The time is nearing the mid-20th century. The Second World War still rages between nations, and Humanity commits unspeakable deeds. In America and other Allied nations, information has been uncovered on the plans of the Axis Powers. Germany has discovered powerful occult secrets and alien knowledge that could easily empower their regime above any and all rivals across the world.
At the same moment, the Allied Forces uncover their own profound secrets of the paranormal. It's up to the Allied Forces to stop the Axis in whatever their plans are. Or at the very least, discover their own secrets first.

In this premise, players can be Human, something else like a werewolf, vampire, etcetera, coming together to defeat the Nazis during the Second World War. Imagine Wolfenstein, but the good guys can be empowered too. Right now there are very elite and powerful hunters running around the world trying to save people from supernatural threats, so most empowered individuals need to keep a low profile at first. The Government that the players work for, such as Britain, America, France, etcetera, can know about their true nature, especially if they are in the spy game, for example, but for the most part, PCs will need to keep the extent of their abilities to themselves, each others and their superiors.

Personality: A brave, noble god. He is a defender of mortals and teaches the defense of the weak, and to stand up for the rights of others. He teaches that it is noble to defend ones'self from undo aggression, and that it's honorable to liberate the oppressed. He doesn't like overly aggressive neighbors conquering others just for worshipers, sadism, greed or domination. Lastly, he holds to a belief of balance between order and freedom. Order and freedom are both good but without one the other is either too much or not enough to be of any use. He tries to rule his dominion with fairness and wisdom, not just ruthless efficiency.

Abilities: Griever has all supernaturally elevated physical abilities and senses. In addition, he has great power over thunder and lightning, able to command bolts of lightning against enemies, and manipulate thunder not just for lightning attacks but to distract enemies, disrupting their senses of sight and hearing, while being able to function perfectly under the same conditions. In addition, he also commands the ability to shape shift into any animal.
Brief Backstory:
Griever was a noble and powerful Lion god during the age of the gods. In the Grand Kingdom, both intelligent, speaking animals and Humans lived in harmony with one another. He lead the forces of his servants against oppressive neighboring gods and godless tyrants. For centuries he ruled a wise and just Kingdom as it's High King, and was well regarded as a benevolent ruler by his own subjects. Griever even has shown mercy to evil doers who tried to usurp his throne during times of innocent peace, and made friends out of enemies. However, the world lost a very beneficent god that day, and mourned.
