Enyo heard a soft knock and she walked across her living room and opened the door quietly. "Hey Kyle, um come on in." She walked to the bedroom and shut the door quietly.

Kyle held his can of pop but made no move to drink it. He walked over and sat on the other end of the couch.
"I just wanted to check in see how you are doing. First day here didn't really go quite as expected and I was kind of wondering if........anything was being planned.....you know."

In the R&D lab, Raya's sensor went off not long after Rey seemingly disappeared. When that happened, she was activated and left her charging center to get record of where Rey was last seen. After checking the systems to figure out what happened, Raya could hear cursing and fussing outside the department as she came out to check.

Donovan was walking around cursing about the cuffs that was on him and he was attempting to dislocate his wrists to get them off but that was until he saw Raya Hm? well hello there my innocent little cunt. Mind if you find some keys for these cuffs...seemed to have misplaced my keys. Rey went to do a scan of the face recognition and found out who he was as his files pulled up since he was in the system now.

Name, Donovan, last name unknown. Also known as hero name Kage-Freak, Hero number 120791. Power, Shadow manipulation and surgical Pain immunity. Those cuffs are of power negation properties aimed for powered Meta-humans. They are used to apprehend powerful, dangerous Meta-humans who do not follow the law and are used for disciplinary purposes for meta-humans who have broken the rules of the Conspiracy project Headquarters. According to your files, you have an unfavorable record that indicates you cannot be trusted. Therefore, I cannot remove the cuffs.... Raya proceeded to leave from that area.

Since Donovan was indeed a member of the HQ, despite his record and current status, she couldn't harm him. Seeing no other choice and needed to save the guard, she activated the electromagnetism in her arm to break the cuffs as the pieces fell to the floor and Donovan displayed a sinister smile but lets go of the guard and gave him back his gun patting him on the back There you go, mate. Donovan needed to find Rey first as he used the shadows to leave again, not saying anything to the love birds in the room. Donovan headed back out into town.

Cupid ate some more pizza. Apparently, in his current state, he did not notice the place slowly become empty. Once full on pizza and still sedated from his romp earlier, he made his way inside. The hearts that had captured him had sent in some of his things. Including clothes and for some reason his two prized weapons. Both were hidden in his room.

He made his way toward his room but stopped and back tracked. He heard voices in Enyos room. One male and the other was what he assumed was Enyo. He tilted his head and paused. Clearly he was settling in to eavesdrop...still shirtless with scratches on his chest and back. His pink eyes still a bit glazed as if he had a large meal.

He heard they were leaving and cracked his knuckles before using his illusions for them not to see him. He followed behind them and stayed by the doorway...he made himself visible again with a small head tilt.

Kyle walked over to the broken desk and examined it. It was pretty messed up for sure and Kyle decided in his head right there to never be a desk around her. Its fatal. Kyle put a hand over the broken desk pieces and tried to vaporize the desk pieces, only to see his powers shred the pieces with dark matter energy instead of vaporize.

But that would also mean that my sacrifices were for nothing. So I guess I have to be good." She leaned over and gave him a hug. "Goodnight Kyle."

Enyo went inside and kicked her shoes off and grabbed a blanket off of the back of the couch and lay down and slept there.

Cupid found himself being bumped into by one of the two he was listening too. He tilted his head as he listened to the new guy and raised a brow as his bare shoulders got hands on them. "Darling I may be called Cupid but I'm not a love deity." he removed the hands off of him and folded his wings a bit. "Though I am curious as to why you ask." his arms crossed. With now shirt it was clear he had an archer's body of lean muscle. Though, the movement caused his gold shimmer to...well shimmer in the light. Pale pink eyes held curiosity...something that could be dangerous considering his background.

Cupid chuckled and leaned against the wall, his wings moving to accomendate the motion. His facial expression was one that showed he knew what Kyle was saying, but he wasn't going to comment on it. He raised a brow. "My full name is Cupido Valentino. Cupid used to be my villain name....I won't go to far into my past since I'm supposed to behave now, but I own a weapon called heart breaker" he shrugged. "I am also a master illusionist darling. I can give you the best dreams or the worst nightmares" as he spoke he held up his hand where a beautiful white dove formed then became a black crow. The crow cawed then flew up where it burst into a bunch of sparkly butterflies before vanishing.

"That is so cool! how long can your illusions last? do they drain you mentally or physically? I cant really control my powers that well so I try not to use them as much. well teleporting is fine even if its accident prone."
Kyle raised his hand to his chest and opened his hand, willfully summoning and orb of pure dark matter. Kyle maintained it for a few seconds then it spurted and exploded, but only a small explosion.
"Cant keep it up for long or very straight huh,"Kyle said with a grin jokingly.

Cupid chuckled and tilted his head. "How long they last depends on my focus and how complex they are. The more complex the more focused I have to be." he studied the guy wondering if he should really tell him all his tricks. But that was the villain thinking...someone on the same side shouldn't use this against him...if this guy did... "It can drain both. Since I'm focusing so hard that makes me weak. What he didn't add was that he was vulnerable with more complex illusions. That he could be hurt by being attacked and by snapping the concentration on the illusion. It was a powerful ability, but it had weak points. Cupid listened about Kyle's power and raised a brow. He blinked as he watched the demonstration then stood. "I can help you with it darling. That form of manipulation is different from mine...but the mechanics are the same." oddly...he was offering to train the guy. A villain...offering to train a random guy. Interesting.

I need to be able to get strong enough to last against not. Winning doesn't matter. Also I have heard of illusionist that can do a sort of astral projection in their minds, not to speed up training but training inside their minds could get them real time training without the physical injuries just the mental taxation. Can you do that?"
Kyle said this while throwing his arm around cupids shoulder and throwing hand gestures with his hands. Kyle was really excited and happy he had a chance to get stronger.

I would try...anything else." a look crossed his eyes briefly. His training was conducted by his mother...since that is who raised him. Cupid raised a brow. "Darling I'm fairly certain you have no idea what you-" the guy kept going. He raised the other brow. This guy was taunting him. Him a half succubus. He pushed off the wall and stood. He slid his hands into his pockets and slowly looked up. On his head popped a circle of horns supporting a rusted halo with barbs. He smiled a rather sinister smile. Before Kyle could react Cupid grabbed him and yanked him out of the hallway, through the compound, then shoved him outside.

"If you want to start now...and as such...you could've just asked" behind Kyle a woman appeared. She had cloven feet, bat wings, a tail with a barb, reddish skin, and long curved horns. She laughed and held a whip. The whip cracked in the air and hit Kyle hard on the back with a cracking noise the woman giggled again. Cupid still had that smile. "Lesson one. To be rid of a foe without facing them." His eyes seemed to glow. "See the target..invision them in front of you...and hit them with your ability" the woman laughed and the whip cracked as it hit Kyle again. Ironically on his person...the only illusion was the halo. The horns he had body morphed. "As for your towel..." the woman laughed as the whip cracked and hit it...hard. Cupid tilted his head and watched to see how Kyle would react.
