"I don't unless I'm drinking a lot." Shiver said frowning. "How'd it go with those girls? You all looked like you were having fun." Shiver glanced around. "I need to check on Freak. I don't trust him. Do you think you can get back ok?" Shiver said as she ducked back inside.

Not seeing him on the dance floor she started opening doors looking for him. She found him. She froze him on the spot and she fixed the girl's dress and made it look like she had gone in there to sleep. She had caught him with it in his hand. Shiver touched Donovan's arm and teleported back to the HQ jail. She unfroze him from the waste up. She put anti-meta bracelets on him and locked him up. No powers for you. Even if you figured a way out of the bracelets the cell shuts you down too.

Shiver sat down next to Henry and watched Donovan's teeth chatter. "Henry, why do I get sent all the crazies? What the fuck did I do?" Henry chuckled at her and said "I don't know Shiv." She patted his shoulder "Call me if you have any trouble with this guy. Night Henry."

Kyle"Skotos"Hishamie

Kyle Slowly opened his eyes and gazed at his new surroundings. Hew as in a strange room, in a strange bed, and he didn't know what time it was or day it is. Then Kyle quickly reviewed himself. finger? check. feet? check. eyes? check. Kyle gave a small and quiet ahh sound. voice? check. Kyle sat up and felt a piece of paper fall off his chest and hit the ground. "Alright so I'm not dead. I love it when that happens." Kyle the reached down and picked up the note of the gorund. It had only one word written. "Shiver,"Kyle said outloud reading the only thing the note said ," Well that's not ominous at all."
Kyle stood up and walked over to his door. Slightly nervous and palms slightly sweaty Kyle reached over and opened his door. Kyle took a single step outside his room. "SHIVER,"Kyle shouted out loud to no one in particular.

Shiver had just gotten int her nightgown to sleep. She heard the new guy who had been out cold yelling in the hallway. She grabbed her robe and put it on and teleported into the hallway. She was tired and a little tipsy. "Yes Kyle?" She looked at him and remembered that he didn't know anything at all. "Oh yeah. I forgot they didn't tell you anything." She sighed. "Come on." She led him over by the pool and she sat down sticking her feet in it.

"Okay, this is your last chance. If you screw up here then you go to jail or they will make sure you have an "accident". At the moment we have some weirdos here. We have an on staff healer who is currently elsewhere at the moment. But I can get her back in a moment if we need her. A couple of goddesses, a few angels and a hybrid and a rapist. Colorful bunch huh?" Shiver said the sign by the elevator tells you what is on what floor. The lounge and the kitchen are at the end of the hallway that your room is on."

Just at that point Enyo comes zooming in. Surprised Shiver yells "YOYO! What are you doing here?" She zipped back to shiver and she dives in splashing Shiver and Kyle so that they are totally drenched. "AAAHHH!" Shiver took in a sizable breath and shrieked "You are so dead meat!"

Shiver teleported into a bathing suit and back lightning fast. "Sorry about that Kyle. You might as well join us now!" The laughter could be heard all the way into the lounge. "Shiv, did you know today is Cal's birthday?" Shiver nodded. "Yeah, but he pretty much stays away from me these days so I haven't had a chance to tell him happy birthday. I got an idea. Be right back."

Shiver ported and grabbed Kyle by the arm and dropped him into the middle of the pool and disappeared into the office. Shiver made a couple of phone calls and within a couple of minutes she was teleporting like mad and the place was set up. Over the PA system she said. "Will the birthday boy and his companions please make their way to the pool for a party in his honor."

Kyle"Skotos"Hishamie

Kyle splashed around in the pool for a few moments completely dumbfounded. He hasn't had many social non violent interactions with supers and so far as this was his first time, Kyle would later realize of much he enjoyed this. Kyle teleported to out of the pool, crashing into the wall closest to where he was in the pool room. Kyle laid there for a few seconds, shook it off, and jumped up.
"Hey so what did you mean last chance? I have so many questions! did I pass the test?"
Kyle then noticed again the person called Enyo in the pool. Kyle made a small grin and ran his hand through his hair. Kyle waved at Enyo. Kyle then teleported/crashed into the pool again.
"So...Enyo right?

Enyo smiled at him "Kyle? Right? lastest new guy? Wow Shiv must have won the lottery this week. Lots of new people this week. So what is your damage?" Enyo got out of the pool and walked over to the bar tender and suddenly the overhead speakers were vibrating with the music from Shiver's mp3 player.

Shiver hovered way up in the air and made a totally kick ass ice slide to glide you into the pool at about 25 miles an hour. She froze some stairs to climb up. Then she ported into the jail downstairs.

"So you want to come to the party? Those bracelets are not coming off of your arms until you can control your urges to hurt/rape people. No shadows til then." She unlocked his cell and took his hand and ported him to the party. "Now behave yourself I'm watching you." Shiver put him at the top of the slide and watched Donovan as he went down it.

Eden heard the music and came out of her room to see what was going on. She smiled at all of the activity and thought that this was more like home. She quietly slipped over to the bar and got a drink. Pizzas were delivered by the dozen. She made her way over to where Enyo was. She recognized her as another goddess almost immediately.

Eden asked Enyo "You look familiar, do I know you?" Enyo looked back and said "I was Loki's girlfriend for five years or so. That might be why." Eden sat back and nodded while taking a sip of her drink.

As Donovan was placed in jail and his power turned off, he had a smile on his face as if he was home again. It was as if mistreatment and harshness made him feel comfort. He sat in there and laid down until Shiver invited him to a party he didn't give a damn about. being teleported and falling into the pool, Donovan was going to get out but then something happened as his body couldn't move. This was a side effect of his irreversible operation of gaining no pain. His body at times stalls out to the point he can't move which usually lasted a few minutes but as he sank to the bottom, Donovan thought for a moment Shit.....my body had to turn off now? if...I could use my shadow....doppel can get me out but that bitch just had to turn my ability off....fine...fuck it....if I die here and now...I welcome it.... he said at the bottom of the water smiling.

the party was still going on but Donovan was trying to hold his breath as long as he could.

Kyle almost had to do a double take. A goddess. an actual goddess, in the same room as him. Kyle heard the stories that celestial beings were real but he never believed it until now. Kyle suddenly became self aware that he was incredibly out matched. And he heard that she was Lokis ex. The asgardian god of mischief and treachery Kyle recalled to the best of is knowledge. And the other person, the one wearing the strange bracelets, kyle assumed was also someone who could wipe him off the map without a second thought. Kyle prayed to whatever gods actually existed that his powers stay under wraps and Kyle tried teleporting to the bar. For once Kyle succeeded and landed in front of the bar. Kyle took a step back and gave a slight bow, his arms crossing his chest diagnolly. Kyle bowed but only slightly. enough to show respect but not enough to submit.
"Yo, my apologies for being so chill most goddessly goddess,"Kyle looks over to Eden,"Or goddesses. My name is Ky-.........I mean Skotos. But you can call me Sko, Skotes, Skot, but not scott never scott. unless you feel like smiting me the scott is fine."Kyle said all this with a coy smile. Kyle then ran his hands through his hair, trying to make it flat and going back. Kyle loosend his black tie, and flattend his white dress shirt with rolled up sleeves, and unuttoned his black vest.
"As to what my damage is I believe it was because my dashingly good looks made the president himself shake in anger. Or From all the times I saved entire cities full of innocent people being attacked by super villians. I mean you didn't hear about that because I am just so so so low key but like believe me it was awes-....Spectacular, my ladies."
Kyle smiled, all the while silently dying. The music was fine but with his heightend senses it was almost too much. Kyle tried to turn down his exemplary hearing, almost succeeding, also silently dying from how big of a fool he was being. Kyles self defense default setting it to make light, and right now he believed he was keeping up appearences perfectly but also hoping he didn't actually get smited. Although if it was by Enyo he wouldn't mind. She was something else.

