Powers: Force field generation: Sigma has the ability to generate and shape forcefields. She is skilled at creating forcefields in various shapes and sizes. She has also learned to create a a forcefields that keeps things in and a forcefields that can line her entire body in combat.

Teleportation: Sigma can teleport from one location to the next like second nature. She do this without skipping a beat, finishing conversations between teleporting. If she knows a person well enough, she can teleport to the person as long as they are not too far. She can also take people and objects with her as long as she has physical contact with them.

Spatial Awareness: This ability mostly caveats the previous two. With her spatial awareness, Sigma is made aware of everything around her, keeping from getting attacked off guard or missing minor details. She can enter a building and get a feel for it in just a few minutes. This allows her to teleport easily to safe spots in an area without having to actually look or be informed. This ability also allows Sigma to have ano extremely proactive defense force with her force fields as she can block attacks from any direction by generating a forcefield in the appropriate place.

Skills: Sylvia relies almost solely on her powers, though she has been trained with conventional firearms. Unlike Michael, she has spent time honing her hand to hand combat.

Personality: Sylvia likes to keep to herself most of the time. It's not because she's shy, she's just not a people's person. Making her laugh is the best way to get her to open up, though it isn't easy. She takes orders seriously, but will question the genius behind them if they're the wrong way to go about a situation. Her sole reason for joining a team of superheroes is the security of the job and knowing that there will always be non Metas to save.

Brief Background: Sylvia escaped the detention facility that she, Michael Watts, and a handful of other meta escaped. While on the run, some of the group wound up being contracted by mercenary group looking for meta soldiers. After Michael had given himself the name, Omega, she followed suit and dubbed the name Sigma.

Speed: everything about him is speed. He thinks fast, runs fast, eats fast...that type of fun. Downside is his metabolism is enhanced meaning that he must consume large amounts of food to keep up with his body. (Like a hummingbird.) If he does not eat enough he will get nauseated and will pass out. He also cannot get drunk, but he does not know this as of yet.

Healing: excelerated healing. Very useful for if he skins his feet or breaks a bone. The more minor the wound the less time it takes.

Skills:
His intelligence is one notable skill. With fast thinking, he can do things like speed read, solve complex math problems, and memorize important things (textbook chapters or equations) with increased speed and remember it. Not exactly flip through and have it down but much faster then the average person.

Parkour is another notable skill. He can leap about and bend way too well.

Clumsy...somehow being fast has lead to him being increasingly clumsy. His main enemy is an untied shoe or a rock he didn't see. He has gotten better though.

Appearance:
Well built with flaming red hair and green eyes Cal stands at 6 foot 1. His skin holds a dusting of freckles and he is hardly seen without a smile. he usually wears jeans, red converse high tops, a red hoodie, and varying shades of t shirts.

Cal's suit is made of a material to decrease friction. It is all red with two yellow lightning bolts on his hips. His matching shoes have specialty soles so he does not run through the soles and skin his feet.

Bio:
To put it lightly, cal grew up without the sense of family. He was in foster care for most of his life until the west family adopted him at age 16. The main reason being that his best friend found out that he was in foster care and felt that everyone needed some form of family. He excelled in school and actually graduated from high school extremly early before moving on into the forensics program. He found he had a knack for it and his adoptive father was in law enforcement. He felt a calling and he went for it basically.

Where does his power come into this history? Well before he went with the wests he realized he could read at excelerated speeds. Which isn't exciting until Cal reached high school. His reading was incredibly fast and he realized he could run fast after running 5 laps on the track faster then most could run 2 with that realization, he kept to running when he was alone and worked on slowly pushing the speeds. He started having to eat more as his ability increased causing him to be seen with jerky sticks sticking out of his hoodie pocket.

His adoptive father figured out his adopted son's abilities after an incident causing cal to trip...for 4 miles...
Cal was given the option to join a year ago and took it. He wants to help people and what better way then by working with the government.

-Illusion: can create illusions that are extremly life like. They can be seen, felt, smelled, and touched though the more complex the illusion the harder it is to focus on and the less he can make. It also leaves him more vulnerable. Often he prefers to lessen them. They appear real, but try to touch and you can't. Only extreme circumstance leads to the more complex.

