History: Father Adam is the Leader of the Brotherhood. His identity unknown and the only image of him is something by chance. It was a photo caught by Watcher 1 on a routine check. He has been hostile to all factions up to this point. Killing there members, disturbing their plans. He is the chaotic wild card in the mix. He and the Brotherhood are the terrorist of the city, bombings and shoots. ARGO has completely taken responsibility for their actions and plans on shutting them down. So far due to Father Adam's leadership they have not been caught yet.

Queen Shiva

History: Shiva was the original witch queen back in the 1300s. She reigned supreme in her time when magic ran throughout the veins of the world. She was know for her kindness and gifts to the people of the European land. This all changed when the Knights Templars came and burned her castle down with all of her sister witches, and her in it. What they did not expect was that she had created the only immortality potion in the entire universe and had already drink it. So when the ash settled and the brimstone cooled, Shiva arose with a new power, fueled by her hatred for men. She brought about the "Black Death" for many years to come with this new death magic, and it did not stop until she was slain by a might hero. But she was not dead, being stabbed by a holy blade only put her into a deep slumber. She awoke 2 years before the 'Reconstruction' and found that all magic in the world had been sealed by some wanna be wizard named Merlin. She became known in the world by taking over her native country of Slovenian and becoming Queen Shiva once again. She committed a great evil by killing the 46th president of the united states, saying that he insulted her and that his 'royal' blood was needed for a ritual to bring magic back into the world, Pokerface and Brodin attempted to stop her but failed and magic returned. Now she sits atop her throne and has her sights set upon Lochwell city, there is much evil her awaiting her to reap it.

Weakness: Anything holy at all, or blessed by a preacher. For some reason after becoming immortal the 'Church
became he only enemy. It even got so bad that she had all the churches in her kingdom either burned to the ground or converted to shines dedicated to her.

Relationships: She had a husband, but like any black widow, he did not last long. Her arch nemesis was Brodins girlfriend and a young druid who is now dead.

Extra: Most of the magical users now live in her country or go there on a pilgrimage. They do this to learn about their powers and learn to control them. She is on the wanted list of many governments around the world, but not the US, Russia, England, or Japan for some unknown reason.

History: Not much is known about Tiger except that he was created by the same person as Craftchenco. He is an assassin for hire and does not care who the employer is or what the job is. He has come face to face with many of the heroes and villains and have either been their ally or enemy at one pint or another. His mission completion is almost guaranteed, and he has a code for cash, as long as the money is right he will not fail on the job. He is on the top ten most wanted list, but killed the FBI head who put him on the list. He his initial whereabouts are unknown but he can be anywhere any time.

Equipment:
Cyber-kinetics: Half of his body has been enhanced by state of the art technology, that adapts to the age and time so it never needs to be upgraded.
Plasma Cannon: His left had turns into a cannon that can fire plasma beams and shots.

Relationships: Pokerface is one of his biggest enemies. They once worked together, but then turned foe. Before Tiger went rogue he worked for ARGO.

Extra: His tail is a plasma blade. (think the guy from Iron man 2 with the whips)

Samuel Lamar Blane

History: Born in the projects of Miami, Florida, Samuel is the closest friend Ashley Bailey ever had. He served as a lieutenant in a street gang called the Skyscraper Vipers from high school onwards, and brought Bailey into the fold soon after she dropped out. Intelligent and calculating, Samuel was in charge of handling the Vipers finances and worked heavily on coordinating operations. Samuel was also tasked with getting information on Necro when they first surfaced, and ultimately blames himself for sending Ashley undercover and putting her soul in the clutches of Leviathan. He departed the Vipers with Ashley after Necro fell in order to stake it out on their own as a duo. When Ash was captured by ARGO, Samuel went into hiding, but eventually made his way to Lonchwell with the intent to break his friend out of ICF. He currently lives with his cousin in Mountain View, and has gained notoriety as a hacker under the online persona of Big-Bad-Wolf-9000.

Equipment: Owns one 10mm pistol with stainless steel finish, one switchblade, and an expensive laptop that he does most of his work on.

Weakness: Samuel has fairly good to neutral morality, he’s not comfortable with murdering individuals, especially innocents. Very much a perfectionist; when things he plan go wrong, it wounds his pride. Allergic to peanuts.

Relationships: Best friends with Ashley Bailey. On good terms with his cousin, Tracy Legrand.

Extra: Basically intended to be Ash's informant and tech specialist that guides her along on missions.

Leviathan

Name: Leviathan

Alias: Lord of Blood, Bane of the Sea

History: Leviathan is one of the demon lords that rule over hell, with his domain being the massive blood oceans that boil evil souls to cinder. He was released onto the earth long ago by a dastardly ritual, and tormented sailors of the Atlantic Ocean until he was banished back to hell by a sect of monster hunters. Leviathan resurfaced again not too long ago with the help of the cult named Necro, but currently lives in hiding as he bides his time and amasses power.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: His six arms give him great strength, and the serpent is agile, even more so in water. His scales are like thick steel plating, and his blood boils, so it can burn what it touches. Leviathan is only around ten feet in height, but is able to grow larger the more blood he ingests.

Weakness: Weak against blessed items and items of religious significance, especially holy water. Sunlight dries him, so the demon is only able to venture onto land at night, or in areas that the sun doesn’t shine. Weak against fire.

Relationships: Retains control over the soul of Ashley Bailey, making her a servant of Leviathan.

Extra: Intended to be an antagonist in Ash's storyline.

Vigil Agent NPC List

Captain Power

History: Micheal Johnson was a astronaut who had one mission, Head to Jupiter. His job, along with the five man team, was to head down to the planet and answer all the questions we had about the gas giant. Humans had already been to Mars and Mercury, Jupiter was the next best bet. They entered the planets storming atmosphere and landed on what seemed to be solid surface. They were safe as long as they stayed on the ship, but the moment they got off bacteria from the surface found its way into their suits. The bacteria had made them go into fever and each one had gone critical. Having been exposed the most to the stuff, Micheal, had carried his team back to the ship and gathered the samples.

Once the took off they exited through the red eye. The tornado had more pressure and radiation in it than any normal tornado, and it affected their cells and enhanced the growth of the bacteria. Once back on Earth they came down with even worse fevers, for an entire week they were sicker than dogs. When he recovered, Micheal had discovered his powers of flight and super strength and invulnerability. He took it upon himself to dawn the Red, Yellow, and White colors and become Captain Power.

