When Wicked heals you is the prime time to add something that might add to your charachter's physical appearance such as wings, a third eye, something that would make them less ordinary but might give them something extra.
EXample: Shiver is an angel so she now has wings and she can fly even though she prefers to teleport. She can also talk to other angels via telepathy. She can not read or talk to anyone other than angels that way though.

Think about it and let me know what you want to add or change.

No, not intentionally. She has a history that is close to length as Wicked's. They are very different people with similar powers. We have two pyro's and no one complains about that. Why would two healers be an issue? Besides Wick can still fight and Doc is strictly medicine to my knowledge anyway.

BTW Velocity and Shiver had the same powers for a while too, both were electricity. If there was a problem with Wicked's powers why wouldn't you say something before now? She has been back for around a week or so?

I need you to clarify what we can or can't do with this. Is it changing around powers, changing around one power, or adding a new power? Does it have to be a physical change (idc, but I'm sure someone else will wonder) What kind of powers will these be? Will they be limited to Defensive powers and enhancements if they are added in as a 4th power? Or is it just whatever seems reasonable?

Using this ability Eli is able to read backwards time at a static location, from an inanimate object or a living being or plant.
This ability varies in reach backwards in several ways such as -
1 Speed of perception, it can take seconds to observe hours back if the event were traumatic or highly emotional in which case Retro sees without trying or requiring hours of meditation. (A

If it is a living being then her retro can be sped up and reach back farther if they themselves are thinking of the time in question though it can also work if the subject is forced by repetitive questions or exposure that causes them to think back.

Brief History
Eli's grandmother was one of the founders of an organization called "The War Child Foundation"
This organization was begun at the end of WWII in a effort to help the young victims of War.

Worth over 9 billion in assets the Foundation is overseen by a body of people appointed to their positions by at least four of the sitting members then elected by a two-thirds vote. There are presently 64 members of the Oversight directors each in charge of a different location around the world.

Eli's Mom is Director of the Slovakia district and her Father France. Eli's position is as a roving investigator which suits her talent calling her to help children who's trauma has robbed them of communication.

Her mom says it was her ability to communicate at an early age that resulted in her possession of a high intellect and her self trained skill with traumatized victims of war.

She graduated High School at age 7 and then was taught by tutors various subjects as she wished granting her the equivalent of doctorate level training but not the scholarly recognition.

Eli has connections with most European countries intelligence groups having assisted them from time to time solving important cases specializing in capturing gun runners, child trafficers and terrorists. This association gives her title of Special Consultant INTERPOL and eases her passages across borders.

By decision of grand mother and parents Eli has been assigned to help the Legion as an incident investigator. And so she may be around Meta an People her age for the next year

I was thinking more of an ability attributed to genetics or a physical attribute. Enyo won't be getting anything new but I do get to tell you that she is immune to anti meta weapons and powers. Elliot's powers won't work on her either. A lot of things from this realm/world will not work on Enyo. It's a god thing. She is not from this realm.

In Omega's case I said that his father was a Green Lantern. In his case I would allow You to accept the ring from Wicked as his new powers. The green ring is activated by willpower. It would allow him to:
