Kyle walked back and leaned against the wall.

"Listen forgetting one dream isn't the end of the world. And besides we did just come back from basically the brink of death, me more so than you. If I remember correctly you went full Demon mode. That couldn't have very good for your health. Maybe this is just a new side effect, go dark side or full power and you get hit with some mental shit."

Kyle scratched his head in frustration.

"I really wish my powers weren't so destructive, the anti universe building block of the universe. I don't want to over react and say we need to get medical help.....but maybe this kind of thing will go away in time."

Zuy / Donovan

Zuy was mesmerized by the television programming of cartoon as they defied reality and wondered if they had any relations with another ancient but nearly dead race that was once his people's enemies. After Enyo got his attention, Zuy went back to showing Enyo why drilling should have been his profession. After tearing her ass up (Couldn't help but say that :P ) Enyo pulled him out of the room as the being, standing about 7 foot or more, came forth and looked down at Eden and Kyle. He didn't really say anything at first as he nodded. He turned to Enyo Is there a problem with my image? he asked her from what Kyle and Eden said.

Donovan just smirked when Phantom left as that's all he was trying to do. He was being difficult on purpose and wondered if that guy was Kyle's brother or something. Hm....he does look like the new cunt....I have a feeling this ain't the last time I'll see that assclown...if he wasn't here to fight me then I won't worry about him until after I'm done with this shit. he said.

Donovan was lead by Gong and Zen to head to the testing grounds where he would be pushed mentally, emotionally , and a little physically. After the grueling test that brought him to his knees, panting, becoming a little disturbed, a new power awakened in him that he never expected to have. From what Zen did to him during this test in the cave of silence and the swamp forest of sorrow, Donovan managed to learn a few new uses of his shadows along with learning how to cope with his new found ability.

He headed back to his room after the testing to go on a little mission but was cut short when he noticed the letter on his bed. When he read it, his hand trembled a little from the news as Zen could sense his heart hurting that moment with sadness and rage. But...he kept calm as he left and went to a cliff and stood there for a moment in silence until he let out an enraged scream of anger allowing a shadow quickly slither around his arm and form in his hand a shadow broadsword slicing a try and throwing a tantrum, cutting up whatever he saw until he got the anger out his system and walked back to his room to pack. Zen tried to get him to stay I'm leaving... "But you're not done yet....you can mourn here....I feel it in your heart that's what you want to do." Thanks for the shot you were trying to help me with but I'm going to go....stop me if you can...

Zen stood by to let him leave "If you need my guidance...you know how to contact me....and Donovan....please...clear your heart...don't let it get overwhelmed...." Donovan looked back and gave a nod, leaving and passing Gong to head back home on his own.

At first Zoe thought he was going to chicken out since she was half serious and half kidding but the moment Cal made his move, her eyes widen to the deep kiss, a averted them blushing, taken by surprise and the moment he caressed her face, she let herself relax and returned the kiss back as she moved and straddled him on the bed in sickbay, removing her clothing, allowing him to take her virginity.

She smiled at Eden and Eden blushed a little. "Let's go get something to eat Zuy." Eden and Kyle watched as they past them and headed towards the kitchen. "Wow" Eden said. "He really is a beautiful shade of blue."

Sunny was flipping through the news on the death of this girl that she looked like. She knew that she had her power of ice. Her family and friends were going to have a memorial for her. She felt bad for them but she was not convinced that she was this girl. This girl Shiver was transporting this bomb a couple thousand miles from where she was at so how could she be her? It didn't make sense.

A small puppy alone on the beach waddled up to her. Sunny picked him up and cuddled him. While searching through her pockets she found an apple that she had saved for lunch. She bit into it and offered the pup a chunk of it. He took his time chewing it and then he curled up into a tiny ball and fell asleep on her. Sunny smiled and wondered some more about that poor girl's family as she petted the sand off of the puppy's fur. There hadn't been any photo's of them yet. She hoped they were alright. Sunny sat there also wondering about the family that might be searching for her. It left her sad since she had no idea how she would even look for them. She lay back on the sand and put her bag under her head and looked up at the moon.

It said that Shiver's memorial was in two days. It also said that someone named Enyo was currently running the HQ. "Enyo, Enyo? Enyo." She uttered to herself over and over. There was something about that name.

Zuy raised an eyebrow from what Enyo told him So they're envious of my skin tone.....it's not a surprise to me, the Creobom race are green-skinned because of their envy towards us Scorians... attempting to make a joke after learning a few idioms from watching tv. He nodded and went along with Enyo to get something to eat, something he had yet to experience while on Terra.