Pokerface

Appearance:
Name: Gavin Hardesty
Alias: Pokerface

History: Gavin Hardesty has long harbored a strong sense of obligation and responsibility. After graduating from college, he turned down several high-paying job offers in order to work as a lowly social worker, solely in the hopes of helping people. His family had left him a great deal of money, he didn't need a high-paying job. However, he was soon frustrated by the system and how difficult it was to truly make a difference in people's lives within a bureaucracy. He was particularly embittered by the common phrase "Oh, I wish there was something I could do" and the affected facial expressions used by bureaucrats while denying help to the helpless. Gavin pledged to become the exact opposite- a man who doesn't betray what he thinks or wishes, but instead acts. Thus, Pokerface- his expressionless mask says nothing, his voice is solely in his deeds. Pokerface acts outside the system where Gavin Hardesty cannot. His actions are not limited solely to crimefighting- Pokerface is just as likely to commit to mundane but helpful actions like bringing food to homeless people or helping addicts get counseling. He was a member of the famous flight crew that went to Jupiter and created the infamous five, but he did not get any powers, only enhanced strength and senses.

Equipment: Pokerface wears leather gloves with lead shot sewn into the knuckles, giving his punches extra power. He also carries small pellets that release his option of tear gas or smoke when thrown against a hard surface. He carries lockpicks, a camera, and small listening devices that can be planted.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: Hardesty is a good (but not great) hand-to-hand fighter, and is trained in stealth and B&E. His main skills, though, lie in his patient and careful detective work. He thinks nothing of long hours of surveillance, and his familiarity with records and paperwork allows him to look through paper trails for anything suspicious.

Weakness: Pokerface is compassionate to a fault. He will drop everything to help someone in trouble, even if doing so will be to his own disadvantage. He is somewhat naive, trusting in others to keep their word. Finally, he is a normal human being and can be killed as easily as anyone else.

Relationships: He is a leading member of Vigil, and one of the infamous five.

Extra: He keeps close tabs and surveillance on any major active or inactive supervillain in Lochwell, which is mainly what Vigil considers him useful for.

Brodin

Appearance:
Name: Brolly Allsalt
Alias: Brodin
Age: 35

Species: Reincarnated God(Odin)
Faction: Vigil

History: Brolly was an orphan from a very early age as his parents had both been killed in a crane accident when it fell on them. He was only 8 at the time and was sent to live with his aunt and uncle after they died. Around the age of 12 he discovered that he was much stronger than the average kid when he saved a friend of his from a falling lamp post and was holding it up all on his own. Around the age of 18 he met his familiars, Hugin and Munin, from his past life who informed him of his past life as the Norse God Odin. After this Brolly began to study Norse mythology in great detail, eventually at the age of 26 he became a professor of history or specialized in Norse Mythology. Around that time he also was climbing the ranks as a wrestler eventually winning a belt before he retired to focus on a new hobby. That of a vigilante that became known as Brodin(Bro-Odin) and eventually a Vigil.
Eventually at the age of 28 Hugin and Munin had discovered, the bucket of the Crazed, after a difficult trial Brolly earned the bucket and began using it as a weapon to help fight crime.

Equipment: Bucket of the crazed: This bucket gives Brodin the power to do multiple things, one of them is to intoxicate others by releasing a mist that intoxicates the targets and makes them sluggish. It glows green when the mist is being released and effects all the room or in close proximity to Brodin this includes Brodin himself. The bucket can also be used as a sort of canon as it releases a strong beam of energy at the targets with the ability to incinerate any who is caught by it head on. Brodin has been known to use this bucket as a close range weapon as well by hitting people with it mostly. This bucket also allows him to acting as a jet pack when on his back.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents:
Stronger Drunk: the most intoxicated Brodin is the more powerful he is.
Reincarnated God: Brodin has all the strength of a god as well as much of the resilience.
Hugin and Munin: These two are ravens that tend to be around him normally, he can use them as spies to observe through, they are not meant for combat however. These two also have human forms, along with vast knowledge of Brodins past life as Odin.

Weakness: His eyes are a great weak point of his as when he is blinded he can’t do anything. Also blades tend to make him bleed much like any human.

Craftchenco

History: Craftchenco is a cold hard bastard who was designed by ARGO to be the warden of ICF. He was originally used for w-Classified Information-. After his service with ARGO and helping with the -Classified Information-, he was then re-purposed and re-designed. His programming changing and even being given a AI core that is meant to be humanoid. He is meant to act as a warden for ICF and has only failed his job once.

Equipment: Electrical Whips, Boosters and Advanced Movement Systems, missiles, stun grenades, Dark Matter Shield, Hidden Dark Matter Blade

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: Craftchenco was and has always been a prototype, -Classified- has always been so content with his performance that they never made another. Standing at 7ft, weighting 2 tons, he is a beast. Despite his form he is very agile in combat and can be a big threat. Carrying the same adaptive technology as the prison, his AI core is meant to learn and adapt to how the inmates act the same applies to enemies in battle. He is very strong, with a humanoid frame, he can lift things just like us or even better. He is also equipped with the first dark matter generator.

Weakness: He is weak to electronic attacks and even has a weak spot which is hidden in the chest of his armor. His big fatal flaw he has is that he has a main source of power behind the chest plate.

Star Gazer

Name: Liliana Garcia

History: Liliana is one of the leading members of Vigil and an original member of the fight crew to Jupiter. She gained cosmic powers afterwards and began to fight crime along with the others. She has two sisters and a mother. She is also know to have been in a relationship with Captain Power. Liliana, before the flight, worked as a Rogue named "Black Cat' she was your average thief.

Equipment:
Stabilizer Suit: Her suit helps to keep her powers in check so they don't run out of control. If she took it off she has to be in an controlled environment or she could become a white hole.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: She can manipulate cosmic properties. Whether it be making gravity wells, or creating suns, even making a black hole. She herself is a cosmic white hole and needs to be kept in confined quarters at HQ at all times. She also powers the facility with her excess energy.

Weakness: After the incident she became a white hole, her entire being is an unstable bomb, is she is removed from her box or is taken from her suit in the field she will collapse on herself and be more stronger then an H-Bomb.

Relationships: She used to date Captain Power. (the rumor is that they are still together)

Extra: She has a hidden room in Vigil HQ known as the box. It converts her cosmic energy to power that can be stored and used, plus it keeps her in a stable form. If she was removed from the box it would only take 5 mins for her to implode and take out more then half the city with her. ARGO believes her to be missing.

