So far Tyrus, nor any of his underlings, had any luck in locating a dragon radar, but then again it wouldn't have been any fun if they had found it right up. After communicating telepathically, using their madoshi friend as a medium, Lissandra reported something interesting to the rest of them about there being locations outside of the cities, secret labs. She had promptly found the remains of one by a certain scientist but the place was too trashed and apparently had nothing of worth left in it so it had been back to square one. At the moment they were separately scouring the mountains for signs of these secret laboratories and while they had a general idea of where they might be...it was still a lot of ground to cover. Things started to look up however when Tyrus came across quite a recent battlefield, or even perhaps some kind of testing grounds which meant that either there was habitation close by or else someone just wanted the most destructive bonfire ever in the middle of the forest. They tightened their search patterns to around the area and the game was afoot.
"Tyrus-sama was always a fan of long-shots." Xeroth grumbled as his massive, dragonoid frame flapped through the sky. Anything that peeked Tyrus's curiosity just had to be checked out it seemed, while the official reason for checking the area was to find one of those hidden labs the unofficial reason was no doubt to satisfy his own selfish whim of figuring out what had happened to level such an expanse of trees. As he was heading over a certain part of the mountains, Xeroth's sniffed the air, it was different from the burned trees he had visited earlier but he couldn't quite place it. Most likely it was organic, perhaps even flesh? He decided to narrow in on the scent and flew lower for a better look. Soon he saw it, it appeared that something on the mountainside had collapsed in, but it wasn't natural, something constructed that was blasted in and sure enough, it was the faint scent of death that probably only his sharp nose could sense, the scent being the poor scientists who had been present during the Majin's attack. He noticed a few figures down there, perhaps this was one of those secret labs, talk about luck!
Xeroth dove down and righted himself with a heavy flap of his wings and stood on top of the roof to peer down into the room. He considered trying to get in but the hole wasn't quite big enough without him having to smash through so for the moment he contented himself to grin down at the occupants with his sharp teeth. "Well well, if it isn't a secret lab of some sorts." He sneered as he tried to take in as many of them inside as he could. "Heh, forgive the house-call but your roof was open and I have a rather pressing matter to discuss with whoever runs this lair, a certain matter that concerns a device called a dragon radar."
