@alexfangtalonThe main role of class reps is to gather views from their peers regarding various aspects of their courses and to communicate those to members of staff.
Basically they will lead the stand-bow at the beginning and end of class, one would do the beginning, the other the end, reminding the class when homework is due, they report bad behavior, they will report to Student Council during an every so often meeting (asking whether they could have x/y/z--new uniforms, change in lunch, etc), they will lead planning/managing/organizing for school events (Sports Festival, Cultural Festival, Holiday events), in charge of cleaning the boards for the next teacher, a lot of bizarre rallies that SC will organize, as in the "don't be late for a week" rally in which classes kept score of how many people were late from each one and ranked them, the "recycle all your milk cartons" rally in which I guess they take special care to do that, etc...
They also are the main teacher assistants.
They are basically the voices of the class as a whole.

Your
RESPONSIBILITIES as a Class Representative will be to:
1. Act as a liaison between the students and the academic leaders and the
Students’ Association
2. Represent your class at Student Forums
3. Represent your class at Program Councils
4. Ensure that your classmates are properly represented and completely
informed