Karma Tenshin

Personality:
Karma is a loose cannon. He is reckless and impulsive and generally excitable to be around. He doesn't often like to do things 'by-the-book' and likes to portray himself as somewhat of an Anti-Hero, though this usually lands him in trouble or being chastised by his seniors. Deep down, however, he is unwaveringly loyal and caring to a tee. He will more-often-than-not go out of his way to help those in need and will refuse to abandon a task until he has seen it through fully.

He revels in being an ARGO Agent, enjoying the idea of putting his abilities to the test against others, sometimes becoming more engrossed in the fight than he should be and losing focus on the task at hand. Another trait that often sees him scolded even out in the field. Overall he is quite bubbly and a bit of a wiseguy. He has a distinct hatred of Rogues but he never lets it show in his emotions. His laugh is slightly contagious and constantly makes jokes at his own appearance and abilities, citing the irony of being a Hero yet possessing such a dark power.

History:

WGYF-What Got You Famous:
Though his history is mostly classified by ARGO, Karma's rise of Heroism is well documented through several news reports, internet blogs and even a TV Documentary. His first recognized act of heroics was when he was just 16 years old. Just a young kid on a skateboard who managed to stop a bus, carrying 18 passengers, from plowing into a crowded intersection after the driver experienced brake failure of the vehicle. Rather than face the world, it was said that Karma disappeared into the darkness even despite the intersection being rather well lit for that time of night.

He appeared once again, suddenly, 3 years later. Where he intervened in a gang war between rival Russian & Yakuza militants, incapacitating each one of the gang members and preventing numerous civilians from being caught in the cross-fire. One again, however, he disappeared into the night, the mystery, skateboarding hero of Lochwell City. Over the next 5 years, there were several more appearances from the mystery boarder. So much was the interest, that he had garnered a great deal of attention from the authorities, who put out a public announcement for him to join either the Vigil or ARGO. He quietly met with representatives of both organizations and decided to sign up as an ARGO Agent, who had tempted him with a lucrative contract that included Hoverboard technology, which had been developed by a separate company named XZYTE Research Solutions.

The day of his reveal as an ARGO Agent, XZYTE Research Solutions were bombarded with calls about Karma's Hoverboard. So much so that the company soon developed the first consumer Hoverboard; the XZYTE-07 MkI of which Karma, or Darkrai as he was now officially known, was the poster-boy. Soon he was appearing in TV commercials and interviews, all whilst fighting off the threat of Rogue combatants and personnel. He is quite often seen as the young face of ARGO and has, at times, had to face the music for his wild actions in order to protect his public image and that of the Organization's.

In recent times, his activity has taken a drop due to the capture of the infamous Rogue; Apollo. A man who's crime spree he was instrumental in putting a stop to. His media obligations and sponsorship deals still keep him busy enough, however.

Equipment:
- XZYTE-037 MkII Prototype: An Anti-Gravity Titanium-Steel Hoverboard. The MkII is a highly-mobile, military-grade, tactical response vehicle for use by a single rider. Far more advanced than the XZYTE-027 consumer boards and a leap forward from the 037 MkI, the XZYTE-037 MkII is the cutting edge in Hoverboard technology. With an increase in speed and maneuverability, the MkII also comes with enhanced durability through the introduction of limited Energized-Shielding technology. It also comes shipped with state-of-the-art vocal & facial recognition systems to allow the rider far more control over the board's 'Nimbus-State-Mode', first introduced with the 037 MkI. This means the rider can more easily embark/disembark from the MkII during highly stressful combat situations.

Darkness Manipulation
- Absolute Darkness:
Karma can absorb photons to generate complete darkness. It is unknown exactly how much darkness he can create but during its creation, it simply seems to ooze from his being like a pitch black mist or fog. Karma doesn’t often emit his darkness further than a 30 meter radius (The radius of the Stonehenge) In order to preserve energy during time spent fighting crime. Due to this power, Karma always seems to have dark aura that surrounds him.

- Darkness Enhancement:
Karma's basic physical abilities become more advanced when stood in any form of darkness. His strength, speed, agility & endurance all receive a considerable boost, relative to the amount of light photons absent from the area he is stood in.

Weakness:
- During the day, his powers are much less powerful and require a lot more effort to perform.
- His Darkness Poisoning ability is something that Karma hasn't fully mastered yet. He cannot use it to its full potential and as well as the risk of passing out during its usage, he is also at a very high risk of damaging himself with his own darkness, due to its poisonous nature.
- Light-based Abilities.

Skills/Talents:
- Karma has trained extensively in the practice and execution of Taekwondo and Muay Thai. He fights mainly with his Muay Thai, much preferring the brutality it holds over the precise, but just as deadly, Taekwondo.

Jace Bronston

History: Jace Bronston is a man with a checkered past. Brought up in various low income areas of New York City, it was quite easy for him to fall into the wrong crowd. As a young man, he made money as a Rogue and worked for several big crime families in order to support his wife and three children. Jace was a trailblazer; he worked fast and left the rules to the wayside. His devil may care attitude eventually made him anger a prominent mob boss, and the Mafioso put a hit on Bronston’s children in order to send a message. After the deaths of Jace’s children, his wife filed for divorce and his life fell into shambles. He reluctantly joined ARGO years later after the organization approached him for his talents. He worked up the ranks and searched for information on the man that killed his children in his free time, eventually leading him to the skyscraper the mob boss operated out of. Using his wits and determination, Jace worked his way up the tower and got the revenge he deserved. Now Jace spends his middle years training ARGO recruits and interrogating captured rogues, but will occasionally go out on particularly dangerous assignments.

WGUF-What Got You Famous:
Vagrant came public attention following the civil war that resulted from other Rogues attempting to take control of the city. In the aftermath, the Regency Tower in the Deadlands became the squatting grounds for Lochwell Cities forgotten homeless. Returned army vets, drug addicts, runaways, most made their way in some way or another to the Deadlands. It was only a matter of time until the seedier parts of the city began to prey on them. Rape, murder, theft, prostitution, it all went unnoticed in the Deadlands, some even perpetrated by the Brotherhood until Vagrant appeared. He acted as protector of the Deadlands, policing the ruined areas of the city and dealing often fatal justice to those that would harm its denizens.
He would protect and distribute food, even occasionally resorting to robbing medical facilities for supplies or high-end Redwood apartments for clothing and blankets. But certain corrupt members of the Brotherhood began to feel threatened by Vagrant's presence and launced a failed assassination attempt. The result was a bloodbath that left Brotherhood and law enforcement alike dead and Vagrant captured and imprisoned.

