It doesn't matter how fast or powerful Lucus is. If he were to get swallowed up by a black hole he would be dead. This goes for just about anyone else in the entire universe as well.

Well, no. Even black holes have a limit to their range.

The guys within that range, however (namely, us and anyone else in Twilight Town), are pretty much screwed.

Not to mention opening and maintaining something that powerful would likely kill you. If you make it so Lucus is the only one sucked in then it should kill you in less then a second, meaning it would be pointless.

According to Thomas it deals damage, removes positive status affects, and has a chance to remove foes from battle.

Okay, as I said from looking at the Black Hole spell in Final Fantasy, it either deals a massive amount of damage (up to 75% of your HP), removes all positive status effects, or it instantly removes an enemy from the battle. I leave it to Bio to decide which of those would be used here.

Not the GM, but I would prefer the 75% Damage; its not game-breaking as Lucus still has access to most of his super damaging abilities, and more.

Bosses are usually immune to spells like that though
