, as it was always there for any one of his kind. Humans had no idea the beasts that lurked inside every member of the vampire species. If they did, they certainly wouldn't allow them to live beside them. Oh no. Vampires worked hard to keep their pretense. It was a survival skill.

Mithias merely watched as his agents already began to get into trouble. He'd only move if it became absolutely necessary. He said nothing as Sonja quickly caught on that the bartender was a vampire. Mithias tapped a finger absentmindedly as his red-colored drink arrived. He was actually curious how she would react when she realized that almost everyone here was a vampire.

Then, Roman caught his eye. The man suddenly looked a lot more like a vampire than the human that he was. Clearly this was Rin's influence. Mithias had never worked with the duo before, and he had been instructed to keep Rin/Roman under control. Was this going to be the first time he'd have to execute that order?

Rin couldnt help as laughter filled both their minds, her phsyce was so powerfull it caused Roman to start a low chuckle. Curious on why until a little voice entered his head. "What overwatch does not see is we are the minority here. Keep your necks covered." The cynical voice faded away with laughter. Romans eyes grew wide as his blurred vision started to focus. The smell of blood, the glimmers of teeth, and the hungry eyes absolutely everywhere. He was expecting V's but not so many in one spot. Especially in a country that boasts about their minority of Vampire locals. They walked right into the Lions den...

"Okay girls, its getting a little too hot in here... I need a drink." Roman took hold of his mind and forced Rin back in her place. Segragating his mind from hers just long enough to get his way to the bar. The music was still just as loud and thumping but at least the flow of bodies surrounding him thinned out. Making his way up to Katya instead of listening to Overwatch. The two men were the basic alpha and beta personality, thankfully they happened to be two humans... Two incredibly stupid humans. Roman pretending to be the obnoxious tourist he actually was, he slipped between Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb "accidentally" pushing into Dee in the process. "Hoy! Balvan! Let me tell you these british women are something huh?" He laughed right in the mans face obnoxiously. "Ive been trying to get in this girls pants there for twenty minutes now but the Tselka just keeps looking back your way. What do you say? Shes got a twin sister howabout i hook us up with a few martinis, shaken not stirred of course- and you help a comrade out da?" Roman smiled a big smile hanging his arm around the guy. Signaling to Katya with subtle gestures to look around much closer, picking at his teeth with the other hand as a gesture of what to look for.

Rin at this point was calming down a bit thanks to Roman pulling her out of her primal state she realized that it may not of just been her lack of control. On the contrary she usually did well with crowds. What really got her going was the music... A subtle rythmic thump in the song kept her wanting more, almost like that of an erratic heartbeat. It was very odd to say the least, perhaps it was being done on purpose? If that was true then she would not be the only one feeling like they want to give in to their desires... She cant pinpoint anything yet so she wasnt going to say anything just yet. It may have just been her imagination.

Ugh, why did it have to be a nightcub... Allison thought as she made her way through the masses. Alcohol, drugs and a lot of flirting wherever she looked. She avoided direct eyecontact and walked over to a place not as crowded as the dancefloor. Leaning against the wall she took a sip from her Strawberry Sunrise she got before she split up from Katya and held her eyes open for anything suspicious. Meanwhile Katya, Roman and Rin had a bit trouble with two pushy men. Allison didn't know what they exactly wanted from Katya but you didn't have to be a genius to figure out what it most likely was about. The situation was getting a bit out of hand as Katya freaked a bit out about those two ignorant rowdies, pushing their luck too far and it seemed like she dragged Allison into this as well. Looks like the kitty has some claws. Hah and I thought I was the one with a short temper!

Roman tried to calm them down, trying to distract them so Katya could look around. The question was, would they go with the drinks or keep being persistent. Allison didn't care either way, if they went for the drinks they could go back to the plan. If not, she'd have no problem with beating both up.

Katya looked abit closer at the two bald men who had verbally attacked her prior to Romans arrival. Vamps, both of them. So, that was three vampires now in a country that claimed to have none. "If you'll excuse me Gents i have to use the ladies room." as she walked across the main floor she signalled for ash to meet here in the toilets. As they both arrived Katya quickly pushed Ashley into the nearest stall. "Woah there kitty kat, gonna do this without buying me dinner first" Katya rolled her eyes as she listened to make sure no one had followed them. "Look, i think we've walked into a trap. The Barman, those two goons. all vampires. Either we need to leave and alert command or we need to Neutralize the threat. only problem is, we dont know how many more there are." Ashley sighed "Awww, Kat you never let me have any fun." Katya left the toilets and walked back over to her table. "Right mate, unless you wanna be found by CSI in the morning i suggest you back off, or me and my friends will make this the last night of your lives"