Superhuman strength, stamina and durability. Vagrant is a tank, able to punch through walls, tear off bank vault doors with his bare hands, run for hours at speeds reaching 70mph and leap immense distances without taking fall damage. He can shrug off bullets, knives and blunt force blows.

Vagrant can still drown or be rendered unconscious by gas, although he can hold his breath for up to ten minutes.

Personality:
Aster is mostly a nihilistic being, he doesn't often see a point to most things and generally doesn't relate to anyone else's point of view of the world. His loyalties lie with no one, not even himself at times as he has developed somewhat of a self-destructive attitude, though this ebbs and flows depending on his mood. Despite this main trait, Aster has been found to be inquisitive, mainly about the concept of life and death. Life puzzles him, whereas Death intrigues him. He staunchly refuses to believe that Life solely exists here on Earth and questions where else he could find life beyond Humanity's spectrum of discovery. Where Death is concerned, Aster gives it a more practical approach. He likes the ability to command Death, to bring it into fruition, to cast it upon others around him. He wonders what happens to a person's soul once they are dead.

This has made him quite malevolent, though not in a ill-tempered way but a maniacal one. He finds humor in other people's death and more so their struggles or pleads to avoid it. He can be classed as psychotic due to this way of thinking and his odd behavior of speaking out loud, even when no one is around. Even despite his current state of psychosis, Aster is still pragmatic. He understands the idea of allying himself others to get a job done. Even though money holds no sway for him, Aster realizes that he needs it in order to survive.

History:
Growing up in the South Bronx neighborhood of New York, Aster has lived a life of poverty and violence. His mother a prostitute and his father some unknown pimp/drug dealer. When his mother contracted HIV a few weeks before his 12th birthday, Aster ran away from home to live on the streets. During his years on the streets, Aster fell in with numerous gangs and for most of his teenage life, was in and out of police stations all over New York.

It was only after breaking into, what turned out to be, an ex-government research facility in search of old computer parts to sell on, did his life truly change. The events of what exactly happened that night escape Aster's memory, but he no longer cares. After that night, Aster moved to the West Coast. His new found abilities had given him a clearer outlook on life or rather, more specifically, death.

WGUF-What Got You Famous:
Aster's most famous moment happened to be the one that landed him in the ICF. He hijacked an ambulance with a woman in the back who had just gone into labor and drove it around on a killing spree for two hours, laughing all the while at how ironic the whole situation was. He murdered a total of 24 people through the combined use of his powers and drive-by hit & runs. He was only caught after stopping to deliver the baby, resulting in the death of the mother and eventually being pacified by several ARGO Agents. The event garnered widespread attention, with several calls for Javian's execution.

He was instead quietly imprisoned within the Illwood Correctional Facility and is kept within a cell of complete darkness, whilst also wearing a face mask that completely obstructs his vision. The protocols of his containment are such that he is not allowed contact with any member of the facility to prevent any source of light to come within his control. He is fed via an automated IV drip and may be spoken to by auditory means only.

Hard-Light Manipulation
Aster has the ability to solidify photons to create what is known as Hard-Light with the level of solidity going from loose jello to metal-like hardness. With this ability he can create Photokinetic Constructs that fall under three categories: Shields, Lances or Vectors.

- Shields act, as their name implies, as blocking constructs. Though they can also be used to crush objects either between two constructs or a singular construct and another object of similar or greater hardness. They can be destroyed by way of blunt or penetrative force, providing that the object used is harder than the construct. The larger the construct is, the weaker it becomes.

- Lances can be any form of penetrative tip construct as well being serrated on it's edges. The photons generally tend to be very densely packed within these constructs, making them the hardest of the three categories and significantly harder to destroy.

- Vectors are tentacular-like constructs, they can range from various lengths and thicknesses but generally, the longer the construct the thinner it becomes. They can be used for lashing or restraining as well as for mobility purposes.

History: After getting caught authorities were barley able to find anything on William he was so off the radar it was crazy he was just a face in the crowd who no one could ever see. All the authorities could find was his list of crimes, warrants on the name Static, and a death certificate for William Inglewood? They figured it was his own doing to hide himself from the spotlight.

WGUF-What Got You Famous: His alias slowly became well known with every job he did. He had hacked himself into many bank databases and transferred money to a secure account he made. Most of these banks were in Redwood where the rich folk lived, and you knew he was hacking you because if you tried to do anything with the bank database you would hear and see Static on the computer screen hence the name Static. A lot of gangs had his name up with a reward because they invested good money in those banks which is now in William's pocket. He was caught out of his own stupidity which was he tried hacking into the most secure building in all of Redwood the Narwhal Tower. William was challenged and would receive a major reward if he could pull it off, and at the time didn't realize it was a trap he tried and gt traced back to his spot and imprisoned.

If he deems you worthy however, he is very nice to you and as long as your interests don't collide with his own, very loyal.

History: Marc's life started out normally enough. A loving family, good friends etc. This all changed when his parents died due to collateral damage from an magic using government superhero. Having lost his family he started to resent the government. During his time in high school his powers started to develop and it wasn't before long or he was the best chemistry student in his class.

His powers did him no good during his college years, as he was constantly penalized or even kicked out as he used his powers, because his teachers thought it gave him an unfair advantage. Even though his grades did not reflect it, he was a chemical genius and after learning nearly everything chemistry had to offer he disappeared for a few years to learn from other places and was forgotten.

During these years of absence he changed his name, continued to study chemistry and started to build up his wealth. Using his powers to create molecules no one thought possible, or by synthesizing components with 100% efficiency and no energy costs he started his own company, Magnus Chemicals. Thanks to his powers, though Marc contributed it to highly secret and efficient catalysts, this company quickly grew to the most influential chemical multinational and absorbed nearly all of it's competition. Some of his rival CEO's met unfortunate deaths by chemical accidents. One of the core activities of Magnus Chemicals is it's huge R&D division, that focusses on chemicals and materials for warfare. One of it's biggest clients is the government, but knowing all of his products, Marc also knows it's weaknesses, which he is more than willing to sell, or even give freely to the Rogue faction.