Enyo chuckled at Kyle. He was cute and obviously flustered. Eden looked like she might choke to death any moment and Enyo just reached down and yanked Donovan out of the pool and tossed him up on the side without missing a beat.

"Hey freaky? You ok?" She slapped him on the back nearly breaking him in two. Shiver sat down and looked at Kyle who was blushing or maybe it was just the lighting, Eden who looked shocked by something and Donovan who looked like he swallowed half of the pool.

"For the gods sake Enyo don't beat him to death!" Shiver said. Enyo chuckled and said, "He'll be ok." Shiver shook her head and looked at Eden. "You okay? You look like you've seen a ghost." Eden shook her head really quick and got up and went to get some pizza.

"Yoyo what did you say to her?" Enyo grinned mischievously. "I solemnly swear that I am up to no good." She started laughing and zipped up the stairs to the slide. Shiver laughed and tipped her drink back.

Kyle stood there in shock and awe. "So gods are real? Like really real? Those were goddess people? Enyo is a goddess? Is she allowed to date? Oh yea and maybe I should have started with this BUT WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?"Kyle said all this basically in a single breath to shiver. Kyle was starting to wrap his head around all this but he was used to well quite frankly the more human element. Sure he kinda lived his life ignoring the real world and living in the moment, doing what he needed to do to get by and contain his powers, but this was new territory.
"So like are we weapons? Do we fight eatchother? Is this hunger games super edition,"kyle said trying to make shiver laugh," because if it is i call you on my team. that's how hunger games worked right? I didn't see the movies." Kyle used his black matter powers to manipulate a bottled water from behind the bar to move over and land in his hand. He almost had it but right before he had it the bottle exploded and he was even more drenched than he already was.
"Also was that free water?"

Above the pool a winged figure could be seen coming in fast. Cupid seemed to have been...thrown. Suddenly his wings snap open at the right moment to right himself and he landed. He was shirtless with a sedated look on his face and a few scratch marks on his back and some on his chest. He chuckled, then seemed to realize there were more people then just himself. He rolled his shoulders and casually went for some pizza.

It would appear he had a fun time.

Cal looked at sigma and chuckled. "Thanks I try. I had no idea omega cooked" Cal then blinked at the whole thing unfolding in front of him. He decided to remain quiet for as long as possible. That is until Zoe dragged him into it. "Uh yea sure Zoe" he stood and was about to go with Zoe when an announcement about a party was heard. He shook his head. "I don't feel like going to that." he looked at the others. "If you guys want to go ahead"

Shiver laughed at Kyle. "Wow, you really don't get out much do you? Eden is an Asguardian like Thor. She is a goddess of youth. That's why she looks like she is about 15. Enyo is an Olympian goddess and she is the Goddess of war. I would not suggest pissing her off." Suddenly it dawned on Shiver what Enyo told Eden and she started laughing so hard tears ran down her face. "No wonder."

Looking back at Kyle "I'm sorry! "She pointed out all of the people she could think of. She talked to him about metas and the anti meta bracelets and showed him the ones Donovan was wearing and why. "Donovan is a bad boy." Shiver suddenly looked around. "Oh Fuck me! I'll be right back." She teleported to the club in her bikini. She was closer to drunk than not and she had to find Rey.

Kyle took a second to take in everything he was just told. Kyle dealt with the normal criminal and super criminal element but never any god element. Although with this knowledge maybe he could use it to his advantage immediately. Kyle was not one for not taking advantage of a situation. Unless it was really really tough. This seemed fine though. Kyle started to wander away from the pool area, away from the loud music and on going party. Kyle walked out of the pool room and down the halls of the compound. There was so much he wanted to learn and do. Maybe he could find miss war goddess again. Kyle thought to himself that in no way was he going to be dissuaded. Also since she was the war goddess maybe she could help him beat the war he had waging inside of him to control his powers. But for now he needed to assess his situation. Wet clothes, no money, no supplies. He was sure this compound would give him what was necessary to survive and nothing more. So he had to improvise Kyle assumed. Kyle went back to his room and laid his clothes out to dry. Kyle was now wearing his boxers and a towel he had from the shower. Kyle sat on his bed. Kyle held out his hand and looked at it. He opened his hand and then clenched it into a fist.
"I can do this," Kyle said with a serious face.

