@WickI pretty much went full DBZ. He's a little bit stronger now in general, but his tail gives him a 3rd power where he transforms at the full moon into a giant wolf ape.

Pretty much I get 80 feet tall and forget who I am for a bit. I am much more powerful but not in control. Though eventually, I can learn to control it.

Ki comes from within a person. It can be used for a number of things. DBZ normally has it used for projectile blasts. The writer makes the limits. It's not magic tho.

Sorry Tess is short for Tesla and the type that Eli has (Tesla 90D X)can park it's self as well as drive it's self.

The Director that made the promise was the West Coast Director for the War Child Foundation not Bellisima.

I thought that as a new member and used to working in a worldwide organization that Elliott would ask to see the director First to clear up any administrative paper work or rituals.

Of course Shiver would be contacted as well as Omega one or both of them being her next stop.

Oh and may I request as Elliott a power nullification field be installed in her room to help her relax. Otherwise when she sleeps or is just relaxing in her room Elliott will have to sort present from past.
