@Kitty Here's what I have on my app so far. Haven't had time to properly flesh out the personality or the bio due to IRL complications; hence why they're both in bullet point format. But hopefully the Semblance in particular is OK. I can have it locked until later in the RP if need be.

Name: Skyler Gallegos
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Race: Faunus - Snake
Color Theme: Lavender
Weapon: Archangel's Vindication
On the surface, the Archangel's Vindication appears to just be an ordinary modern recurve bow; however, one key feature that it has is a slot on one side of the riser in which Skyler can insert her Scroll into. Once the Scroll is placed inside this slot, it automatically opens up a database on all the allies that Skyler had taken a DNA sample from. Prior to entering combat, Skyler can remove people from this database using her Scroll, or add people to the database provided that they already have a registered DNA sample.
The other key feature Archangel's Vindication has is the arrows it fires, which each have two thin chambers filled with differing types of gas. These chambers can be found on the top of and at the bottom of the arrows' shafts. The arrowheads are significantly longer than those of the more typical arrow, and their tips are hollowed out, so as to allow the gases inside either chamber to seep out once the arrows strike a human being or an animal. They can be retrieved and reused at any time, but Skyler will have to keep track of which of the two gases had discharged in order to make the most of it, and if both gases had discharged, then the arrow is useless.
If the person who gets struck by an arrow matches one inside the database on Skyler's Scroll inside the riser of Archangel's Vindication, the gas from the bottom chamber will discharge. This gas is blue in color, and will bolster the Aura of the person that was struck so that they can take hits better, as well as power up their Semblance for a short period of time, in which it will dissipate into the air. However, if there's no match, the gas from the top chamber will discharge instead. This is red in color, and instead of bolstering the Aura, it will eat away at it and poison the stricken victim if it hadn't dissipated by the time their aura level has fallen to 5% or lower.
Semblance: Crushing Silence
This allows Skyler to suppress an enemy's Semblance so that they become less and less of a threat. The irises Skyler's eyes will glow brightly when she activates this Semblance, and the pupils will expand vertically and change their color to white. As long as she maintains direct eye contact with an enemy while in this state, Skyler can cause that enemy's Semblance to become 1% per second less effective than it ordinarily would, until that Semblance is nullified and she and her allies will no longer have to deal with it. Enemies can undo the (partial) nullification of their Semblances by breaking eye contact with Skyler, and if they succeed, their Semblances will instantly return to full potency. As such, while it's strong against enemies that have been pinned down, it's significantly less effective against agile foes.

Standing Height: 196 cm (6' 5")
Full Body Length: 579cm (19' 0")

Build: Complicated (humanoid portion is lean, serpentine portion is thick and bulky)
BWH Ratio: 35-22-28 (in)/89-56-71 (cm)
Combat Outfit: Additional steel braces can be seen on the serpentine portion of Skyler's body. While they look heavy enough to restrict movement, they really do not, as the underside still makes contact with the ground. She'll also come equipped with an armored robe, which uses similar fabric to her casual attire, but is less revealing and has strategically placed plates of Dust-resistant metal alloy inside.

- Modest, humble and reserved
- Can be seen as a gentle giantess
- Has deep regrets about her past and wants to make amends
- Has a high sense of self-preservation; old cowardly habits die hard on Skyler
- Doesn't want to fight, but shows no mercy when combat is forced upon her
- Always had difficulties making friends due to crippling trust issues
- Despises fallout between supposed allies
- Formerly attended Mirage Academy, the preliminary combat school that Vacuo residents wanting to become Huntsmen and Huntresses would usually attend before enrolling to Shade Academy
- Kept to herself, and kept her skill-set under the radar in an attempt to avoid mass recruitment schemes from the White Fang that targeted the talented Faunus students of Mirage Academy
- Lied her way into Shade Academy by falsifying transcripts, getting in at the age of 16
- Was assigned as leader to Team SRUZ, much to not only her own dismay, but also that of Reiner Rex, a male human that had been bullying Skyler during their tenure at Mirage Academy and was assigned to the same team
- Continued to merely scrape by, whilst also facing pressure from Reiner
- Finally caved in when Reiner inadvertently triggered a traumatic experience from her, attacking Reiner while yelling out that he was a traitor in front of all who witnessed
- Was stopped by Headmistress of Shade Academy Iryna Tsvyk, who reeled Skyler into her office and set her straight with an ultimatum; prove that she was sane enough to handle the training at Shade Academy, or accept the immediate expulsion and never be allowed in a Huntsman Academy again
- Became more open to Team SRUZ as a result, including Reiner who she finally stood for herself on, and Zachariah Cerule, a rhinoceros Faunus who she'd always avoid up until then due to his natural aggression
- Forged Archangel's Vindication; from then onwards, Skyler would use this weapon instead of her original Mulligan Incisors which were easy to duplicate if need be
- Attended the Vytal Festival with Team SRUZ, who was entered as a participating team in the tournament.
- Faced off against Team KMNO, a famous team from Beacon Academy who were the favored to compete in the finals, and defeated them with an unorthodox, albeit ethically questionable strategy
- Agreed to sit the next battle out, but the roster was hacked so she would replace Reiner's original partner
- Wound up facing a team that originally stated they were from Atlas, only for the team's two chosen combatants to reveal that they were actually members of the White Fang who were sent by Skyler's father, Malachi Gallegos, to see how well Malachi's training had served Skyler
- Set her own and Reiner's disagreements aside and defeated both White Fang members, impressing Ozpin along the way as he'd been watching said battle intensely
- Had been approached by Ozpin as Reiner continued on in the tournament as Team SRUZ' chosen finalist
- Asked Ozpin more about Beacon Academy, but was evidently reluctant to leave Shade Academy behind
- Ultimately accepted the transfer to Beacon Academy with permission from Iryna, and now serves under Ozpin's tutelage