Shiver walked in forgetting about her attire. She saw a room full of drunk people many of whom wouldn't stop staring at her and she yelled. "REY! ARE YOU STILL HERE?" One of the men said "I'm Rey." He pulled her close to him and tried to kiss her."Stop it!" The bartender yelled at him and the guy didn't say anything he slapped something onto Shiver's arm and she screamed and fought against him. He dragged her outside with him and hoisted her over his shoulder. How did this guy have an anti-meta bracelet?

Shiver never stopped kicking and screaming. He had her pinned so she couldn't hit her comlink. Her vitals were bouncing up and down with her active fighting but nothing to cause the alerts to go off. He took her into a nearby vacated building. He slapped her around and after he took advantage of her he left her there naked and unconscious.

Enyo looked around for Shiver and after she hadn't seen her in about twenty minutes she hit her com. "Hey Shiv? Where are you?" When there was no answer Enyo ran upstairs to the war room and located her. "Oh shit!" She hit her comlink. "Cal watch over the HQ Something has happened to Shiver! I'm going to the hospital." With that Enyo was gone.

Enyo spent more time trying to find her in the hospital than in getting there. Shiver was in a hospital gown, scared out of her mind and beaten. She was screaming and throwing things at the staff. Enyo saw the bracelet and she broke it off of her arm. Instantly Shiver's powers came back. She was too weak to use them though. Enyo put the bracelet in her pocket. She picked up Shiver and put her in the bed. "Stay here I have to talk to the cop." Shiver nodded and closed her eyes.

He told Enyo where she was found. He said the bartender had a guy follow the guy who took her out of there. She was found apparently right afterwards. Enyo nodded and picked Shiver up and wrapped her in a blanket and sped her back to the HQ. Enyo zoomed right past everyone and took Shiver into her room and got her into the shower. Enyo looked at her best friend and saw all of the bruises and the blood. The cop said they would test the rape kit for anyone in the system already.

After getting Shiver to bed she went out to the party. First she turned off the music and then she told everyone what happened. Eden got visibly upset. "Donovan is on a bracelet because he is being punished. Shiver was brutally raped and beaten tonight because someone slapped one of these on her wrist and took her from a bar filled with people when she went to find a friend. All metas are susceptible to these. Gods are NOT. So keep your eyes open at all times." She tossed the broken bracelet on the table. Enyo looked so pissed no one was surprised when she went outside and punched a statue and it shattered into a thousand pieces.

Enyo took over the office and tried to figure out how to contact Wicked and Kronus.

The vibration of music woke Omega from his deep slumber. Sounds like a party. He thought as he got up from his bed and headed into the bathroom to brush his teeth.

"I guess I could go socialize. Not everyone has seen me yet." He said in the mirror to himself. "And just as I thought. All I needed was some sleep."

Upon leaving the bathroom, Omega made his way to the pool area. New players, Donovan in cuffs and... not everyone is present.... And look what we have here. Omega met eyes with Enyo and smiled at the goddess before making his way over to Donovan.

"Already? I mean, I told you that this was all a political thing. To prove it, I bet I know why you have those cuffs on. You simply did something that Shiver did not like and got caught by none other than her."

"Chef Boyardi? No, he throws down!" Sigma said with seriousness. "Just wait until someone makes him angry." Sigma then heard the announcement by Shiver. Her eyes looked to Cal to see how he'd respond, and what he said took her by surprise.

Sigma had not been in Cal and Shiver's business, but she was sure that the two love birds would patch things up once they talked. Sigma looked to Tito before taking another bite out her cakeep.

"I think we should head to medical. I do not want to be one of those people that go to a birthday party where the birthday boy isn't there. And you already know two of you know who will be there... Besides, if you come with me now, you don't have to walk all the way over to medical. You in?"