It should be no surprise that Marc quickly gained the attention of the Syndicate and started to work narrowly together with them, funding a lot of Rogue activities.

WGUF-What Got You Famous: Being the CEO and founder of one of the most successful companies, Marc was a well known figure in Lochwell city. His money made him a welcome guest at high society and was often forgiven his grey-area business. His cautious nature made him nearly impossible to bust, but eventually a non-powered employee outed him, revealing all Marc's dirty business and the reality of the fate of his rivals. This allowed the ARGO to finally catch him in one of the biggest corruption and extortion scandals in the history of Lochwell.

Equipment: Marc's suits are woven from a lightweight polymer blend that is highly chemical and bullet resistant. He also carries a small flexible mask that covers his mouth, nose and eyes that produces oxygen in his pocket.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: Marc is able to manipulate the activation energy of chemical reactions. This basically means he can speed up or slow down chemical reactions, allow them to take place at higher or lower temperatures or even reverse them.
He also has chemical awareness, allowing him to know the chemical make-up of the objects he's looking at.

Weakness: Despite his powers, Marc is still a regular human and is not immune to his own powers. If he'd synthesize hydrogen cyanide, he'd be just as dead as the people he's sharing the room with. He is only able to influence atoms that appear on the periodic table of Earth, and thus cannot manipulate alien or magical materials. If he tries to influence these materials he even loses his powers for a period of time. He also isn't able to use his powers on other living beings, such as humans, animals or plants.

Secret Hideout: Marc has several offices of himself scattered throughout his headquarters and chemical plants. Here he keeps some of his personal gadgets. These offices are locked in such a way that only Marc can access them by using his powers.

Relationships: Marc has an intense hate for magical-powered superheroes and is trying to hunt down the magic user that caused his parents to die. He also feels that non-powered people are inferior to superpowered individuals. A feeling that has only been increased after the employee that revealed his powers.

Personality: Pandora was nothing if not energetic. She couldn't stop herself from thinking and even spent a fair amount of time practicing so that she didn't prattle on at hyper speed.

She was willing to try anything once: food, activities, games, boys. She had read a large variety of fantasy, starting with Sarah's collection of novels and branched out. She's also had quite a number of boyfriends but none were able to keep up with her insane pace.

History: Pandora Jenkins was born in New Jersey. She grew up something of a tom-boy, perpetually running about and playing games with the boys. Like just about everything else in life, she discovered her powers early when she was merely twelve. She was playing a game of Chase and ended up running so fast she was half way across the entire park before she even realized what was happening.

She has since kept her powers secret, not wanting to deal with the hassle of being a meta-human. She did her homework at hyper speed and then moved on to better things. It also allowed her to learn multiple languages quickly and she became fluent in Spanish, French and Latin.

Pandora found she had a love for fashion, and quickly learned how to fill her wardrobe with items she examined in the local fashion stores. She also found herself enjoying humanities courses and in particular meta-human affairs, a budding new area in both legal and ethical arenas.

Later she met a girl named Sarah while tending bar and they quickly became friends. While Pandora didn't quite appreciate Sarah's duplicitous nature she did enjoy the blonde's outgoing nature and spirit. You just had to be careful what you said around her and where you kept your wallet. Sarah also introduced her to roleplaying, live action roleplaying and an entire world of geek culture. They attended a LARP, created a rogue to hang out with Sarah's sorceress, promptly murdered her on a lark and stole all her items. She had to apologize to Sarah through making her a new costume which eventually led to her making a fair bit of money selling costumes sewn together with her super speed.

Eventually, while Sarah was really drunk she revealed her power to create darkness. Pandora wasn't quite sure but suspected it was mainly because Sarah had spied her using her super speed behind the counter making drinks one night rather than through some heartfelt confession but couldn't be sure. After this they attended an anonymous meta-human gathering together, trying to figure out if they should do the hero thing. Unfortunately the group was sponsored by a telepath. He took advantage of them and mind controlled them into forming a criminal metahuman group. Together, along with Shale and a couple others Pandora and Sarah robbed several banks and retail stores.

This continued for some time and their small band developed a reputation. The telepath, however, didn't quite realize that Dervish's faster thought processes eventually caused her to become free of the control early. Realizing Sarah and her were in deep trouble Pandora came upon the idea of stealing the spoils of their next job and escaping with Sarah to start new lives. She took the money and ran away from the bank they were robbing straight up the side of a building.

Shale, mind control or not, did not take well to betrayal. While Pandora was racing up the building she used her innate ability of controlling earths to loosen up the concrete of the building beneath her bare feet. Pandora fell nearly ten stories, arms and legs flailing and landed head first in a pool of quicksand that Shale made out of the sidewalk, quicksand that Shale immediately hardened.

Nearly completely submerged, with only one lower leg sticking up out of the muck, Dervish could do nothing but twist her ankle and wriggle her toes while she slowly suffocated. Sarah tried to get Shale to release her but a group of heroes arrived triggering a new fight. Pandora was immediately forgotten in the ensuing battle and at some point while the fight still raged on her foot stopped wriggling. She was dead.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: The Dervish was possessed of great speed, capable of doing everything quickly including thinking, reflexes and running. She could run at nearly the speed of sound and used her speed to throw her knives with great force.

Weakness: Other than being dead, the Dervish was easily distracted and could have a hard time communicating when very excited. Her body also had a rather stunning demand for carbohydrates to sustain her and deprivation could be hard on her.

Secret Hideout: Pandora's corpse likely resides inside a morgue or is being dissected and studied in a secret government lab.

Personality: Sarah is a bully and enjoys belittling others. She sees herself as villain and figures she may as well enjoy herself as befits her position. After all, if she were meant to be truly heroic she'd have had some power other than darkness and shadows. She is also a fairly cowardly and weak willed.

History: Sarah was born to an affluent family and dwelt in New York City, the very center of the world.  She grew up surrounded by stories of magic, dragons and maidens.  Had stuffed dragons and unicorns all over her room along with rainbows.  Her father, with his long hair was her personal wizard who could do anything.  Her mother was his princess (the wealthy one), whisked away by his dashing nature.
 
She was eight years old when an altercation between some unidentified metahuman figures assaulted politicians outside of the United Nations.  Her mother was killed during the altercation. 

Following the event Sarah had bad dreams, seeing shadows that moved in her room at night.  They terrified her and being fueled by her subconscious, grew more terrifying as she feared them.  In time she learned to control them.  Having had a protected childhood, she came to the conclusion that it was somehow all her fault and started to see herself as evil, somehow feeling that the death of her mother was her fault but not knowing why.
 