After Donovan left, he took the trail that Zen told him but picked up a few items before leaving the training grounds. Gong walked over to Zen I just checked the dojo and rack and I noticed that Donovan- "Yes...I know...he took the weapons with him. Yeah but it's the assassin type weaponry he took with him. "I guess he's taking our recommended fighting style into consideration since it will work well with his abilities. I just hope he can conquer his inner demons and not let it get the best of him...but as much as I want to worry about him, I need to have confidence that he will grow more from this point forward....let's find out if he can..."

Donovan was using his shadows to travel faster to head back to the HQ, stopping when he needed to take a break and get a drink. He was at a bar when he noticed on the tv the news about Shiver's death and how it happened as he gave a sigh to the loss. Getting up and leaving, he traveled again until coming to a town not too far from a beach where he heard talking from some guys that were speaking of cutie that could use ice. They said she looked like that Shiver woman that was on the news as Donovan perked up and came out of the shadows.

Donovan walked over Yo, lame asses....did you say you saw a female that uses ice that looked exactly like Shiver? the guys looked over and nodded "Yeah....so? who the fuck wants to know?" one asked. Just a curious bastard. I wanna know where you saw her. the guys chuckled "Well curious bastard, you don't look trustworthy....you look like the type who would stalk that girl...I'm not telling you where we saw her...perv....go jerk off somewhere." the man said and his partner spoke "Yeah...fuck off rapist! Hahahahaha!" The moment the man said that, the shadow that was produced by the man's arm, started moving as it slivered onto the guy's arm, gaining a hold on him as Donovan twisted the shadow to break the man arm, causing the bone to go through the skin. Donovan walked over to grab a drink and casually sipped it down while the guy was on the ground screaming holding his arm as the other guy tried to approach Donovan but couldn't move when two shadow hands were sprouted from the ground, holding him from walking away.

Donovan pulled a long needle out and looked at the man, standing up and pointing the needle to his eye. Listen, mate....I'm not in the fuckin mood....I hate that word.....rapist. Hm....I sense you are incredibly frightened....I would be too after the freaky shit you just saw. Now...you're going to tell me where you found that woman....or...you can live with this long needle lodged in your eyeballs...I will enjoy a little eye-kabob...haven't had that in years.... "Okay okay dude! I-I-I-I saw her at the beach...about 20 miles from here...south....I think she works at one of the bars in that beach town...I think she goes by the name Cindy or Summer or something....she's just cute as hell man...please I'm not lying!"

Sunny picked up the sleeping pup and took him home with her. She wondered why the friends and family of this Shiver girl waited so long to have a memorial for her. It had been several weeks since her 'death.' She grabbed out a small bowl and put a little water in it and emptied a can of chicken into another bowl. After the sleepy puppy ate a little bit, she set him up in a shoe box in her bedroom. Sunny closed her blinds and turned off her light before getting undressed for bed.

After double checking the locks on the doors she looked out the window in her night gown and stared up at the moon. She wondered if she had always been fascinated with it. She smiled at it and closed the blinds again. She did wonder if she had had anyone before her accident. What if she was married or had a child? She was still struggling with these questions as she tried to sleep.

Donovan headed south for a bout 20 miles but what the boys failed to tell him or...it could be what Donovan failed to ask is if there were more than one beach in the area he was traveling because upon getting close, there were several named beaches or areas of water and sand in a 4 town stretch. Already facing an aggravation, Donovan calmed himself from getting upset and sighed as his determination then took over. That meant checking each and every beach and bar at these beaches until he found her.

It looked to be getting late as the sun was setting and with that, he figured he was going to have to try...unless....unless he pulled his old tricks, sneaking into others homes and room to check but after what Zen told him, he needed to control his impulses. He went to the first beach he was going to check out but went he needed a place to stay....no, fuck it, he was going to sleep under the stars on that beach tonight. He walked around noticing a tiki bar or two and figured he'd start there first.

He figured, if Shiver was indeed still alive, why the hell did she not head back home instead of making everyone believe she was dead. Well..that is if it really is her. He a seat at a seating lunch area with a large umbrella over the table as Donovan sat in the chair and propped his feet up on the table and leaned back thinking about the training he went through, the guy that was some how affiliated with Kyle, and this news about Shiver. It wasn't long before he went to sleep, keeping 2 doppels around to keep watch.

