Too late! I've already formulated a pretty neat concept inspired by classic Arabian dancers. I'd like a little more information on what the local culture is like, though, so I can create a suitable background for her. I'm thinking she may have grown up raising and defending two younger sisters, which served as the basis for her current job. I'm still murky on details, but I do know I want 'Embers' to be involved. Regalia, perhaps? Little magical crystals she uses for passive effects that she probably gave to her generals.
On the subject of unique characters, I began to create a character concept paying homage to "the Barefoot Goddess" and the Arabian theme here with the Lord of War, but I'm a bit unclear if that would work out if there's a different patron god for Aladia. Can characters draw power from a different god than their own, or should I wait to hear the final verdict on who Aladia's God will be before I go off on a tangent?
Oh! Question (sorry for adding a new post, I just felt this should be seperate.) Can Lords have their own vassals? Like, could the Lord of War have a handful of generals and such that are responsible for different parts of the wall? I feel some level of delegation is involved in the duties of these influential individuals.
I think I'm gonna pitch in for the Lord of War :)

Gimme a sec and I'll come up with something more solid, but this entire concept sounds amazing. Excellent work, Blu

As for the god... I'll admit, I'm rather biased towards dragons. I like the theme of Myris, but Anetha feels more unique. Just how many gods dance to their own beat, eh?
Yup, that's the title I'm going with. Real eye-catcher, isn't it?

I wasn't sure if coming here searching for fellow fans would beat any fruit, but I've haunted this place long enough, so I might as well take the initiative and take the stage; yes, I'm looking for someone to roleplay some MLP with me. I have a few worlds I've developed (through pain and sweat) and I would love to put them to use. The issue is finding myself a partner with the time and motivation to... Run something like that for me.

I'm not a GM, and I make for a poor partner in all reality. I was brought into roleplay as a player, as an explorer, as the lieutenant to my captain. I want somebody to drop me into a world with secrets and intriguing characters. I want my textbook hermit to come out of his shell and get smacked in the face with a double dose of love when some crazy girl crashes into his life. Or maybe I'm playing an adventurous filly who looks up to her experienced elders and says "I wanna do that" and promptly dives into the first dungeon she finds. I want action! Adventure!

And I want all of it consistently, multiple times a day, with as perfect grammar as you can muster. Because I'm a clingy, lonely f*ck with standards that are way too high and an inmate resistance to changing with the times.

...

Anyway, that's my rant/ad, and my first one here! Please, if anyone thinks they can satisfy my needs, do not hesitate to contact me. Whatever ideas you've got in mind, we can totally work something out.
Hello! I'm Aisede, and I have no idea what to put here XD

I suppose I should tell you a little about myself before I begin extrapolating. First and foremost, I suppose, I am an artist. I'm pretty sure I learned how to use a pencil before I babbled my first words, and after I started talking? Well... I gotta admit, English never really did interest me all that much. Surprising, isn't it? "If you don't like English, why did you come to a roleplaying site?" Well, my friend, I never said that I didn't learn to love English. It took being introduced to My Little Pony and running headfirst into Fimfiction before I realized, hey, writing stories might actually be fun. Imagine my surprise when I meet Mr.Writer's Block.

Still to this day I struggle to overcome my inability to write independently, but you know how I overcame this challenge? Cooperation. Perhaps I'm not a "true" writer, and likely never will be, but writing a story with somebody who shares my vision and passion is just as well, I would think.

Now that you're all caught up, let's move onto why I'm here: quite frankly, it's because I've exhausted all of the common options. I used to roleplay exclusively on Discord, and found myself a tutor early on that encouraged my growth. The issue is that the writing and roleplaying communities I was brought up in were filled with toxic elitists, and they instilled in me their... High standards. Standards, I've come to realize, that almost nobody meets. My hope is that I'll find somebody here who can satisfy my needs.
