Appearance

Diana stands at the average height of 1.71m (5'6") with creamy skin, rosy cheeks dotted with freckles across her forehead and upper arms. She has a youthful glow to her face, making her often look younger than she really is much to her chagrin. She has short dark brown hair, barely touching her shoulders with matching deep brown eyes. In terms of style, Diana is incredibly professional and modest. She loves her well fitted, branded dresses and heels to match. She has no visible tattoos or prominent scars.

If Diana is one thing, she is a classic type A. She's competitive, impatient and very work focused, someone that is married to her work. She has a tendancy to take on more work than she can handle, but would rather suffer the stress in silence than ever confess her troubles. Even today, despite her designation being vice president, sometimes she finds herself doing the job of a senior VP or even picking up her elderly father's slack. Granted, her ambitious nature might make some people believe she's only working so hard so she could get a promotion, but Diana doesn't let herself get distracted by the gossip of others.

Aside from hard working, Diana was raised to be kind, well-manered and courteou. She took after her mother in that regard, inheriting her father's ruthless ambition and eye for finance. Diana is also very quick to judge. As she always presents herself in the best way she can, she expects others to do the same. She is intolerant towards mess, and if she judges you it is hard to change her mind afterwards without considerable change. Although she is generally kind towards people she likes, her intolerance and quick-to-judge nature can make her chilly towards people she dislikes. She can come across to some people as someone with a "stick up their ass", while to others she can be the sweet and mild-mannered daughter of the MD.

Biography

Diana was born during the peak of winter, following years of traumatic miscarriages suffered by Paul and Clara Huntley. Together, they had only one child, a young daughter by the name of Julia. But as the couple grew older and so did their only child, the couple found themselves missing the sound of soft pitter-patter once more. So, they began trying for another. Though they were nearing Clara’s end of child-rearing days, they had hope that this time it would work. And indeed, nine months later when Julia turned eight, Clara went into labour.

Growing up, Diana had everything she could ever want in life. Her parents would do anything to make their ‘precious angel’ happy, even if it meant shelling a ridiculous amount of money out for it. It was fair to say that the Huntley sisters were spoiled rotten. They had the best education that money could buy, the best toys and the best clothes, all paid for by the Huntley name.

Though Paul and Clara were loving, they were very strict. They wanted the best from their children. From a young age, Diana was taught the value of hard work. She threw herself into her education, studying hard to maintain high enough grades that would impress her family. It was clear that of the two Huntley daughters, which one valued the opinions of her family most.

Where Julia began drifting to follow her own path in life, Diana was groomed to take over the family business. Interning at the Huntley Investment Group all while studying for her degree, her work eventually paid off when she graduated from Cambridge University with a position as a VP waiting for her.

The first two years working brought a lot more trouble than it was worth. Understandably, people distrusted the nobody that somehow got the VP role, with only a surname to show for it. Time and time again, Diana had to prove to her team that she deserved her position, working swiftly and efficiently to execute the best deals for profit. Her hard work eventually earned her the nickname 'bulldozer', one that she finds particularly amusing. Her devotion to her work was noticeable, often spending 12 hours each weekday at the office on top of working from home. She rarely took time off, and she rarely stopped working. This dedication to work meant her flings never lasted very long.

Now that she's approaching her thirties, her mother has been signalling her desire for grandchildren. Julia, though engaged to be wed, has proclaimed that she would never have children, which meant that Mrs Huntley looked at Diana instead. In fact, Diana's booking on this cruise was even orchestrated by Mrs Huntley herself. Though Diana has reluctantly resigned herself for a week on the sea, she isn't sure whether someone like her would be finding love any time soon.

Well, she has a week to find out if that's true enough.

SS Astarte departs from Port Canaveral, Orlando and takes your character on a 7 day journey around the Caribbean. The characters will all be one of the twelve VIP guests on board the Love Boat. Diana has social anxiety to the EXTREME. "I-In my free time, I...I like to immerse myself in different worlds, I guess? Drawing and writing are my biggest passions. I've been working on some art for a story...
