"Ah so he helps run the guild, and Lilith besides...the skull, you are longest standing member among those of us who just joined, and are able to enforce decisions made and take care of what needs to be done, and based off what I've seen are quite skilled at keeping this guild running and are able to go out and do jobs for the guild, so as far as I'm concerned you are the alph... leader."

That was a new word. Guild. What did it mean? Clover tried to think back to any other time that she might have heard this word, but none came to mind.

"What is guild?"

Unaccustomed to social circles, she did not know that interrupting was not looked fondly upon, nor did she even realize that this was an inopportune time to chime in.

*Sarrai'a pauses and looks over at the nymph* "A guild is a group that brings people together for a common cause.....like a pack if you will."

[Myyt]

"Well I could do a whole lot more if I just had a body..." Artorius commented almost longingly, "The previous guildmaster was such a prude about that. Now that Lilith is in charge, perhaps a change of attire is in order? Ehehehehehe! Any volunteers?" The skull cackled out. "In any event, you've gathered quite a motley crew here! Perhaps we could re-open the quest log? Although perhaps I'm getting a-HEAD of myself" He paused a moment to chatter at his own joke.

"The guild hall is looking rather... dumpy if I may say so. Perhaps we can get our sorcerous friends to raise a hammer and get this place back in functioning order. Or you could head to the nearby village and outsource some work, although I'm sure they'd want something in return. Or perhaps you could come up with a more... creative way to get this place back up and running. If you can just get the basic structure back in tact, I can work my magic (quite literally) and maintain the building almost cost free! (almost)"

Lilith's eyes went predatory once she locked on to Clover who had shown genuine curiosity in the inner-workings of the guild. If there was any time to strike, it would be now.

"We're basically like one big happy family...that takes on jobs and protects people. You can join...if you like." She had another contract in her bag, just in case.

[Thistle]

Clover looked at the witch. Her eyes sparkled with curiosity, and with hope. Maybe this would be the way that she could gain the favor of the goddess!

"What does joining entail?"

*Sarrai'a stepped closer to the skull looking closely at it as she had never seen magic of this kind before* "So did you have a body before, the magic that made you like this was placed on you...." *She pauses realizing that she forgot to even introduce herself or ask the skull its name* "I'm terribly sorry I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Sarria'a, its....nice to meet the oldest....member of greyfall."

[Myyt]

"Well... now oldest!" Artorius spoke "Ahh see Lilith, this one has manners! I like this one!"

"My name is Artorius, and don't you know it's rude to ask a disembodied head about his body (or lack thereof)?! EHeheheheheh!" The skull laughed relentlessly, he seemed almost giddy. "You wield a very strange magic.. it smells..." Artorius paused for a moment, "sniffing" the air, "it smells primal, feral. A wildling no doubt, you shall make a powerful ally and a terrible enemy. Just keep those fangs away from dear Lilith here and we'll be all set."

"I made a promise when I was given this power of mine never to use it to harm those that are innocent, as such you have my word that no harm will come to Lilith by my hand."

Lilith huffed a little at the mention of calling the guild she worked so hard to maintain all by herself "dumpy" but on the other hand, she couldn't argue. They didn't even have a door anymore. Her heart warmed a little hearing Artorius call her "dear Lilith", especially since he was the only friend she had left.

"Well...first things first, we need to fix this place up, but after that we'd do quest work to earn money."

Clover looked around. Yes, this place could use more color. Green, namely.

"Well, I would be more than willing to help, if i would be of any use!"

"I am not the greatest a craft work but I am willing to do what I can, if need be I am willing to do some odd jobs around the city, to help earn supplies for the repair work."

Lilith felt hesitant about giving an obvious child with no construction knowledge a hammer and nail, so she had to think of something a lot less dangerous that Clover could do. After pondering for a bit, Lilith had an idea.

"How about you go fetch me some edible plants? There's quite a few around here, and I'm sure the others will be hungry when they wake up."

[Myyt]

"Give me just a moment..." Artorius' eyes flickered out for a second, then sputtered back to life, "Ahhh yes, we do have several requests still pending, one of which comes from a woodsman not to far from here. The message briefly and vaguely describes some trouble with the local wildlife, but I'm sure you could figure it out. Would you be willing to undertake this task? It could be a good source of lumber for the reconstruction effort."

"That works for me, and is right up my alley, if you don't mind Lilith, or do you want to work with what is around?"

[LissaLu]

"Almost all the wood in this building is starting to rot a little, and I'm not good with an axe." Lilith deadpanned. "Please get lumber from the woodsman."

[Boodles]

"Did somebody say... Lumber?" Drek sprung awake and hopped onto his feet, sliding on over to the group of guild members.

"Sounds dangerous... I like it."

"Will do, where am I headed Artorius?" *She says while grabbing her sword off the table and placing it in its sheath* "Ah Drek your up, hows your head."

[Boodles]

"I'm doing just fine darling, it takes more than a hangover to bring Drekven Emmerich to his knees!"

He laughs haughtily and slaps Lilith on the back.

"Though if you had some ice I would appreciate it...."

Lilith blinked at the warlock suddenly springing up all of a sudden after being totally out for a while. Such a spontaneous fellow, Drekven was. She winced when she was suddenly slapped full force on the back, and she could feel a mark forming.

"No," she cringed, slightly irritated, "I'm afraid we don't have a cooler, so there's no way to create or preserve ice except in the winter...also, all that alcohol that you drank is coming straight out of your paycheck, you know."

Lilith then recollected herself. She contemplated staying here to assign things to other guild members, but Artorius would probably do that in her stead. Plus she remembered Drek had no idea how to navigate the wilderness.

"Will the two of you be able to handle it on your own, or should I grab my broom and go with you?"
