@alexfangtalon Looks great! Definitely interested in the use of Aikido and BJJ since both are very close-ranged fighting styles. Seeing her have to use something where she has to grab a grown, possibly drunk man could get an interesting reaction. Can't wait to see what she does! You can move her into the Character Tab whenever you're ready.

Adelfa kept steady in 7th, unable to overtake 6th, but refusing to be taken down to 8th. Her blood rushed. Any bad movement could result in a crashed car and she knew her insurance would cover little of it. "Nos," she muttered. Hadn't he put that in her car? Yes, he did! "Okay, got it!" Adelfa said as they approached the bridge.

"Yeah, the whole war thing Ivan was talking about is crazy," Akita said, picking a topic from the day before. She didn't want to bring up what had happened the night before, even if it was as innocent as a peck.

"Okay!" Adelfa replied, understanding. She revved up her car, though its engine wasn't nearly as impressive as some of the others. At the signal, Akita took off with the others, doing as Blake said by easing into her car's top speed.

"Good morning," Akita said brightly, glad any of the static in the air was gone. Did he forget what he did last night? she questioned internally. "Got any plan yet?"

Adelfa was startled to hear the walkie-talkie speak to her. She quickly picked it up and attached it to her dashboard. "Yes, I can hear you!" she replied, releasing the button. Her car was at the starting line and her eyes scanned the crowd around it. Where was Calix? Would he be waiting for her at the finish line?

Finally the morning had come. Akita woke up, but wasn't sure what to do. Why even get up? They didn't have any real plans, no strategy. All they knew was they had to keep fighting. "I can't fight like this, can I?" Akita asked herself and got up from bed. She stretched and continued on to perform her morning routine- changing, brushing her teeth, washing her face, those sort of things. It wasn't until she was done that she decided to make her way to the cafeteria for her daily rations.

"Yeah," Adelfa agreed, shaking Blake's hand, "I'll see you there!" With that, the two parted and went into their respective cars. "If my parents found out they'd kill me!" she said to herself in the privacy of her car.

Akita was shocked by the warmth of Blake's lips pressing against her forehead. She wasn't sure how to react, but was comforted by the action. "Oh, goodnight!" she called after him, unable to break the awkwardness in the air. Akita returned to her own room, where she lied down, trying to figure out what they were going to do next. At least in all of the mess, they were still human. It took a while, but sleep was finally able to reach Akita and allow her to drift into a fragile sleep.