Kyles eyes skidded from Eden to the blue guy, sighing. Kyle knew he shouldn't be jealous but he couldn't help it. Kyle chuckled to himself softly thinking,"This women..able to calm my mind but also ruin me in a moments notice."Kyle pondered what he could do to impress Ede, especially after everything he did. Kyle suddenly had an imaginary light bulb go off inside his head. Kyle walked over to Cupid again and put a hand on his shoulder, leaning in so Eden couldn't hear.

"Listen buddy I have an idea that might help the both of us. I believe the remedy for both of our ailments should be music. Can you take this to a man in the city by the name of Apollo, he is a white collar criminal who owes me a favor. If you do this then in the next few hours I promise your nightmare of no nightmares will no longer trouble you."

Kyle reached into his pocket and pulled out his wallet. He pulled out a home made white business card with the letters IOU in black and blue on the fron and back. He gave it to Cupid and flashed him a smile.

"After you do come find me, I will be with Eden in the pool area."

Kyle winked at Cupid and walked back to Eden.

"So you think Blue is pretty good looking? Well......what about this?"

Kyle wrapped his arms around Edens waist and kissed the side of her check from behind. Then he teleported them to the pool area and splashed into the middle of the pool. Kyle laughed and held Eden while in the pool, as if he was trying to be the knight in shining armor.

"This is where our paths first started to intertwine you know. Right here in this pool. Its not very memorable, it is a pool used by everyone, but to me it will always be a special place."

Anubis tilted his head. This one was certainly odd. He seemed....excited about the concept of death. Was his first glacé at the soul misguided? "don't call me jacky." his tone held warning. After all...it only took one touch to kill a mortal. Or to show them where they were going. "yes I have. But my purpose is for the aftermath. To sort out the evil away from the rest and take them to their never ending punishment." he studied the man before him. "Why does death interest you so?"

Cal was truly enjoying himself. Finding that he wasn't even paying attention to anything else but the woman he was with. To the point where medical staff walked in. He turned a bright scarlet and quickly used a blanket to cover Zoe who was still on him. His eyes wide as the staff stood there for a moment. They chuckled then left after staying something about him clearly feeling much better.

He slowly looked up at Zoe clearly embarrassed. "I am so sorry...." she had him effectivly pinned yet he had managed to reach that blanket that was in a different bedside chair. He rubbed his neck. "I had no idea they would come in to check...I'm an idiot" a small chuckle escaped at the end of that sentence and it was clear he was embarrassed but he wasn't making any moves to grey her off of him before she wanted to.

Cupid Closed the book and huffed at the women. "Honestly I'd say the lust in the room was lovely...but I'm not hungry right now." it was still obvious that he was scared. The way he held the book...the way his wings were ruffled. He was certainly not in the mood for feeding. He listened as Kyle whispered and handed him a card. He nodded and stood.

He made his way to his room and changed before heading to the city to find the man Kyle spoke of. He hoped music would be the key...and he was also curious what the heck happened for the favor to be a thing.

You have nothing to worry about...my love." She continued kissing him for a few more moments then she stepped back and splashed him and dove to the side laughing.

Enyo checked the faxes and there was a lot of activity in the city so she called them on the comlinks. "Kyle, Eden I have a mission for the two of you. There is some meta activity going on near the industrial area on the west side. Can you guys handle it?"

Looking at the next fax she looked at who was still in and she said, "Cal, Zoe. I need you on some meta problem at the airport runways. It says they are stopping incoming planes from landing. That means people will die. You two get on it.Oh hey and take that new guy Eddie with you."

Enyo went back to Zuy and brought in more food. That last mission made her so hungry. She couldn't figure out how but she was.

Kyle stopped after hearing his com link go off, and teleported out of the pool and sat in front of Eden who was still in the pool. Kyle listened to what Eden had to say then sighed.

"Kyle and Eden here. Yea we can handle it no biggie. Kyle and Eden out."

Kyle looked at Eden and sighed. Kyle touched his finger to Edens forhead and teleported them to his room. Kyle began undressing and changing into dry clothes.

"Alright we have a mission Eden. In the industrial area, according to Enyo, some metas are causing some ruckus. We need to stop dat shite now. Let me get changed, then ill teleport us to your room, and we can go from there."

Kyle kissed Eden and started to change into his new battle outfit. Kyle was going to change into a black, long sleeve v neck, with a black jacket with the collar popped up. His black pants looked like jeans but they stretched like stretch pants. Kyle had new black combat boots that held one compartment in each boot for a small knife, kept hidden. Kyle had a silver chest piece of metallic armor. (I'm not sure how to describe it but it looks like the chest piece armor for grey wardens from the video game dragon age.)