-Body morph: strangely, this is more of a racial ability. He can change his body into something more appealing to his victim. He can even change genders...though when this is done his "I'd still be considered male darling" he can then feed off of the lust to sedate his demonic half.

Note: being of dual good and evil means that sometimes the evil side comes out..when this occurs small horns make an appearance on his forehead. Luckily, the demon half is a succubus and simply wishes to cause mass amounts of lust.
He is also very egotistical...very.

Cupid actually was a villain. He would often cause trouble for the area he was in along with trouble for the local heros. -Death touch: has to touch in order to work. Kills mortals and plant life, weakens supernaturals, and dulls a gods senses.
-Statue control: any creation of his liking he can bring to life and control. This includes busts...but those aren't very useful. He can see through them, but is completly vulnerable whilst doing so.
-Judgement: Anubis can see the soul of individuals and judge them. He is also capable of showing the individual the errors of their ways. Often mortals do not handle this well...most do not survive the experience. Those who make it often will change their ways considering that after being judged by Anubis he is the one that leads the dead to their destination. If going to a good place it is a peaceful journey...those who are bad...usually get dragged to his realm since he is the one who passed judgment.

Bio:
Anubis is the Egyptian God of death. It is said when one dies and goes to that realm Anubis is the one to greet them and help weigh their heart. Once judgement has been passed Anubis is the one to guide them to their next location...bad or good. Every few centuries Anubis comes to earth to watch the mortals since he cares for them so. Every time he surfaces he develops two avatars..a jackal and a human...and has three powers. During this time he is not allowed back to the underworld...a sort of forced vacation. The time period usually lasts quite a long time to humans...but to him it's a small amount of time. He is usually neutral, sinply observing the human race...however occasionally he is known to intervene if too many humans are threatened.

Personality: Anubis is rather serious with very little in the way of a sense of humor. He is not known for jokes and when he makes one it's almost shocking.

She have many posters of heroes from comics and wishes to meet the metas of the conspiracy. She ran away from home one night when she was blamed for the dogs trashing the house and was yelled at. While running away in the rain, she was nearly killed when a huge garbage truck nearly hit her but from the shock, she pushed her hands forward and totaled the garbage truck, which Tito witnessed.

Tito brought her in when he discovered her abilities which scared her but after leaving home and sticking with Tito for a few weeks, Zoe have tried training herself but her training have been too dangerous and was told not to use her powers for a while until she gained discipline. But that's easier said than done for this clumsy, hyper, superhero obsessed, destructive, animated girl.

Update...
After 6 months of being part of conspiracy, her attitude and personality changed a bit. Going from clumsy, superhero obsessed, animated girl, she's become more hardcore , cocky, and foul mouthed and a bit wild to go along with destructive hyper nature. She's become a bit more daring and flirtacious. With a haughty attitude, she's not someone to take lightly.

Brief History
Eli's grandmother was one of the founders of an organization called "The War Child Foundation"
This organization was begun at the end of WWII in a effort to help the young victims of War.

Worth over 9 billion in assets the Foundation is overseen by a body of people appointed to their positions by at least four of the sitting members then elected by a two-thirds vote. There are presently 64 members of the Oversight directors each in charge of a different location around the world.

Eli's Mom is Director of the Slovakia district and her Father France. Eli's position is as a roving investigator which suits her talent calling her to help children who's trauma has robbed them of communication.

Her mom says it was her ability to communicate at an early age that resulted in her possession of a high intellect and her self trained skill with traumatized victims of war.

She graduated High School at age 7 and then was taught by tutors various subjects as she wished granting her the equivalent of doctorate level training but not the scholarly recognition.

Eli has connections with most European countries intelligence groups having assisted them from time to time solving important cases specializing in capturing gun runners, child trafficers and terrorists. This association gives her title of Special Consultant INTERPOL and eases her passages across borders.

