Ash Karo

Ash Karo looked around the school's campus. It wasn't much, considering magic users like herself weren't that cared for in this era. She stood at the front gates, looking up at the aparent castle that was the school's main building. She sighed, lookimg for somebody like her- perhaps another Flare. Russet flames danced along her arms, leaving her sleeves singed and blackened but not hurting her at all.

Nathaniel Harvard

Nathaniel didn't move for a long while, his only motion to adjust his make-shift fabric mask. He was being watched he knew it. By somebody or something not infected. A slight blue glow flickered around his fingers but he dampened it quickly.

"Who's there? Show yourself!" He looked around, "I'm armed."

He wasn't armed to the obvious eye, but his magic was a last line of defense and he counted it as being armed.
This isn't good. I didn't count for this. And on the surface. You'd think an uninfected idiot would be smart enough to stay where you don't have to fear as often.

Nathaniel hesitated before deciding to retreat to the surface. He had no weapons, but perhaps there was a bit of land that was safe up there. He adored his tunnels- since they were safe when he was armed, but he wasn't safe riht now. He turned and ran for an exit, using his weak magic to keep the creature back. He surfaced and the creature stopped trailing him.

Nathaniel looked around and spotted a distant tower. If he moved quickly, he might reach it before nightfall. He began his travels, sometimes being forced to use his magic when an Infected got too close. He hadn't surfaced in so long. He reached the outskirtz of the tower's base- wary in case some idiot had taken up camp in the tower.

"Well, I'm going to have to tell Zoe about this," She didn't bother keeping her voice low now, wanting Zoe to hear.

Sorry kid. You have to learn the hard way. I can't go easy on you even if I wanted to, She thought with a glance at Haley. She felt bad, but she pushed her feelings aside and simply waited for Zoe to deal with it, knowing Zoe would praise her.

Zoe "Trix" Wolfe

Zoe heard Elise's voice and sighed, stepping out of the room, trailed closely by Miara. She muttered a cause in Haley's direction and offered Elise nothing but a simple nod of thanks before shooing Miara and Elise away so she could speak to Haley alone. Jesus christ, kid. You should know better. Too bad this isn't preschool anymore. Honestly, I don't feel bad. Sorry not sorry, brat, She glared at Haley as she next spoke.
