I'm afraid I wouldn't be of much help since I just wing it... Though happily you have left your own instructions on how you post on here...
As of the moment, yes their ship bodies are still unaccounted for but as of the chapter 76 and up It is confirmed that FOG vessels can rebuild their bodies since Takao (which was sunk) very recently just got a new ship body as a present from I-402... Incidentally Takao is using it to keep Haruna's "flotilla" on edge, Essentially just Maya commanded by Makie...