When Omega heard the news of what happened to Shiver from Enyo, his eyes widened as he realized what happened to her.

"Sorry Don, gotta go." Omega said before leaving the pool area and went to knock on Shiver's door first. "Shiv?" He shut his eyes to use his telekinesis to in order to feel beyond the door until he found that she was not there. "Damn it." He said before grunting and using his telekinesis to feel around for Shiver until found her. He knocked on Enyo's door. "Shiv... I understand that you hate me, but you need someone here for you right now. If you don't want it from me, then I'll leave you alone." Omega said genuinely as it seemed that the man truly felt sorry for her.

Lots of things have happened. Kyle, not being very shy, left his room in his towel after hearing so much commotion, even from all the way in his room. Kyle walked back to where all the action is. Upon entering the room Kyle immediately noticed the people who he hasn't seen before. Feeling naked and exposed, Kyle appealed with a calm outer shell but the inside he was ready to throw down. a single twitch in the wrong way and he would show people. After being dazed and confused and deemed more than likely a simpleton for his lack of knowledge Kyle was more than eager to prove himself.
"Hi everyone,"Kyle said in a cheery voice,"My name is Kyle. Can I be of assistance?"

Shiver heard Omega outside the door and she got up. She had no idea how bad she looked. She had refused to look in the mirror. She opened the door just a little to make sure it was him. "You can come in. I look terrible." She let him in and she was shaking. "I can't stop shaking." She needed to hold onto things to get back to the bed. She was wearing a long nightgown that went just past her knees and fuzzy dog slippers. "Can you hold me so I won't shake so hard?" She closed her eyes and held onto his arms as he held her.

Earlier when Shiver left Rey, he gave a nod that he'd be okay and head back to the HQ himself. Since then, Rey was not seen. Last time someone seen Rey was when Rey talked to this one woman he was sharing a drink with. She looked like a prostitute and after they both went into V.I.P, Rey wasn't seen after that.

Lady Quake

Hearing that there was a party for Cal but the fact he wasn't going, Zoe decided not to go as well as she just wanted to continue to eat her cake but she heard something happened to Shiver. She decided to stay back at the HQ with Cal to watch over the place as well.

Beast Mode

Tito looked to Sigma listening to what she had to say as he nodded. Mentioning that they should head to the medical bay, Tito agreed to let her take him Fine with me... he said waiting for her to take him to get healed.

Kage-Freak

After Donovan was pulled out the pool by Enyo was spitting up blood, more than likely before of the damage being done to his body, guessing there was too much force being brought when Enyo was helping him, Donovan simply didn't give a damn about the party as he just felt like being to himself at the moment. he was getting his moving function back as he went to sit down.

Hearing both Omega and Enyo, and not really in the mood to talk at the moment, Donovan's mind was on something else as he walked away from the party and the group. He heard what happened to Shiver but there was nothing he could really do about it, not that he really cared at the moment. He did call out once If you group of bitches need me, you know where to find me and you can take these bullshit cuffs off too.

ENYO

Enyo was so filled with rage and frustration that she had to find an outlet she was killing things all around her. She picked up the phone and called Bell about getting a hold of Wicked. She said as far as she knew only Shiver could call them. When Enyo slammed her hand down the desk broke.

She got up in frustration and walked outside. She tapped her arm band. A kind of holograph of her mother appeared before her. "I need to find Wicked. Shiver's been...Mom a human put one of those anti power bracelets on her and beat and raped her. I was talking to her not ten minutes before that. We were goofing off as usual. Can you find Wicked?" Her mother nodded. "I'll do my best."

Enyo walked out to the training field and ran circles around the HQ til she couldn't run anymore. Velocity came outside and sparred with her. She needed to destroy something. At least she knew he could take just about anything she dished out. They sparred hard until all she wanted to do was fall down and sleep. Velocity walked her to her room and when she went inside Shiver was sleeping in Omega's arms.