The next day Sunny was up a little later than usual and she picked up the puppy who needed to go potty and rushed him outside. She had on her robe which barely covered her short nightgown. A few random teenaged boys good naturedly waved at her and she waved back and took the pup inside so she could get dressed. She was working the tiki bar today and she didn't want to be late. She fed the pup and put him in her kitchen. Looking at the time she had enough time for a few quick waves. Grabbing the used surfboard that she bought she headed out to the beach in her wet suit. Sunny wasn't aware of where she had learned to surf she just knew that she knew how. She paddled out and turned around on her board and joined into the wave as it came to her. She stood up and rode the wave most of the way in.

Sunny lost track of the time and ended up 30 minutes late to work. Rushing in she was pulling her hair up into a pony tail since it was still dripping wet. When the old man went to pretend to scold her she hugged him and laughed. "You love me, Aakamu admit it!" Aakamu chuckled at her "One day you'll be in charge." Sunny laughed at that "No one in their right mind would put me in charge of anything." She went off to take some drink orders.

Eden and Kyle went to her room and as soon as she closed the door she began stripping off her clothing so she could change. She watched Kyle's expressions as he stared at her nakedness while she changed and got ready. Smiling to herself she took his hand as she finished getting ready and she kissed his palm and squeezed it in her hand. "Let's go my love."

They teleported to the industrial section and almost instantly Eden was targeted and blasted with some kind of blast that knocked her backwards into a wall. She recovered quickly and pulled her crossbow and started firing arrows.

Kyle immediately sprung into action, eyes shifting to both colors of his mentality. Kyle knew Eden could handle herself but he couldn't help but worry. Kyle used his black matter energy to boost Edens arrows, making them faster and stronger with an explosive finish. Kyle then tried to attack but was hit by a strange wave, making him go flying back and hitting the wall behind him. Kyle tried to pull it together but was immediately hit again, and again, and again until Kyle actually was forced to crash through the wall.

Kyle got up slowly, rubbing his head and bleeding from it. Kyle felt the blood on his hands, and his eyes widened.

Kieran/Kyle mind scene

Kyle zoomed back into focus and realized he was in a dark room, the only light was the spotlight centered on him. Another figure walked into view, with another spotlight focusing on him. He was a man who looked similar to Kyle except for a few differences. His hair was slightly spikey, and his features were somehow sharper. Also his eyes were a crimson red.

"Dude you suck so much. How have you survived for this long."

"Fuck off. Cmon not now. We haven't really had a heart to heart yet, and we really really need to. You will pay for killing those civilans."

"Whatever they were weak. But enough about that. We need to talk about right now. You are getting your ass kicked. I'm sure you could take whoever it is your fighting in a fair fight but right now you don't even know who your fighting."

"No I can do this. And besides Eden is here. I cannot be letting my darkness out in front of her."

Kieran smiled. Kieran then began evaporating, then began to cover Kyle.

"I wont do this often, because even I know we need to work together. But let me show you this."

Kyles body then began to take the physical attributes of Kieran, and Kieran laughed out loud. Another blast came at him, but Kieran used his dark matter blast to propel himself up over it, then threw a sphere of dark matter in the direction of the enemy, and it exploded in the enemies proximity. Kieran landed and fought like a demon, small explosions around him from him throwing dark matter blasts, and Kieran began using martial arts against the enemies.

EDEN

Eden saw what the sonic blaster hit Kyle through the wall. She stood up and her body blast blinded all of the metas looking in her direction. All they could see for a good thirty seconds was spots of varying colors. In the mean time she shot light from her hands and blasted the sonic wave master til he fell. Eden blasted a healing light in Kyle's direction so that it would boost his powers since he was hurt.

Eden kept fighting and reverted back to her arrows. Her opinion on her powers was funny. She had them but they were natural to her. She loved using her crossbow because it was a skill. She could actually miss. It didn't happen often but it was certainly a possibility.

Eden saw when Kieran took over and she saw what he was doing. She watched and paid lots of attention. She needed to see if he was going to help Kyle or hurt him. She knew if he didn't work with Kyle there would be problems and she didn't want to have to worry about him.

Kieran finished off the last enemy, too much in a battle high to notice Eden. Kieran punched down the last remaining enemy, the cracked his knuckles.

"See Kyle? Your too soft hearted. I will admit, dick move on my part to force an emergence but you need to be more soulless if you want to receive less injuries."

