"Nice to meet you two," I said and added, somewhat sourly, "Though I wish it was in better conditions." I looked around the partially filled bus. "Thank goodness it wasn't too packed... I don't think I would ever get over it if I watched a kid die," I thought. There didn't seem to be any kids, and I was glad.

Alva came back, this time with a handkerchief and some water. She offered it to me and I was slightly surprised. "Oh, wow, thank you very much," I said and took them gratefully. I spent some time picking out the remaining pieces of glass. When I finished I poured about a quarter of the water bottle on my cuts, hoping to get any dirt out. "I'll be sure to clean it with alcohol when I get home," I thought, wondering what time it was.

I handed the water bottle back to Alva. "Here, we might ne trapped for a few hours. It'll be better to drink than clean my hand. I really appreciate it." I gave her another warm smile, hoping to keep the mood light as I wrapped my hand in the handkerchief.
Ally squeezed Alvina's hand back, happy to have support from her. She listened to the other woman's words carefully and laughed, "Yeah, striking fear might sound cool, but I want to focus on spreading hope. When people zee us standing up, maybe they'll stand up too.

Trip spoke his disapproval again, and she didn't blame him. Ally was shocked of all people, Trip wasn't on board. He had amazing fighting skills, and losing that was an extreme loss to the team. Then again, as he left he mentioned he would think about it and give an answer later on. Ally appreciated this.

Alan spoke, further supporting Trip, in a sense. He encouraged them to not only think of the pros, but the cons as well. Ally appreciated this as well. He showed they weren't some random group of teens going out to get into something they had no idea about.

"Thanks Alan, I'm glad you're on board with this too," Ally said. Alan was incredibly smart, and though Ally considered herself smarter than the average beat, she knew that Alan blew her out of the waters. She knew he wasn't a huge fighter, but maybe he could be their Oracle? She shook her head. She was thinking too far ahead.

Ally looked over to Zoey, who hadn't spoken since Trip left. "If Trip can't teach you, I will," Ally offered, "I know he's a way better teacher than me, but if you want some sort of teaching, I can help you." She looked at the rest of her friends and said, voice clear and strong, "If anyone here isn't confident with their fighting skills and Trip can't teach you, I will. We can't do this if we don't know how to defend ourselves."
"Wow my head hasn't hurt this bad since..." My thoughts trailed off as I opened my eyes. At first I didn't know what I was seeing. I then realized it was glass crumbled all over the ground of... Where was I last? A bus? I saw shattered glass all over the floor of the bus. My body ached and I couldn't quite remember what happened. I sat up from the ground and looked around.

The first thing she saw was a woman approaching another who was stuck in the door. What the-! I need to go help them! was all I could think as I lifted myself from the ground using a nearby pole. I could feel little pieces of glass sticking to my back and the back of my legs. I tried to walk as fast as I could to the woman in distress. Shards of glass tinkled out of my hair as I walked- well, stumbled- to the two women.

The one in the door seemed pretty calm, something Ally wasn't sure she could do if she were half through a door. The other woman had a scarf protecting her hands. "Dang, wish I had thought of something like that," she thought, looking at her own hands that were sliced and bleeding.

"Here, I can break the glass, I'm already beat up anyway," I said, figuring after this I could just hit the hospital. I reached into my pocket, pulled out my phone, and hit the glass, not wanting to send it flying into the faces of anyone near, but also not wanting the woman in the door to continue suffering either. As the final pieces of glass tumbled to the ground, I offered, "My name is Ally. I don't remember how the crash happened, but I'm sure the bus crashed. Uh... I don't know where the police or ambulances are, but I'm sure they'll be here soon.

Helena's heart swelled as Dan Green gave them his speech. He seemed so casual, but then again a skilled fighter as himself had no reason to be too intimidating- everybody here should know he would destroy them within the first round. Dan Green saw something in each of them and gave them an amazing gym like this to train in. He wanted all of them to succeed, and that made Helena feel pretty damn special.

Green invited the crew to tour the academy until he was back. Helena really didn't want to go to far. Instead she looked at the heavy bags. They sat in the bus for so long, she at least needed a bit of a stretch. So, she walked over to the heavy bag area, carefully slipped off her shoes, and bowed before stepping on the mat- a tradition at her own, and many other gyms. She pushed the heavy bag, testing its weight. "Yup, that's heavy," she confirmed to herself with a slight smirk. The woman got into her stance, and loosely jabbed at the bag, making sure she was a good distance away from it. Then, she hit it a bit harder, now doing "the ol' 1-2." Of course she wouldn't go all out on the bag now, as she had no hand protection. There was no way she was going to injure her hand the first day.

So, Helena continued the light tapping of the bag, slowly introducing hooks, uppercuts, elbows, and knees. She kept her rhythm fairly slow, mainly concentrating on her fluidity of moving from one strike to the next.

Ally continued to phase in and out of human and metal form once the demon went into its rage. It smashed cars and windows, some of the debris hitting Ally as she was mere flesh again. She noticed this affected her titanium form, giving it scuffs and grooves. The demon was now bleeding, something the young woman didn't expect at all. It's almost over! Keep going! she urged herself, and she continued to punch, putting every ounce of strength she had into each strike, regardless the form she put on.

Then, the demon expanded, doing his best to shake her off. She had her legs now wrapped around the torso, doing her best to keep on as she struck it. Before it was too late, she noticed it was about to ram her into the wall! She went titanium and went back human. She was unable to get a punch in before she was flying back to the wall. Again, she went to titanium before hitting the wall and came out of this form before being hit again.

Her energy continued to drain. Each time she phased back into her human form, the deeper she could feel the cuts and scrapes on her back grow. Finally, she found a pattern to continue the attack. Once she was slammed into the wall and fully titanium, she slammed her elbow- often referred to as the body's knife- into the demon's cheek or chin. Come on! Keep going! she urged herself, Just a little longer! If I go human and get hit I'm dead!
Ally usually wasn't in the titanium form this much, and she could feel it taking a toll on her body and energy. Usually she would just walk around a bit in the form for a few minutes at max. Never had she had to be in the form this long and use so much energy.

The manhole cover hit the demon on the back of its head and Ally phased out of her titanium form just as the creature shifted its attention to her. What?
No! I can't lose it yet, not right now!
she urged herself in her head as the demon raced closer. It swung, and she returned to her titanium form. There was no way for her to dodge. She threw her arms up over her head and was hit. The club smashed into her arm, the spear scraped along her ribs.

Ally shouted out in pain, but knew this would be her chance. After an attack, an enemy would be open for a counter. This is my chance! Quickly, trying her best to ignore the pain, she ducked under the arms of the demon and got him in a blast double- a move she preferred when practicing wrestling takedowns. The young woman got the demon onto its back, her on top. She clenched her fists together and began to pound her fists into the demon. This is what should've happened to Percy! This is what I should've done!

As she hit the demon, her form lost itself and she began to flash in and out of her metal and flesh forms. Some punches were hit with a titanium fist, others with her human fist. Ally couldn't be sure what would happen if she was hit in her human form, but she didn't want to find out. With each flash into her human state, she felt the pain grow in intensity more and more.
@Fury Panda Honestly that's why I waited to reply too. XD I'm pretty excited for this thread.
@Fury Panda My bad, I forgot when I was writing. You can leave it as is, then everyone will have multiple things to consider, plus Trip can respond about being willing or not to teach MMA to those who need teaching.

EDIT: You can also reply to me/Ally, if you'd like. There's no posting order so far, and I don't plan on there being a strict one.
@Fury Panda Please let me know if you can read the red I'm using now, I'll change it if not. :3