In time Sarah’s father corresponded with a Mrs. Thorne who had recently divorced and had two children, Sebastian and Faye who Sebastian called “Faerie”.  Things were good for a time.  Sarah was quite bitchy since she was very jealous of Faye and her relationship with Sebastian.  Finally, she decided to do something about it.  She drugged Sebastian with a date rape drug she got from someone at school and then after stripping him naked and having her way with him, took the same drug herself so that he would awaken first.  Faye found them and ran off screaming to their parents and Sebastian awoke not having a clue what was going on with his half-sister naked in his bed and unable to be awakened..  In short order, he was ousted from the household.
 
Sarah came into her powers shortly afterwards and began practicing in secret, not even sharing knowledge of this with her new "only sister" who she'd begun spending a lot of time with.  Faye soon figured out what had happened between Sarah and her brother but didn’t really have any proof.  Worse still, her mother didn’t want to even broach the subject with her.  Her husband thought the world of Sarah, his perfect little angel, and he was now the sole bread winner. This led to strained relationships.
 
Sarah, then met herself a new friend, a girl named Pandora Jenkins or as she referred to herself "Pandora Jinx". Pandora wasn't very good at keeping her powers secret. Her hyperactive nature sometimes got the better of her. Pandora then brought Sarah to several anonymous metahuman meetings where they ran afoul of a telepath seeking catspaws for his criminal activities.

She was assembled with Pandora who called herself Dervish, Shale, a terrakinetic, Dervish and a few others. Dervish, possibly shaking off the mind control, attempted to run off with the loot up the side of a building. Unfortunately halfway up Pandora found the concrete turn to mud beneath her bare feet, lost her footing, and fell ten stories headfirst into the sidewalk which had been transformed into quicksand.

Sarah argued with Shale while the terrakinetic caused the loot to rise to the surface of the quicksand, trying to save the life of her friend, stating that they could simply just leave her for the police to capture. Shale responded by hardening the quicksand with only Dervish's foot sticking out and laughed. Sarah then attacked Shale, a nearly futile gesture given Shale's rock carapace and an all out brawl between the members of the criminal gang ensued.

The group’s “dispute” delayed the team’s escape and a group of heroes caught up with them. They battled and defeated Darkshadow but not in time to save Pandora. She was then incarcerated, placed in a special cell lined with LED lights so that not a single shadow could be found and has been rotting there ever since.

What Got You Famous: A long series of robberies on banks and retail stores

Sarah can summon ephemeral substance, ectoplasm, from the umbra, the darkest corner of the psychic plane, the place of nightmarish ghosts.

• Create Darkness: Sarah can create darkness in a large area which blinds all those using visual senses including infra-red. The darkness is not truly darkness but a large cloud of ectoplasm.
• See in Darkness: Sarah can see in any darkness, though only in shades of grey.
• Solidify Darkness: Sarah can make her ectoplasm solid, creating simple objects like walls and knives.
• Shadow Uniform: Sarah can wrap herself in darkness. Surprisingly it is almost impossible to cut but does very little against blunt trauma. (in other words getting hit with a sword is like getting hit with a baseball bat)

Weakness: Strong sources of light greatly hamper her abilities. She prefers to operate within the interiors of buildings or overcast days as a result. Lasers, being concentrated light, penetrate her powers like they didn't even exist. She also is rather weak willed.

History: Michelle grew up in the James Williams district. Crime has always grown around her, and it was almost her fate to grow into crime. The first half of her life was promising, she had 2 hard working parents, both making sure she was going to live a better life than her. However, when Michelle was 10 there was a mine jumping incident. A group of looters shot up the free mines that the poor worked in, and then take their profit. Michelle's mother was severely injured. They just couldn’t find the money to pay medical bills as a family, so their father turned to drug runs. He was sent to do the dirty work of delivering drugs, but their mother was all that mattered. But no matter how money her Dad could make, it couldn’t save her mother. Michelle’s mother passed, and with that, her Dad fell into a depression.
Michelle’s Dad started to set her up on drug runs, to prepare her. Thats how Michelle got into crime. Now, her father rarely ever contacts her, and she is independent. Ever since then, Michelle has gotten herself into regular trouble. Busting out other drug runners from jail, thievery, hired killings, anything with a good pay. But recently, she had started extreme scams. Counterfeiting money, selling illegal documents to drug dealers, etc.

WGUF: Michelle was involved in over 500 cases of illegal documentation. All of the documents were connected to her in some way, all made by her. The thing that landed her in jail was the documents being distributed to drug lords, people who would pay good money to get good documents. She was also connected to at least 40 different cases of extreme counterfeit, and countless murders.

Michelle carries basic supplies for a usually drug run. Water and something to hide her identity. She is also known to carry fake IDS and counterfeit documents to avoid identification.

Michelle had thought she made a horrible mistake 2 years ago. She was on a usual apartment raid, when she game across a unusual apartment building. It was full curse boxes and binding books. Michelle being the curious being she is, decided to open a box in hopes of finding a great object. Instead, she found a small quartz ring. Slipping it on casually was her mistake. The ring painfully tightened around her flesh, and she was bound to it.
This is where Michelle revives her power from, and the only way to remove the ring is with some ancient rituals, or killing her. She can only levitate small objects through many tries and full focus. She has to close her eyes to "feel" for the object. She almost never uses her powers, making it harder for her because of her lack of practice.

Personality: Self-centered and sarcastic, Krimson is a very childish individual that couldn’t care less about anybody, no matter how wealthy or influential. In fact, Ash has a significant disdain for authority altogether. She only really cares for her friend Samuel, and could legitimately feel the same to others if they happened to share similar likes and motives. She’s fairly jaded and somewhat lazy with a creative mind that’s perfect for scheming. Fairly anxious around people who are more threatening, and people she doesn’t understand.

History: Born in Miami, Florida to divorced parents, Ashley spent her early life moving from one end of the economic spectrum to the other. Half the time the young girl lived in squalor with her mother in the projects, but would constantly be taken away by her wealthy father to stay in the comfort of his mansion. With this split lifestyle, Ashley found it hard to make friends; the rich kids that attended private school with Ashley were all pompous pricks, while the impoverished youth that the girl hung with when she stayed with her mother only seemed to be friendly due to her connections to wealth. She only had one true friend, a young boy named Samuel that lived one floor up in her mother’s building.

