I posted. Sudden entrance and with that Reno has returned. Was waiting for a more crucial moment that I could hopelessly interrupt, but I was like... nah, ill just make them think something strange is happening first.

And double take at the revelation of time flowing differently in the Mirror Realm in 3..2..1

Yep. Technically time flows the same as it does in the mortal realm, but it can also flow differently as well (it is a realm of both physical and metaphysical, so things work a bit differently there including the laws of space, time, and physics, so while at one point the time could flow the same in both realms it can also flow differently)

So, parts of the Mirror Realm are moving faster or slower temporally to each other and the mortal realm, or does the entire thing just happen to shiuft from being equal to faster or slower and no one knows why.

I think ill let you speculate and keep it a mystery ^^

Im just gonna go with its a different realm of existence, so things work rather differently although that first thing you said might not be entirely untrue. Still, its complicated and thus shall not be fully explained to keep things all mysterious and stuff.

yeah. Time shenanigans could get awkward though. Watch Reno/Oner end up older than Thomas because of it, maybe even Jake (Though I'd hope not)

Don't worry, Denizens of the mirror stop aging normally at about 17 years old. After that they age very, very slowly (after about 1000 years they will probably look about thirty years old)

Also that will be the last time Reno stays there for a year and only half a day passes.

That doesn't make Thomas, being an average, normal dude not living in a parallel dimension who'd be lucky if he makes it to be 100, feel any better :p
