As of right now, I would like to take the time and let people know that I will be mulling about on how exactly to do the communications which doesn't require people making accounts left and right. As of right now, I see chatzy and PMs appearing to be a decent option.

Also, I realized in my brilliant stupidity, I probably should have told all of you to put your characters into the OOC first for review rather than everyone fucking bumrushing to reserve a spot in the Chars tab for some reason unknown. So everyone whose put a CS in the Chars tab, please move it somewhere where you can work on it and then submit the final to me for review. Apologizes for this mess.

If this post sounds salty or whatever, it probably is to some degree as I'm sitting here realizing what exactly I've made and debating if I can actually properly control something like this with a semblance of order. Compounding to that of irl family and personal issues is not helping, nether is my habit of staying up so damn late like I am right now.

I'm here to help alleviate some of this pressure and help things go along smoothly, hence why I selected a key character slot so in case you're absent, I can keep things moving along according to your will. Also, my reservation is simply there for when Kito is approved, I have no intention of posting him up there until after he's approved.

Kito's pretty typical in terms appearance, average build, typical height of exactly 6 feet, though there is a birthmark on his neck in the form of a scar. It's shape resembles a crescent moon. He typically wears a suit which can be one of two colors, depending upon what day it is. Black is his typical color, usually meant for work, while a grey one is typically what he wears when not working. His eye color is brown, while his hair is blonde, the result of his father marrying an American woman.

Personality: Kito is typically calm, cool and collected. His attitude towards others is passive; as long as they don't bother him, he doesn't care. He has a fine eye for detail in everything. His work, those around him, even his own home. Everything has it's place and he is constantly writing down every detail, ensuring to leave nothing out, being as descriptive as possible. He writes down everything he sees and hears, whether it's about him or not. He keeps a record of it in his journal, which he carries with him at all times. The journal itself is currently in it's tenth edition, each one chronicling his life since he first started writing, up until this moment.

Diary: Observer Diary

Notable Skills: His attention to detail is beyond that of any normal person's ability; he's able to notice things that escape even the most observant person, and even the most advanced surveillance equipment. It is this skill alone that makes others veer away from him, believing him to be some sort of freak.

History: Kito had been born with a special gift, the ability to see things others missed, or couldn't see. This helped him early on in life, as he was able to avoid fights, or end them if he was ever confronted. However, as he grew, he began to pull away from society. As a result, he was treated as an outcast, a loner. As such, he resigned himself to writing everything he saw and heard, whether it was directed at him or not. It wasn't until he was older and working did he meet Gospel, assuming the God was merely a figment of his imagination, created to help prevent himself from going completely insane. The last four years he had been party to Gospel's machinations, quite often encountering him when reaching a dead end on a case, only to have the God or his subordinate point out a detail that helped to break the case wide open.

Misc: Kito works for the police and is the captain.

Mizu's face looks just like above, although she puts her hair up in a bun while exercising or fighting. She usually wears a red and white striped tank top with an orange *Insert Japanese equivalent of Under Armor here* zipper-up sweatshirt. Below that, she wears thin breathable shorts (not quite spandex) that go down a quarter of the way to her knees (Cuz what anime based RP is complete without short shorts) whose color matches the orange of her sweatshirt almost exactly, being 3 shades darker. Her shoes are imported grade A running shoes, with extra mesh and steel toes that are made of a special light titanium that increases the aero-dynamics of the shoe, making up for the little weight it adds and then some, doubling as a weapon if needed. The shoes are pure white. She wears a teardrop shaped pendant around her neck similar to the one in the image. On the pendant is a picture of her mother and father.

Personality:
To be plain, Mizu is a fitness nut. She has been obsessed with sports and physical fitness ever since she was young. Under her plain appearing personality, she has what some would call a natural apathy to people, as well as a sadistic side. Her MMA Japanese championship allows her to think of people differently. She sees herself as better that everybody else, and that she should be in control. Her MMA also has given her a higher tolerance to blood and allowed her to take joy from other's pain. Besides that, Mizu loves to collect exotic and sometimes illegal weapons, following in her father's footsteps. She doesn't always carry weapons on her but she likes to keep her father's favorite knife in her inner sweatshirt pocket for safe keeping.

Diary:
Exercise Diary - A notebook that details what movement someone will make and what direction they will run. Does not predict moves in battles and does not account for obstacles and dangers on the route.

Has extensive knowledge of different forms of torture - Ranges from water torture to slowly removing limbs starting at the fingers and toes, going to segments of the major limbs. She has an odd fondness of slower forms of torture.

History:
Mizu was born into a semi-rich family, her dad a big game hunter and her mom the CEO of a sportswear company in Tokyo. When she was in third grade, she joined her first basketball team and got hooked. She began to take sports like it was her life and even imagined Ruruli as a trainer to motivate her as a child and be a friend to confide in as a teen. When she was 16, her parents died in a car accident, she moved in with her aunt and uncle who were barely old enough to be living on their own. She then took up MMA as a way to release anger and stress. Megan, her aunt who was born in America while the family was on vacation, encouraged her and even helped her by buying a second house for Mizu to live in and later own. She eventually took up her dad's hobby of collecting weapons and occasionally goes to Weapon conventions and Illegal gun shops.

Sorry it's complete garbage compared to the Character Sheets I've seen recently. I didnt put my all into it, I might improve on it later. If I had hunter I was literally going to do her dad as my character XD
