Jakar and Arthur would not be able to reveal the bandits unless the folks by the front does a perception roll themselves OR if Jakar and Arthur is able to point them out in which the folks would gain advantage at that roll.

ps. as for attack without initiative i've been in and seen games where people have attacked before initiative is rolled. It's called surprise round. just saying. :3

those bandits attacked us first, suprise round does not apply here, they're ready for possible counterattacks
