Sigh, @Raijinslayer please revert your character edits to what you have, I don't approve of them in any way. I'll be blunt and clear, you're giving both ukaku and Koukaku powers to a Rinraku character, and for me that's a no go.

As for the powers, I can agree it's similar to Ukaku(though not nearly as effective given the spread is wider and can't be as finely controlled) but if Sav doesn't approve, then they'll be gone. The only Koukaku thing I see is that he has armor. If you mean I should have the armor be a bit lighter, then can I say that it's not really much thicker than the original version's armor. This is more of an all-out offensive form then defensive, so the armor wasn't much of a focus.

Kagune: Sebastian's Kagune have a bright crimson coloration that gradually shifts into a more subdued violet near the tips. They're about average thickness for a bikaku, and he has four of them to unleash at any time. The texture of his kagune tends to be smooth and a bit moist, and they often bring with them the soft smell of iron, akin to that of blood, though Ghouls will be able to tell the difference.

Special Quirk: Sebastian was gifted with somewhat strange kagune in that the sense that the out layer of cells seems to form a layer of liquid akin to that of blood, and as such, little droplets of rc cells tend to get everywhere. While this would normally be only a tad bothersome if that was all, they also had the added nuance of being especially corrosive when they come in contact with oxygen(i.e All the time). This means that with just a well placed flick, he easily incapacitate foes by aiming for their vital or less protect areas. That being said, he doesn't use his Kagune that much, as it affects him just as badly as it does others, so fighting with them can be a rather painful and dangerous. Not to mention that against ghouls, the cells are less effective overall, though it will lessen a ghoul's ability to heal as their own cells struggle to nullify the effects of his corrosive ones, as well as possibly weakening or outright breaking their own Kagune, depending on the RC cell density. His Kagune is also a tad less durable than others of his RC-cell type, so he goes for a more evasive fighting style.

To counter-act this oddity, he often fights with a quinque(A simple Bikaku blade, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.) he stole from Dove he came across a few years back, saving his Kagune for whenever he needs to deal with particularly meddlesome opponents.

Personality: Sebastian is a snake, lying to anyone and everyone in order to make his way in the world. He's also a cold-blooded killer, and while one could say that about all ghouls to some extent, he takes it a step beyond. Most of the time, he doesn't even eat the bodies of his victims, be they ghoul or human, instead making their remains into a gruesome tapestry to be unveiled to the public when he posts them online through the 'Dark Web'. He loves attention, and he loves to play mind games with those around him.

Other: He's a rather passionate about sewing and costume creation, having always been a fan of practical effects and costume design in movies, to the point where made his mask by himself and even goes hunting dressed in some an interesting get-up or two.

Quinque: Ian, a former child of the Garden though under a different set of experiments, was 'gifted' with a set of Quinque prosthetics of an Ukaku Ghoul known only as 'Phoenix'. Whether in active or inactive configuration, they allow him to trade blows with Ghouls up close, imbuing his body with strength on par with that of a ghoul. Like any Ukaku Quinque, it's capable of firing off quick barrages of projectiles at the foe, though Phoenix tend to fire slower than most, though the projectiles pack a bit more of a punch to make up for it. The claws in active config. are dangerously sharp as well, so foes would do well to keep away from them.

Special Quirk: Ian is something akin to a partial half-ghoul, not quite a QS, but still a bit less(or more, depending on how you look at it) then human. This means that only are his arms strong enough to keep up with ghouls in combat, but the rest of his abilities are a cut above that of most other investigators, though still weaker than most ghouls and half-ghouls. He also has a bit of a healing factor, but it's really minor and mostly helps with dealing with long-term injuries.

Personality: Ian is very flirtatious and mischievous individual, often throwing protocol and decorum out the window in order to trade a few words with a beautiful lady. He even does this when facing female ghouls, going on about how much his job blows when he has to kill such beautiful women. That being said, he does take his duties seriously, and will work hard to protect both his comrades and civilians if the case comes down to it. Any reservations he might have with some of the aspects of his job are locked away deep down in his heart.