Additional Info: Colton can emit tiny pulses from the palms of his hands, which are utterly useless. He can wear special-made gloves, however, that amplify their effect. Depending on the strength of the pulses, he can stun opponents, shatter weak barriers (wood, glass, thin walls), and create close-range sonic waves. The pulses can also sabotage/exploit mechanical devices, like a locked door. He can use these pulses defensively by creating a sustained 'pulse bubble', which simply distorts the air around him and makes it hard for opponents to place his location; this ability makes him appear as if he is 'phasing'. Subject to these pulses has increased his senses, and his enhanced perception allows him to sense where an opponent may land his next strike.

Vibro-Blade: The Vibro-Blade was created by 'the Suits' (see Bio) as a weapon suitable for Colt's powers. Conventional weapons seemed to shatter or break when Blademaster wielded them in combination with his pulse powers. The Vibro-Blade was made in such a way that it can not only withstand the pulses, but it can channel the vibrations and deliver the effect on items or individuals it comes into contact with Firearms were tested using the same setup, but Colt's pulse powers made the guns highly inaccurate.
Vibro-Gloves: The Vibro-Gloves, like the blade, were also created by the Suits, and allows Colt to amplify the effects of his pulse powers. Dials on the back of these gloves can be turned to determine the strength of his pulses.

Bio: Colton was one of several individuals abducted by a shady group of people he calls 'the Suits'. He and his fellow prisoners were subject to grueling experiments, which ultimately 'unlocked' hidden powers within them. The Suits then devoted time to helping Colt hone his abilities, creating special equipment for him like the Vibro-Blade and the Vibro-Gloves. Ultimately, with the help of a friend, Colt managed to flee from the facility.

Colt and his lady-friend were separated while fleeing from their pursuers and he has not been able to find her since. Whoever she is, and wherever she may be, Colt warns that she may be mentally unstable, unpredictable, and extremely dangerous - side-effects of her torture while in the Suits' captivity. According to Colt, she never unlocked 'hidden powers' like the other prisoners.

On the run from the Suits, and needing help to find his friend, Colt has joined the HQ in San Francisco. He hopes to make new friends and allies who can help him on his own personal quest: first, to find his friend, and second to destroy the Suits.

~Pain Immunity: Not really a power, Donovan was put through an experimental operation that ended with his removal of nerves that signaled pain. Regardless of not feeling pain at all, it does not mean that Donovan's body will continue to function properly (ex: if Donovan severely broke both legs, he may not feel it but he won't be able to walk at all because of the bodily damage done to it. Meaning he could still get killed but he won't feel it at all. His shadow manipulation could help keep his body together but he still needs to be healed properly. You can image the amount of scars he has all around his body.

BIO:
A crazy-minded individual that was born a regular human, Donovan grew up in a family of lowlifes, where he was abused mentally, physically, verbally, and sexually by both of his parents. If anything went wrong, his parents took it out on him through torture. He killed his parents in his teens and was sent to a juvenile center that was nothing but a front for actually experimenting on youths. Being one of the ones that survived the experiments, Donovan gained new skills which he put to use killing his creators for causing pain on others. He wanted to be an anti-hero to punish those who do wrong so no one would ever go through what he did but he at times crosses the line and is put through punishment until he was going to be given one last chance to do right or be locked away forever. His mind is a bit off and he has a sick and vicious sexual appetite. Along with having brutal tactics of stopping criminals.

Kyle has always been very unfortunate. Sometimes he thought it was because he has powers, sometimes when he was in a good mood he would joke and say it was because the universe couldn't stand how good looking he was. Kyle lost both his parents when he was only a year old and was raised by his older brother Conner. While his brother chose to feed them through more illegal activites, Kyle would try to use his powers to help wayward strangers. Most of the time it ended in disaster, for his powers have always been slightly unstable, Kyle would sometimes pull through. Such as actually rescuing the cat in the tree instead of vaporizing it, stopping the neighborhood bully and not sending him to the hospital in doing so, you know that sort of thing. Kyle did try to follow in his brothers footsteps, but he would always muck something up and nearly get everyone caught. So kyle wasn't a criminal, wasn't a hero, he was just........Kyle.
That mostly changed when Conner became a world renown super villain called Phantom. He ended up holding an entire town for ransom against the US government, receiving one hundred million dollars in an untraceable account, then killed the mayor, all his staff, and multiple heroes. Conner hasn't been directly seen since but he has built up an army of mercenaries and villians in an organization called The Ghosts. Kyle has tried to maintain a distance from him since, only being identified by certain super villians, and vowed he would bring his brother to justice. All that was five years ago. Kyle is twenty now and was practicing controlling his powers when he accidently hurt a few random civilans walking by. Kyle felt so guilty he rushed them to the nearest hospital. What he didn't know was that it was all a ploy, used to capture him. Kyle was arrested at the hospital and brought to the compound the next day.

BIO:

Zuy hails from an ancient planet known as Scora. The Scoria race are ancient beings once fancying themselves as god-like with the knowledge and power they wield. He was exiled after a planetary war broke out against another race from another planet, thanks to a treacherous group within the ranks that pushed the royal family out and brought them to serve the one ruling right now. Zuy was exiled with fear that he'd fight back to take the planet back for himself but after exile, he was made into a bounty hunter, trying to survive out in the ocean of stars until getting sucked into our solar system looking for help to hopefully find capable warriors to fight and take the throne back for his family.

Personality: Before he became Phantom he was a kind, hard working if not slightly criminal, sympathetic man. Now he is cruel, likes to torture physically and mentally, strategic, and slightly a sociopath.

Slight history: Before he became Phantom, leader of the Ghost Army, he was Conner Hishamie. older bother to Kyle Hishamie. He worked in the criminal element to support his brother after his father disappeared and mother passed. For a long time it worked for them until one day he crossed a very powerful mobster. He kidnapped him and had him tortured, which cause his hair to turn white from black. Little did he know that Conner hated killing, and he hated his powers. So Conner tried too late to free himself with his powers. When the mobster realized he was a meta, he quickly crippled his powers. That's when he really started to dig into Conner, until his mind was broken and spirit shattered. When Conner woke up after being knocked out from the pain briefly a few days later, he was changed. He was able to slip out of his restraints and free himself of his meta power dampeners. It was a total slaughter. Conner killed everyone in the place they kept him, then went on a rampage killing anyone who got in his way until he killed the mobster who tortured. He did so so quickly and so silently, he earned the nicknamed Phantom, especially since his powers gave off a green glow. When Conner returned to Kyle, he started being a lot stricter with him, for a few years he made Kyle under go strict training, and tried to make him do un speakable things while Phantom gathered an army under his control. After years of trying, Conner left Kyle believeing that as long as he was around Kyle would be too safe and would not learn a thing. Phantom still followed Kyle around, and whenever Kyle became too complacent or relaxed, Phantom would show up, killing his friends and wrecking his home. Abut the time Kyle was fifteen Kyle has found a home in the middle of nowhere and even found a girl to be with. Phantom had lost Kyle for a brief time and found him only by chance. There was an article about small town America and it had a picture of Kyles town, with Kyle barely in the photo. Phantom searched for a time for this town and killed everyone, saving Kules girl last. In his fury he branded Kyle with the tattoo curse, a magic of his own creation. It was what he bound to all his minions. Phantom told him to remove the mark he would have to kill him, or die and turn into his slave. Phantom left a broken Kyle, and returned to his Ghosts HQ. He still followed Kyle and at the current time he now knows he found a new home, A forced home but still home, and even found a women to love. Phantom knew this thanks to a mole in the compound. So now Phantom is on the move, willing to destroy Conspiracy to try to show his brother how weak he is, and in some ways, trying to protect him.

Bio: A child born into a lower class family of an abusive catholic mother and a clam soft hearted father, The young Edward loved to watch movies with his father especially ones with lots of violence and one liners bonding with his father over these kinds of movies, At the age of 12 his parents divorces and he was forced to live with his mother who did not like him watching violent movies and punished him by locking him in the basement filled with rats. Because of this he became hatful of his mother and one day burnt the house down with his mother in it.

After these events the police could not find any sign of how the house burnt down since their was nothing that caused the house to burn and their was no way Edward could escape form inside the house since he was inside when the house burnt now. But when he was questioned by the police he was released and taken into my the government to train his powers and now at the age of 22 he serves as a “Hero” protecting people.