Kieran wiped off the blood on his head, then walker dover to the unconscious meta that produced the sound waves. Kieran picked him up and slung him over his shoulder. Kieran walked over to Eden and smiled.

"Sup we have never met before, but I know all about you. And personally I would kill you for suggesting I would kill you, but then that would be proving your own point huh? Kyle would be pretty pissed about that too. And since controls the host body most of the time it wouldn't bode well for me. So don't don't worry I am not gonna hurt you, This guy though,"Kieran said patting the man on his shoulder,"I'm gonna hurt him.....like badly. This was an organized attack and while I am all for mass chaos, I'm thinking a better fight would be the fight to tear down whoever else was in on this. You in?"

Zoe

Zoe was enjoying this new experience and the fact that this was with Cal make it worth while. As they were doing their activity, she looked over to notice a staff member coming in and leaned down to have her chest press against Cal's chest, covering her front but thanks to Cal, her back was covered too as she looked over at the staff member blushing but throwing up a peace sign with her fingers while smiling brightly "Nothing to see here...just fucking..." she said as they were left alone and Zoe looked down at Cal with a smile.

With a small giggle towards Cal's reaction, she placed her hand on his cheek "No need to be sorry...we are in a public place but they're gone now. We can continue if you want-" as soon as she said that, Enyo got on the comm to have Zoe and Cal go on a mission at an airport and to bring a new guy with them. "Eddie?....Who is Eddie? Do you know an Eddie?" Zoe asked Cal and sighed "Aww...and...we didn't get to finish....I guess it can't be helped. Let's kick ass with....Eddie...and then we finish when we get back!" She declared and easily and gently got off of Cal and upon touching the ground, her legs felt a little numb "Okay....need...to....get the feeling back..." grabbing her clothes off the ground to get dressed.

Zuy listened to Enyo giving missions out as he took a look at what she brought back. He examined this box as he opened it and the aroma of cheese, marinara, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, pepperoni, sausage, and butter garlic crust filled his nostrils, staring at this food Enyo brought. Zuy picked up a piece as the gooey cheese stretched was the piece was lifted What do you call this? he asked her.

It was the next morning as 4 guys walked over to try and wake Donovan up. "Hey...asshole! I said wake up!" one of the guys said as two doppels appeared and shaped their arms into shadow blade ready to fight if the group got closer. just seeing this caused the guys to step away from Donovan. Opening his eyes, he looked around as the sun made itself known, shining. While under the umbrella, Donovan yawned and stretched, getting up, looking around for a moment before heading towards one of the beach bars that was at the beach he was currently at.

Are you sure you don't have a sexy white-haired chick working here that uses ice? The man looked at him as if he had already explained this a thousand times. "Yes dude, I'm sure. The only ladies I have here have colorful hairs...like the one with blue hair over there, the red-haired one making the smoothies, and purple-haired one sitting next to you and none of them can shoot ice or whatever you said." with a sigh, Donovan left and went to the next bar in the same beach. There was a blonde woman there but all she did was a the spitting fire trick which Donovan was not thrilled about until he went to go find another beach.

As he headed into another beach area to find another tiki bar, Donovan was introduced to a dirty blonde woman with large boobs who plays the ice cube shot challenge game where you'd have to managed to throw the ice cube towards the woman and make it go into a cup the sits in between her boobs to get either free drinks or a prize. As tempting as that game was, Donovan declined until Doppel tried to play Fan-fucking-tastic.... he said as 6 bars and 2 beaches were crossed off. It was time to try the next one.

Sunny was incredibly happy with her life and she enjoyed it just as it was. That alone should have been enough to tell her things were about to change. It was later in the day after she got back from her lunch hour. She had spent it surfing. When she brought her board back up to the tiki bar there were a few people there but one in particular stood out. He was not in typical beach wear. He was cute with his hair pushed forward and it was shaved on the sides. He was wearing black leather no fingered gloves and his outfit was black leather over a white button down shirt. Sunny thought he was attractive.

She hurried up stuck her board in the sand and watched the other waitress deliver his drink. Sunny went to the outdoor shower and peeled her wet suit off. This left her in a one piece bathing suit that she wore when surfing. It was high cut on the sides. Only about six inches of material separated the top from the bottom of the suit and it was one of those that was nearly a thong in the back. It circled around her neck and dipped fairly low in the front but Sunny liked it and she got better tips when she wore it. She rinsed the sand off of her and went back to the bar. She walked up to the bar and her long blond hair was wet and her skin was sun kissed with a gorgeous tan. Her laughter was clear and happy as one of the regular customers joked with her.
