THE MORE AWESOMEST POTATO:
Let me properly introduce myself. I am Sir Spud the Fourth, and I have been a potato for the longest time ever. I never denied it to be completely honest, but it is only recently that I embraced it. Now I have evolved from a simple couch potato to a fully grown royal potato. A dapper kawaii potato. And I dare say, knowing that you are a spud, makes life a lot easier. Just chill and let everyone else care about all their meaningless things because at the end of the day you'll know: chilling is the way to go.
I try to spend minimal effort on things that I don't care about, and procrastination might as well be my middle name. But that doesn't mean I ONLY rest. Sometimes a 'tato gotta do what a 'tato gotta do. And if that something happens to be things I like, then you cannot find anyone better than me. I am an omnipotent being capable of virtually any task to a limited degree, and I am not shy to admit it. I may not be the MOST AWESOMEST in a thing, but I am sure as hell MORE AWESOMEST than most people are at everything. But hey, I'm not here to brag, even if I am probabaly better at it than you
THE DREAMER:
All those nights laying in my couch, I thought about the cool shit that I cannot do. That I cannot see. But I pictured them in front of myself like they were real, and that infuraited me. Then I found the Guild, and I lived happily after. I have been on the site for 2 years now, and I have seen many RPs, and played with many people. I wish I have found the site earlier, but I am glad that I've even found it. Now all those fantasies can be written down and my mind can rest at ease at night, without being constantly troubled by ideas.
When I RP, I love myself some good Sci-Fi or Fantasy. But hey I am filthy casual, I can go for anything with an interesting setting. I don't trouble myself on small details if the plot is good, but if you get somwthing wrong you can expect me to tell you about it. Some even go as far as to think that I am angry or something, but I am too chill for that. If anything I'm more of the funny type, so you can expect me to try and write some shitty jokes or post memes I found on the internet. Anyways, you'll see what I mean when we RP together.
THE ARTIST:
Used to be something else here, but I'm happy to say that it's replaced because of a positive change. I now work as a full-time 3D artist in the animation industry, churning out shot after shot for some of your favorite game intros and trailers. Can't say anything about them before you even ask, and even though I'm still new to the industry I love it and I already know that this will be my passion for a long time. So hopefully in a few years I'll have a proud portfolio of animations that were done by yours truly that I can show off to all the lovely people of the guild.
THE LOVER OF STUFF:
Now I may have hobbies like the above mentioned, but there are some more things that I love in life. Here is a handy list of things you can always talk about with me:
- Gaming: This one I am quite proud of, I'm a serious gamer with capital G. Not as much time for it nowadays, but still true.
- Music: All kinds of electronic music, but I am a sucker for Queen and Powerwolf. Or Breakbot... anything music.
- Anime: We all have an Otaku in us, but it's bigger for some people. For me it's just big enough.
WORDS OF WISDOM:
Be chill folks, getting fed up about stuff is a recipe for disaster. You gotta learn to be patient and let things go, or you'll end up a wrinkly old man/woman with only bad memories about life. Even if you do fuck-all every day, you can live a content life by taking things easy. With that said, as always, stay safe and stay classy.

@vietmyke If a large scale violent unrest is present, the local law enforcements usually hire local PMCs to take out small cells. And it is pretty self explanatory that yes they protect VIPs and do usual PMC stuff. But meh, sure I'll edit it.

As a sidenote of blinking, it is kinda hard for Tobias to blink and kill. Blinking leads to disorientation for anyone just starting to use it, and coming out of it, and aiming a gun lethally is hard. Also he doesn't have a gun. he can use it to some extent, but is not in any way a pro. That'll improve over time. I, however had time to think, adn I agree that it is a lot of blinks to travel. I can imagine him blinking around a person, hitting them from multiple sides, but with sap gloves that takes about 7-8 before they will surely go down. So Is it oaky to aheva slight increasing Blink time, and the record of 25?
"Kevin-Spacey-COD-Advanced-Warfare" Enson is just that. Now I won't say that it is teh same, however when I played AW, the idea I had in mind for Enson drastically changed to reflect a Kevin Spacey-like scenario. Not fully, but if you want the best idea, the two are kinda the same. Also biggest standing army of all PMCs. On Mars. I missed out on the PMC part in the initial post ,apologies.
That doesn't mean that the same scenario would happen. Honestly, I don't want to change the plot, having a good GM is like reading a good book. But it opens up new ways of approaching a situation for both teh palyers and the GM.
Enson primaliry makes small arms, and then a few armored vehicles. But mostly small arms. It also functions as a PMC using it's own weapons, which they largely use to provide a free advertisement for tehir products. Also, they are making cybernetic implants for their own use and the UN. Robotics are like a hobby, they are nowhere near Lorne's capacity and expertise. It's like comparing HTC to Samsung.

Yes you are quite right.
So let me quote and answer.

So you are saying that it is a lot? Hmm. Blinking is LOS limited by default, but it is inside either the rifting or teleporting family of powers. Put aside rifting as it is complicated, having the powers of teleportation manifest in a way of blinking, DOESN'T mean that he is unable to use any other power. This emans that he can Blink as his main ability, and most likely the onyl one he focuses on, but he also got a really tiny bit of the general TP ability. SO he can, what, teleport 1-2 meters through air to any palce behind him? It can't even pass walls, or if he is restrained it doesn't work. You'd assume that an ability that is only secondary has no real "hitting" power, and thus doesn't have the utility of a fully fledged superpower. As for the 43 Blinks under a minute, I think that is very real, because if you just discovered your ability to blink, you'd practice on either flat terrain, and or short distances.
For argument's sake, I'll nerf his main ability's current power, eg the distance and his casting speed, to 100 metres and an increasingly growing cast time. So that he can't use it too many times. I will, however, if possible keep his short range tp. It is a handy tool he doesn't use very much yet, but later on as he trains it could become potentially useful.

Let me get this straight: he does NOT own teh corporation. His dad does, and he is a trouble kid who doesn't benefit from the company, apart from a motorbike and a dwelling. I wouldn't give my fucking kid a single penny if he kept coming home at 11PM.

True, but Enson is also an arms manufacturer. Controls most of the market should also be taken as "having bigger share than any other companies" not a complete scale. I did research for this one, and it is plain that the US has 41 of the weapons market IRL. So in an alternate timeline where there are other planets to take care of too, along with amyn corporations that rise on those areas, we can safely assume that dues to some contract or what not, the UN only has around 30% market share, and Enson has around 35% in addition to manufacturing a few extra guns and robots for the UN. And yes, Enson makes robots (not the V.I. in it necessarely) AND guns. Those are, as you proposed, are given to the UN in a certain percentage, and the rest is sold on teh open market.

I covered it before with SEP, and I did say that Enson has no interest in power and control. It is mainly focused on making profits. And they wouldn't stand up agains the UN, who tehy have a contract with, and well their guns to.
In general I see your point. You could say I am also a problem child when making characters, thought here I didn't think my blink's power would be too OP at all. It's liek teh most one sided ability of all time. Even heat can do more than mine, and as such, I thought that having an easy ability could start a BIT more powerful. It was like a fucking shock to me that people would essentially rob your of your mental property, and tehn call the cops on you cause you are "bothering" them with you arguing that it's your shit. @Sep okay sorry boss man. Honestly this wouldn't be the first superpower RP where the GM had a power similar to ym own charcater, so they simpyl stopped replying to me, and even called the MOD on me to make me go away. Since that I am especially cautious :P
