Appearance
When Charlie's around the camp, he dresses casually. Normally you can find him in a hoodie, some joggers and some black converse, but when he's going out he dresses slightly differently. When he's out on a mission his outfit consists of a black hoodie that's been enchanted with an armor enchantment and some dark grey pants, with a holster for his gun strapped to his side. His hair is normally quiffed up, but when it isn't it falls into his piercing blue eyes. The only tatto he has his on his left forearm. The tattoo is of a lighting bolt that begins at his wrist and forks off and ends just above his elbow.

- Control over fire - Charlie has the greatest control over fire and can create fireballs the size of his own head, and even spark a fire at a spot a few feet away from him.
- Control over water - Charlie can manipulate about 1 1/2 buckets worth of water into weapons but anything past that and his control get shaky.
- Control over earth - Charlie has the least amount of control over the element of earth. When he focuses he can touch the earth and sense where people are, but it drains him.
- Control over air - Charlie can manipulate the air to create a breeze strong enough to make someone stumble back and lose their balance, but that is the limit to his strength.

Personality
Charlie is a young man who's always let his opinions be heard. He's stubborn, and often refuses to admit he was wrong until finally someone smacks some sense into him. He's arrogant, in the sense that he exudes an air of confidence, and that he presents his ideas as if their the only ones that matter. He can't stand failing, and has a tendency to replay moments in his mind, attempting to find out the exact moment where he fucked up, and has a tendency to beat himself up over it. Despite all this, he truly is a good person who's willing to do anything for his friends, family, and the Griffins.
History
Charlie's life wasn't always one where he was a soldier in a rebellion. Once upon a time he lived with his mother in a mansion by the sea. But that was a long time ago. When he was 11 years old, he was woken up in the middle of the night by his mother shaking him awake. The smell of smoke invaded his nostrils, as his mother hurriedly packed their things, muttering about how her protection runes would keep the fire out of his room, but it wouldn't keep them out. At the time, he didn't know that "them" was the Empress' Army. Once his things were packed, his mother picked him up, stepped into his wardrobe, and they were gone. She'd placed a transportation rune inside the wardrobe, and it had dropped them in the middle of the woods.
Those woods were what would become the home of the Griffins, and his mother had been working with them, which was what led to their home being attacked. His mother was elected as one of the council members, and he was trained to be the very best. And he was. But no amount of training could've prepared him for Winter's Grasp. Winter's Grasp was the mansion of a high ranking in the Sorcerers' World Order, one that he and his team were sent to kidnap. But he had messed up, hadn't cleared the runes thoroughly enough, and he'd gotten his team killed. He was forced to return in disgrace, and hasn't been out in the field since, too afraid of failure.