Intelligent but misguided, Ashley was eventually booted from the academy by way of terrible grades and overall rowdiness, and thus tarnished her future in business like her father had planned. Earning his disdain, the man wanted nothing more to do with his child, and gave full custody to Ashley’s mother. She would now attend public school with Samuel, but having her friend around was hardly enough motivation for her to improve her grades. Ashley would proceed to drop out her sophomore year of high school.

It was around this time Ash got involved with a group of petty criminals by way of introduction from Samuel who happened to be a lieutenant in the gang; making up a small street outfit which was based out of her neighborhood. From carjacking’s to convenience store stickups, Ashley and Samuel garnered their crew moderate local fame.

It eventually came to be that Ashley was to look into another group simply called “Necro” who occupied another area of the slums. This cultish entity had been the cause of various murders across the city, including some of the people that Ash and Samuel ran with. What was discovered was nothing short of what the rumors spoke of; Necro was a demonic cult with the sole intent to summon monsters from another world. One moronic slip up later and Ashley found herself tied over a pentagram with a knife trained on her gullet. One quick slash was all it took.

From the pentagram rose Leviathan, the demon lord that ruled over the blood oceans of hell. The serpent drank the blood that leaked from his offering until Ashley was dry, and to thank her for the meal, he filled her with his own blood, thus tying the girl’s soul to the demon lord for all eternity. The others participating in the ritual could only wish they received the same fate, because Leviathan simply ate every last one of them before slithering off into the unknown. Ash would escape and left Florida for good with Samuel soon after discovering that she could control her own blood. The two basically lived on the road and brought crime to every piece of civilization they could find while searching for Leviathan with the intent to topple the Demon Lord. Ashley was eventually captured and sent to Illwood Correctional, while Samuel escaped.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: Imbued with the essence of the Demon Lord Leviathan, Ashley has control over her (and only her) blood. The increased iron in it only makes the substance more durable, and can serve as an impromptu armor that could be comparable to Kevlar padding. In this sense her blood could also be used as a weapon, and retains its durability so long as the blood has a connection to the body. For example, Ash could make a blade with her blood that she could use as a sword. She could also fire concentrated blood bullets from her wounds, but because the substance losses durability as it loses a connection to her body, that attack only has a short range. She can also consume the blood of others to receive a healing factor for a short period, and this very act even keeps Ashley young, virtually stopping the aging process.

Weakness: It is worth noting that the more blood expelled, the closer Ashley gets to bleeding out, and she can only gain her blood back by reestablishing a connection to it a la by touch. Besides this, the girl only has the strength and stamina of a normal human, and her young age means that she’s fairly inexperienced in all fields. Weak to holy objects.

Appearance: A slight man with no eyebrows, a baby-face, emerald eyes, and greasy ginger hair, Donny is without a doubt an unassuming individual. He almost always wears black pants and dress shoes with suspenders and black gloves, though commonly hides his equipment and features beneath a trenchcoat and hat. He always wears a tie, though the color and design of it frequently changes. He speaks with a nasally Downeast accent, one that most people find pervy sounding.

Personality: Donny is what would be called an ubermensch. He follows his own code and does as he wants, believing only in his own will and the in the cold steel of his .44 Magnum. He follows orders because he likes having something to do, and what he likes to do is murder.
He is unbelievably crafty, and as mean as an Arizona rattler. He frequently feigns emotion and warmth to stay on just the right side of socially passable by modern standards, but he has no qualms about being a public nuisance. He is quite skilled at being annoying, and uses it as a tool to pick fights. He enjoys smoking, but only does so before and after a kill.



History: Donny had a typical psychopathic childhood. He was born in Bangor, Maine, his father a U.S Marine, his mother a sickly stay at home wife, and his uncle a bastard rapist. He was often unsupervised, and frequently engaged in less than moral activities. He bullied other children, killed animals, and stole from the local supermarket on a regular basis. As soon as he got his driver's license, he stole his parent's van hit the road, moving to Las Vegas and with nary a penny in his pockets after using up the rest for gas.
There he found quick work as a mafia bookie, his audacity and ruthlessness impressing the bosses. He began as a goon and never switched professions. He was good at it. Whenever he wasn't booking, he was killing. Any hit that was requested of him, he accepted and completed. By the time he was in his mid-twenties, he was locally known as "First-Degree" Donny, a universal killer and as far as the Las Vegas Police were concerned, a veritable one-man army.

There was another reason for his infamy, however. He had a hobby. In his spare time Donny wandered the streets after dark, a claw hammer hidden inside his overcoat. He killed lone women beneath city overpasses and in motel alleyways. Being a part-time serial killer in addition to a mafia bookie naturally solidified his reputation as a high profile criminal, and he is currently on the FBI's Most Wanted list with a reward of two-million dollars on his head. He has since moved to Lochwell City, looking for business.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents: Donny looks like a geeky dad, the kind of embarrassing adult that could be found doing jumping jacks in neon short shorts down at the local YMCA. This is a strength. Hardly anyone ever suspects just how obscenely dangerous he really is. His physicality is comparable to that of a highly trained marine, as he consistently trains to stay in peak condition. He has over seventeen years of experience in urban combat as an elite mafia goon, with at least 172 confirmed kills. Though he is a capable hand-to-hand fighter, he by far prefers mid-range firefights. He is a true "dead eye" with his selected firearms, and can hit a fly at ninety-one meters with his .44 Magnum, the weapon he favors above all others. Such is his skill with the gun that he can fire off all six shots in less than a second by fanning the hammer, whilst still maintaining near-perfect accuracy. For reference as to the Magnum's power, the slugs can rip through armor like rice paper and put a four inch hole through a steel cooking pan at three hundred feet.

Weakness: Donny has finite ammunition. If he is stripped of his belt or runs out of bullets, he becomes just another street savvy bruiser that can be taken down by a gun or a better prepared melee specialist.

Secret Hideout: A thirteenth-story penthouse suite. Hiding in plain sight at its most comfortable.

Cauliflower is no where near what others may call sane. He breathes, lives and thrives off insanity. Finding pleasure in dark humor and the pain of others. He's sadistic, psychotic, chaotic and destructive. Though he's fair at some points. Instead of brutally murdering whoever gives him a foul look he let's them get chances before ripping their torso from their lower half. He's greedy and will do whatever he can to get his way. That means even teaming with others to achieve a common goal and maybe backstab them when they least expect it. Cauliflower is often careless due to his living situation and doesn't scare easily, but on the other hand easy to anger and will not spare the poor soul who choose to anger him.

