Drek grabbed his knife and sliced open his finger. Blood splashed onto the contract, perfectly spelling Drekven Emmerich in long elegant cursive. Drek winked at Lilith and made a gunshot at her with his still profusely bleeding finger.
Lilith's eyes glittered as she saw Drek's name in blood. She wasn't sure why he would use his magic for such a trivial purpose, but quite frankly, she couldn't care less, to each their own.
In an instant she couldn't contain all the giddy, excited energy and she let it all out with a high, victorious jump, and a loud "YEESS!"
After landing she spun around on her heel.
"I can't believe it! After six long months, we finally have a new member! Can you believe it, Artorius?"
*From out of the forest steps a wood Elven women wearing studded leather with a short sword at her side and a walking cane that sparked when it struck stone, while fairly presentable her eyes seemed vacant and distant* "Is this the headquarters of Grayfall," *She said in a surprisingly gnarled voice*
Lilith went slack-jawed, she honestly couldn't believe her luck that the guild had not one, but TWO whole visitors today! And this one even came her on purpose! This had never happened before...
"Yes, this is Grayfall. Is there any way I may help you?"
*A light flashes in her eyes, as she smiles her canines appearing slightly longer then they should* "Wonderful, my name is Sarrai'a, and I heard about the tragedy that befell your guild, and well......" *Her eyes go blank as she is pulled into the memory of what occurred to her past guild for several seconds before shaking herself out of it* "Sorry about that, I recently underwent a similair tragedy and was hoping to find kinship among those who have suffered as I have and hopefully we can help each other over come what has happened to us." *She gives a weak smile*
The sudden transfer of weight caught the tiny lady off guard and she fell flat on her face with Drek crushing her.
"You want...to join?" she asked from under the drunken man's form "r-really?" tears started welling up in her eyes "two in one day! Who would have thought this humble guild would receive such a blessing?"
*Saarai'a walks forward to help lift the drunken man off of Lilith, and smiles* "Of course I want to join, why would I come all the way out here if I didn't." *As she helps lift Drek, scars that appear to be claw marks on her arms become visisble*
*She firmly grasps it and shakes* "It's nice to meet you too" *She then reaches out her hand to help Lilith up* "So what do I need to do to join up, I'm ready to face any trial, be it slaying a demon or facing the guild head in combat, I am prepared."
"Drek, rude. Don't just topple me then ignore me." Lilith huffs as she picks herself off the ground and dusts herself off, looking childlike with her cheeks puffed out in a pout.
She shoves the drunk aside before continuing.
"Now, miss Saarai'a, was it? Would you like something to drink or eat? I'm sure your journey wore you down. I can only offer you grilled cheese and tomato soup, but we have many drinks like water, rum, beer, barley tea, coffee, honey mead..."
"Oh no I ate on the way here, and there is a nice stream not too far away so I had some nice water, I don't drink alcohol it does not sit well with me."
Once again, Lilith whips the totally not soul binding contract out of her pact so fast that it just looks like it appears in her hand,
"Oh, it's nothing big or anything, I just need you to sign this...with your blood." she gave an innocent smile before pondering for a moment "oh shoot! I never put Drek's contract in the files!"
she placed the blank contract on the table and grabbed the drunkard's before running to another room.
*Saaria'a begins to unsheathe her short sword, then pauses and resheathes it deciding not to risk cutting her thumb off by accident, her nails than grow out into claws, as her face becomes a bit more wolf like and her canines become proper predatory fangs and she slices her right thumb with her left claw which lights on fire as she signs her name in blood, and then her claws go out and she slowly shifts back* "There we go all done."
Lilith returned from one of the back rooms stretching out her arms. She blinked when she saw the document was already signed, albeit a bit cruder than the last one, but that was only normal.
"I can't believe it, you actually signed!" she chirped giddily before quickly picking up the contract and running back to the room calling out "it's too late, you can't quit now."
This day was utterly baffling to her, somebody actually [b]wanted[b] to join, even after knowing what had happened to the previous guild members. Artorius would get a kick out of this.
