That was just a trick they pulled from Demon's Souls (THE SUPERIOR GAME!). In Demon's Souls, there was more than one bridge with dragons constantly shooting fire at you. And if you made a wrong turn? MORE DRAGONS TO BURN YOU.

Is almost is literally impossible for Ageha to hate Noriaki. Noriaki would have to harm the group physically for her to even begin to hate her.
