Personality: Henry is a snarky asshole who does what he wants regardless of the consequences. That's not to say that he's irrational, he's willing to change his mind on things if someone can give a good reason to. But at the same time he has his own interests in mind, meaning that you're probably not going to be able to convince him to do something for free if it's for "Justice" or some other moral stuff. Everything he does, he always keeps in mind one statement. "Will this help me?" If not he won't do it, if so then he's all in.
Bio: Henry is the product of an Ice Demon mother and a human father's drunken one night stand. The father forgot about it until 3 years later he found a shivering toddler on his doorstep with cash, a Katana, and a note saying "You're the father." He was named Henry and thus his confusing life began. His father tried to take away the sword several times but whenever he looked away Henry just had it in his hands as if it had never been taken away. He had to constantly move from town to town, he never got along with kids his age and would have infrequent "temper tantrums" which would result in snow in the middle of July.
As he got older he learned to control his temper and use his powers for personal gain, breaking into safes or creating fake diamonds of ice for cash. It got to be too much for his dad who kicked him out after the 3rd arrest, leaving Henry to wander the country for a while. He didn't mind too much as he never liked the guy anyways. Eventually he settled down in Barlour and he's been having a good time ever since. Some Demons got in contact with him after his latest heist and promised him cash for the occasional odd job, so that's cool too.
[Combat]
Powers and Abilities: Cryokinesis: Henry can create and control ice, freezing people and objects in place, shooting streams of ice, stabbing people with spikes of ice shooting from the ground and more. He's only limited by his imagination.
Style:
Dance of Shiva [LV 1]: This style focuses on agility and speed, covering the battlefield in ice to twist to his own advantage and limit opponents mobility. At Level 1 Henry covers the ground with ice to slip foes up and to make him faster.
Cryomancer [LV 1]: Henry discards all weapons and instead focuses on unleashing his innate Demonic powers. This boosts his magic at the cost of making him slower, this also makes his enemies defense weaker everytime they are hit by spells.
Equipment :
Frosty [LV 1]: An enchanted weapon of ice that has the ability to change into any type of gun, including assault rifles, dual pistols, SMGs, and many more. At Level 1 it functions as a normal weapon with the ability to shapeshift.
Frostbite [LV 2]: A Katana that was left with Henry at birth, this sword is infused with her love. This love entails sub-zero temperatures and inflicting frostbite on anything it slices through. Just like a mother's love the sword never leaves him and will always return if knocked out of hos hands. At Level 2 it's range is extended by a few feet in the form of an icy energy blade.
Techniques:
Devil Trigger:
Henry unleashes his inner Demon and fully transforms into ice, growing a crown of ice on his head as well as his skin and hair turning blue. This amps all of his abilities, makes him stronger and faster, and gives him new abilities, such as launching widespread Icy Winds to freeze foes, turning into an icy Wind to dodge attacks, freezing things with a touch, or even expending all energy at once to freeze everything around him up to a mile away with Eternal Winter.
Cryomancer
Iceberg [LV 1]- Henry forms an mini iceberg around himself, protecting him from harm. Henry cannot attack while in his Iceberg and has a limited supply of air. At Level 1 he can stop everything but the heaviest hitting of weapons.
Icestream [LV 2]- Henry fires a stream of ice to pummel his foes and freeze them in place if held for long enough. At Level 1 it blows back enemies, freezes enemies if held under fire for long enough and weakens enemies' defenses if they're hit in general. At Level 2 it has the added effect of slowing enemies when it hits them.
Ice Spikes [LV 1]- Henry fires spikes of ice at his enemies and forms stalagmites of ice from the ground to impale foes. The spikes are the sizes of normal stalactites and multiple spikes can be shot. At Level 1 the spikes weaken defenses.
White Wall [LV 1]- Henry can create a wall of ice to block enemies or propel himself into the air. The wall melts after about 5 seconds. At Level 1 it has the strength of a unbreakable wall.
Frosty Assassin
Cold Wind Blows [LV 1]- Henry dodges a few moments before he's hit and counter attacks with Frostbite, dealing massive damage, usually a finishing blow. At Level 1 it slows enemies if it doesn't outright kill them.
Snowball [LV 1]- Henry unloads a pair of Uzis into his foe, then immediately transforms Frosty into a missile launcher and fires a missile at his foe. At Level 1 it pushes the enemy back and slows them down.
Snowstorm [LV 1]- Henry sprouts Frostbitten Arms and wields multiple SMGs, shooting at the foe from all angles. At Level 1 he sprouts 2 more arms and wields 4 SMGs.
Ice Skate [LV 1]- Henry covers the bottom of his feet with ice, making him faster than any normal human, and also leaving behind surprises for enemies. Level 1 allows him to leave a trail of ice behind him which erupts into Ice Spikes.
Cold Blooded
Snow Angel [LV 1]- Henry sprouts wings of ice from his back to perform multiple jumps and move in the air. At Level 1 this allows him to perform a double jump and glide around.
Absolute Zero [LV 1]- Henry freezes everything he touches, slowing down enemies with contact between them and his bareskin, repeated contact freezing them solid. At Level 1 this just slows them down for a small period of time and strength oriented warriors can break out of the ice.
Frostbitten Arms [LV 1]- Henry covers his arms with ice to increase strength and forms additional limbs to use in a variety of ways. At Level 1 he can form 2 additional arms and increase his strength to be able to break through buildings in a single punch.
