I'd prefer here. And my idea was a whatchamacallit. It's a Japanese Spirit which is basically an object that has come to life.

Tsukumogami. Effectively, it'd be like Clarent, except it could also fight on it's own.

This is based on the idea of the Onmyoji, who make deals with Kami to gain power in the spiritual world. Mostly, they have a Gaurdian Kami, which resembles the partnerships of the Gifted. So I was thinking it would kinf of fit.

Makes sense to me. We would just have to squeeze that into Michael's storyline. Actually, will your good character been in human form and have the ability to transform into my character's katana or is he permanently a sword?

He's a sword, but he can manifest as a human wielding the blade when necessary.

Just a scenario plays through my head. Like a guy randomly showing up at the door, asks me to sign a lease/contract, I do so, and then bam, I get a sentient katana. XD

Ah, that's good. I thought you were saying you just weren't having fun, and you had already done this a bunch. I hope you do get to enjoy the forum, it would be quite a shame if you didn't ^^
