| APPEARANCE: |Light is a 1.8 meter tall white cartoonish looking humanoid figure. Her head is a large spherical shape with no nose, very large black and orange eyes(Demon lense type), short blue hair, fin like ears, and a very very skinny neck. She has a noticeable hourglass shape to her due to her hips and chest. She has skinny biceps with large forearms and hands with spike-like fingers. She wears a white dress with blue trim and a blue tanktop, the dress having an 'M' cut pattern in the front to reveal her legs, which look normal besides the bottom leg ending at a sharp point where her foot should be.
| ABILITIES: |ToonForce: Light has the powers and weaknesses of a Cartoon.
Strengths- Toon Regeneration: Being a toon, Light is neigh unkillable and can regenerate from pretty much anything, including psionic or mystical afflictions. That being said, Light still feels pain and takes damage from attacks, and can be knocked out or 'killed' like normal. Additionally Light takes an extremely long amount of time to regenerate from non lethal forms of mystical affliction, so much so that its in her best interests to usually find a traditional method of reversing them.
- Toon Physics: Light exhibits the physics of a cartoon, these include, but not limited to...
- Light's body 'stretches', usually in moments of rapid acceleration or if she is being pulled on from two sides. Her normal movements look cartoony as well. Her body can stretch and grow to hit something, but she can't stretch more than 1/4th of a meter in this way.
- If Light walks off a high point, such as a cliff, but is unaware that she is walking off of an edge, she will continue to walk on air as if it was ground. When she realizes she is no longer on solid ground, she will fall like normal.
- While falling, Light can stop when approaching the ground to readjust where she will land, before continuing to fall at the rate she was falling before she stopped.
- Upon hitting the ground from a great height, Light will make an impression of herself in the ground. Likewise if she runs through a wall.
- Injuries affect her differently than normal. For example, being caught up in an explosive causes her to appear ash covered before possibly breaking apart into a pile of ash, or being crushed causing her to become a pancake, ext...
- Light can't bleed.
- If Light is hit by a sharp object or a hot object on her backside, she'll be propelled away from the object, usually on fire if it was a hot object.
- If Light places her finger inside the barrel of a gun, she will cause the gun to misfire.
- Eating very spicy things will let Light breath fire, while also running around wildly looking for water.
- If stuck in hostile environments for long periods, Light will adapt to the environment and be able to function in it like normal.
- For some reason, her eyeballs are far, far more durable than the rest of her body.
- Light can pick up enchanted/DNA objects that other people usually wouldn't be allowed to pick up. However she will not gain the benefit from said objects unless she herself would fit the criteria for the enchantment/lock.
- Light can parkour on walls for extended periods before falling.
- Light has full control over her body pieces if she is chopped up. Sometimes she will form into tiny versions of herself is she is smashed or shattered, reforming after a bit of time running around.
- Light herself is immune to other forms of reality changing attacks.
- Its very obvious to those around her when Light is dizzy, confused, knocked out, stunned, has an idea, ext.. due to various things appearing over her head depending on the state.
- Things get confusing if Light is chased into a hallway with many doors...
- If chasing something that is taking off from the ground, Light can step on the air for a time in order to chase them, but will eventually fall.
- If something bad is likely to happen when entering a scenario, chances are it'll happen if it leads to comedy. Most notable with falling objects.
- Objects falling onto Light show her a Shadow of Impending Doom.
- When outside, Light can very rarely get hit by an Anvil, Safe, or Piano that falls from the sky.
- Energy weapons tend not to work for Light for whatever reason.
- If Light is eaten, she can 'walk around' inside of said thing freely. (Hard to explain. Tom and Jerry sorta thing)
- Light can fool weak minded or horribly unobservant people with simple disguises.
- Toon Strength: Light has above average strength that can have short bursts of extreme levels of super strength depending on her mood.
- Toon Speed: Light can have short bursts of extreme agility equal to 'bullet time' or short bursts of speed to catch or run away from enemies. Light can only dodge a few attacks before her agility gives out, and loses her burst of speed if attacking or after a short amount of time.
- Magic Satchel: An animation technique made real. Light can store up to 10 objects in a place under her dress called the 'Magic Satchel' or 'Hammer Space'. Additionally Light can pull a random object out of this space, but these objects are made by ACME and have a very high chance of backfiring. Even if it they don't backfire, usually these random objects are gag objects instead of useful ones.
- Portable Hole: Light can pull out a black circular hole from her Magic Satchel. Placing this hole on any surface, including air or space, causes a second exit hole to appear at Light's will anywhere along her sightlines. Light can then enter her placed entrance hole and appear out of the exit hole. If the exit hole is placed on a non solid surface, there will be a notable delay before Light comes out of it. Only Light and objects stored in her Magic Satchel can go through these holes.
Weaknesses:- Takes extra damage from all attacks. Attacks can have a drastic effect to Light's physique depending on their strength and type.
- Can't break free of binding attacks such as Hawkeye's Ice arrow, being tied up with a rope, caught in a net, ext... without outside help or exuberant amounts of time.
- Extremely vulnerable to Gas or Drugs.
- Can only use Ballistic, Kinetic, or Gauss based weapons with reduced power, and Bombs have drastically reduced blast radius.
- Toon Physics means that if something bad would happen that results in pain, chances are it will happen. Especially notable with falling objects and their Shadows of Impending Doom. Plus occasionally getting hit by an Anvil, Piano or Safe when walking outside for no reason sucks.
- Power is tied to her mood. When sad, Light only has her regeneration power, for example.
- Light tends to play with her opponents and/or attempt to make friends with them than fight seriously.
- Light is careless in battle.
| BIOGRAPHY: |Being a very noticeable mutant was both a blessing and a curse for Light. While it did make her easy to find for the Xavier school, it also made her easy to spot out in a crowd with her less than normal appearance and movement. Her mutant powers however she'd consider a gift and wouldn't trade for anything, befitting her fun loving playful nature. Sure sometimes it sucked when she walked under a ladder and potted plants fell on her or having an anvil hit her while walking through the park, but at the same time she could make people laugh at times when they weren't outright scared of her. Having only been at the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning for a short while, Light found herself overjoyed that there were other strange folk around that didn't really fear her, allowing her to entertain at will with her cartoony antics.
Being a cartoon forced Light to look at the world differently. While she has a poor grasp on long term consequences, she is far more intelligent than she leads on and is very Genre Savvy. She is very slow to anger, and while no one has pushed her to the point of true anger, having an angry cartoon actively fighting you sounds like a bad time.