"-Oh and I'm, um, I'm Agent Quinn." The identifications given to Mithias to clear the slightly overwhelmed Agent clearance as he clicked away at the computer to find out who owns the bar. "According to the building records, the property is owned by an old development firm which was bought out in the early 2000's by... Avalon Inc. Which we suspect is a front for a Lord Bedivere, an old blood we have some trouble with in the area although he seems to cover his tracks and bases well since we cannot find any real reason to go after him without risking the UK deciding Solider is invading national sovereignty rights... Although I'm not sure if the same company owns the bar, you'd think he'd pick a better name though than Avalon Inc? If you need me Agent Varomere just send a message." Click.

---

"..." With his glinting red eyes the Bartender made the ghastly request, taking out from under the bar a chilled shallow glass, dropping his stones into it and bringing it up for Ashley to inspect while he grabbed the bottle of Adnams Longshore and popping off the cork before liberally pouring. "Y'r wit'wish'n's uberthir, boot itzan Ma'bar... Gitett? New drink'oop g'rl, y'r tap's Aaron'n." A rather thick accent on this one, difficult to comprehend completely unless you were from the area the bartender was from. But between the flash of his fanged smile and casual drumming on the bar, it almost seemed like a threat. The chilled glass of vodka was waiting, sweating as the air met cold glass filled with rather nice bottle of English vodka. There was of course a price to pay for the drink, although the prices seemed to be reasonable for the 'uppityness' of this place. Not quite posh down below, but definitely class and elegance above. The problem was the expected currency. Blood alcohol levels were not a problem here. Oh and quite literally, anything requested 'on the rocks' here was served with two chucks of cool soapstone.

And now for the girls Roman was dancing dangerously with. Or was it Rin? The lines were blurred, as fittingly so too was the song being played, well after the switch at least to another song was made, one with Robin Thicke. That being said, the heat was definitely on, foolish girls dancing in the dark, tempting fate and teeth. But that was the danger of it wasn't it? The thrill of having a vampire lover? Yet as Roman was just a human, those two girls were hardly into him. Blame those modern books which romanticized the vampire, although the males in company were all too pleased with their influence making it that much easier to prey upon them. But it made them weak, lazy, and arrogant, when fear turns into fascination, the vampire became a zoo animal.

Tensions were definitely high, two vampire blokes, drunk on power and probably more than their fair share of 'bloody marys' were making a scene with the lot of 4 newcomers. It was really quite the amateur move to make, four strangers walking into a bar all around the same time? It would have gone off without a blink, but given the nature of this bar, and only one of them was a vampire, and all of them foreigners at that? Their american accents made them stick out from the crowd, Roman-Rin was the only one who could pass off as someone who belonged because she actually seemed to be enjoying himself. Anyone sober enough to realize they probably all knew each other, although Mithias set himself apart and partook in the blood feast it seemed having ordered the red drinks.

"Oi! Dongit sort'd rend'ere g'rl. y'stillo the House. Tymta paa'oop end gitut new, 'fer'icl m'boss." The bartender warned Ashley, his finger on the alarm button on the underside of the bar. And that's when the DJ, who had been busily kicking the beats up in the background with her long nails switching the slides up on her board. A new song was playing, blaring over the sound systems as the vampiress smiled and took a satisfying drink from her sanguineous elixir of a Blood Mary. The new tune came aptly, mocking the situation even as she nodded her head to the beat and took turned on the mic. "Na Na Na Na Na Na, Nah, Na Na Na Na Na, Na Nah..."

Ashley stared blankly at the Bartender. "Im sorry mate, your gonna have to speak up. i cant understand a word your saying"

Back across the street Sonja was checking more footage for anything that might show up the 'baddies'. "Hunter one. All commands over to you, i cant do anything more from here. i can keep you upto date on any requests from HQ and i can prep your exit as soon as you give me the go order."

Katya continued to stare down the two bald men. "Aye lad, we'll take you up on your offer of drinks. just keep this bitch away from us kay." Katya bared her teeth as a joke, as the first bald man walked away. "You've got lucky this time. get off our turf or you'll be picking your teeth out the gutter next time" the second turned and left with his friend. "I swear to god, next time some drunk git tries that shit im gonna shove his drink so far up his..." Sonja coughed loudly in the mic and Katya stopped mid sentence. "Hey, Alli get over here. we got some catching up to do"