History:
At first Cauliflower walked the world around a millennia ago possessing the weak and destroying the strong. Around that time there was a wizard who traveled the land and set out to purify that current world of evil. The wizard fought and sealed away countless demons and creatures of the night. Cauliflower was one of these demons. During his long travels the wizard also wrote a book that would warn the world and his followers of what not and what to do if certain demons were to escape. The book also included demons, the strongest ones he's faced and the weakest. Cauliflower was unidentified for the book ended when the wizard cross paths with him. The fight between them was tough and the wizard rained victorious. All it cost was his life and the lives of a small city.

So the book mentions Cauliflower bit doesn't describe is threat level which was a huge problem hundreds of years later. A cult that worshiped the wizard was facing financial problems and turned to mischief to survive. To help in their mischievous acts they planned to request the help of a demon. They were desperate and needed the muscle. So they looked through the wizards book for the weakest demon possible and aimed to summon the choose candidate. That's when it all went down hill.

Cauliflower was chosen, believed to be the weakest since he had little to no description about him. Once summoned there was instantaneously death and destruction. Only a few of the cult that took part of the ritual survived, but to only be killed with the second wave of attacks that came from Cauliflower. After the complete genocide of the wizards cult he decided to lay low. Another hundred years pass and Cauliflower was arrested in New Mexico for murder. It was self defense but the five people who attacked him, bodies couldn't even be identified. He was charged with possible man slaughter and titled insane. His sentenced in title awarded him a new home in a new Mega prison named La prisión de Gran. The prison was huge almost double the area of Alcatraz, but it was build for humans. It didn't take long for Cauliflower to escape and lay waste to whatever obstacle that stood in his way. Before he knew it he was outside and the prison was decorated with flames and soon imploded. The number of causalities were unable to be precise due to how the implosion mangled and most likely disintegrated countless of prison inmates and guards. This stunt landed Cauliflower into another prison this time build for "people like him".

Standing at 6'9 he is a giant man, even among his people the average height is 6'5. He has porcelain white skin and black eyes through and through. Weighing 250lbs of pure muscle he is a monster to be hold. Usually wearing casual cloths and suits.

Personality: Ek'ork is a temperamental man. Most of the others of his species are all very respectful of their prince, but the human soon learn that he is quick to snap at any one. Like any prince when he ask for something he expects it no matter what, or there will be sever consequences. When coming to Earth he did not like their customs and traditions at all and had a problem adjusting. His mind is not one so easily conquered. It is vast, unlike humanity who can only use 5-16% of their brain capacity, his people can use up to 60% and it makes them different. They are numb to most human emotions and he does not quiet understand right and wrong just yet.

History: Ek'ork lived as a prince on his home world, it was a dying planet and his people knew that, they understood that it was a dog eat dog world and the royalty had the biggest say in anything. Due to his fathers falling health it was getting close to the crowning ceremony, where the prince eats the father while he dies. In his society the minds of the people are connected by a mind link. Being an all male society, the more dominant males have royal blood in their veins and have better control over the others, acting as the queen bee of the planets hive. While the weaker males have little to know royal blood and are the worker bees.

Ek'ork was next in line to take over the crown , which is know as the nexus. The Nexus is the hub for the mental links, which is why the kings get older and older as the years go on. So the previous king will find another 'proper' male and they would grow an egg using both of their genes.

This is how Ek'ork came to be, his father (mother) was a warrior and fought in the many different wars waged by his people, while his other father (father/the king) has been ruling for 1000 years. He has just reached maturity and was now fit for the crown and just as he finished eating his father alive and accepting the Nexus, his world puffed out its last breath. Everything was falling apart and now as king Ek'ork had made the decision to leave, grabbing his only reaming father and trusted advisers, he left the little red world and watched it explode. HE could feel the instant deaths of millions of his people and it was a pain he will never forget.

They found Earth by accident and thought it was a world easily inhabited. So they landed in secret and soon began to watch the humans before striking. There were only about 250 of his people left and after 5 years of observation they strike. What he did not know was that they had been found out and the humans were ready for him. 3 years of long war later and his population had been dropped down to 65. He called for peace and bought it with advanced technology and money.

After the war he bought he and his people their 'humanity' and American Citizenship he took up home in Lochwell. He was, is, and will be an impatient man so he did not really get human customs and traditions until he ate one. This is how his people relay information form other people. They did not even speak English or any other Earth language until he ate his first human.

WGUF-What Got You Famous: After the war and a few years of living in Lochwell, Ek'ork was called in by the president for a 'check-up' and followed suit. He went ot the white house and met the previous president, an arrogant man who did very many disrespectful looking things to Ek'ork's POV. Growing enraged by the minute Ek'ork finally snapped and ate the man. The first human he every ate was the president of the united states and he did it in a savage manner. Blood and leftover body parts could be seen throughout the Oval Office. He was apprehended on the spot and sent to ICF for permanent incarceration. His people were not reprimanded though and still run his gang on the outside.

Equipment: He has a war suit that he wears during combat.

Powers/Abilities/Skills/Talents:His people are naturally strong in nature, being able to life ten times their weight like ants, they also have their own martial arts system. He was trained by a warrior and bred for combat. His strikes are hard and he can kill anything in 10 different ways or more. He is a hunter and has instincts like one. Due to him having the Nexus his brain usage jumps to 75%. This gives him prime control over his own body. He can control two different things, his density. Making himself as light as a feather, giving him flight, or as heavy and hard as a star, giving him an added punch. Ek'ork can phase through objects as well bye reducing his density to allow him to go through solid objects, or vice versa.

Weakness: Ek'ork is a King of his people, this mean a lot. The Nexus is a heavy burden and even though he will not die for many thousands of years (due to low population) Using the Nexus is a great burden and a last resort. After it gets used he needs time to recover from fatigue, duration depending on how long he has been using. He is not bullet proof by any means, only when he is using the Nexus, but during normal combat he can be shot and cut and broken like anyone else. Also his massive structure is a problem in many cases, small confined spaces are not his forte and he sends people do that for him.

Secret Hideout: The Mothership of his people is hidden some where in the Pacific ocean, but their base of operations and only access point is in a bar owned by him.
