Where do bad rainbows go? To a prism. It's a light sentence, but it gives them time to reflect.

Sonny had been feeling uncharacteristically chipper and overall happy this morning and throughout the morning hours too. It wasn’t like him to be like this. Sure, he was usually all smiles but more in a laid back sort of way, but for a strange reason, he was not like himself. One could say Sonny was acting how he was before he developed the tough guy gene that alienated most of his friends.

When lunchtime came around, there was also something different in how he greets others. It was noted by someone he waved to when he didn’t follow their name with some kind of homosexual slur of some kind that he was known for using in a joking way. And while others may not know why exactly, Sonny knew the reason for his new sunny outlook on life now. It was now that he was friends with his best friend's friends. After Kavi’s party, it became solidified.

Sonny Drake is now chummy with Kavan and Archer. Sonny will now forever be protective over his fairies. If he wasn’t so hungry, he might go find them, but like a Drake, when food was on the mind, everything else came second place. So Sonny went to the cafeteria, found himself a couple of slices of pepperoni pizza, and began his usual eating and walking routine as he went on a lunch adventure to find his fellow Misfits.

“Stelllllaaaaa!!!”

Stella was usually a morning person. Ask anyone who knew even remotely, they would say they always saw Stella Lambert roaming through her family home in her school uniform with her bag in one hand, ready to be propped over her shoulder and a skinny caramel latte in her other hand as she prepared to make her way to her car, and leave for school. She was always alert and up before her alarm had notified her to be.

But today was a different story. Stella had put her alarm on snooze three times already. Some part of her knew it was wrong, but she really didn’t want to get out of bed this morning.

“STELLA!”

This time her father, who had been calling at her for ten minutes straight now, was in her room. There was something strange that went through Frank Lambert’s mind when it came to his darling Stella. The two were like two peas in a pod when it came to their energy levels. Both could go as quiet as a mouse through a minefield or be the ones to cheer with unreasonably amount of energy as those mines exploded. They were the two sides of the energetic coin, but now these similar forces were about to be pit against each other. Whether or not that was going to create a disaster remained to be seen.

“Estelle Lenore Lambert! Get your keester out of bed right now!” Her father demanded, a different tone of energy coming from his mouth.

As she huffed up, her cheeks puffed as she greeted her clearly-not-amused father’s face. “What is your deal today!?” She snapped at him, eyebrows and eyes slanted. For an odd reason, Stella wasn’t her usual cheery self and immediately that was felt.

“What’s my deal? Young lady, I don’t know what sort of punch to the gut you were given in your dream, but you better watch how you speak to me!”

“Or what?”

For a moment, her father was confused. He knew this wasn’t how she normally acted, so something definitely was up and in all honesty, Stella might just be annoyed that she wasn’t able to stay in bed. She didn’t feel like it and the way her father had rudely woke her up, it was clear that she didn’t have the patience to deal with him.

“You don’t want to know the answer to that.”

As both of them were at each other’s throats and moments away from possibly ripping the other’s tongues out, Stella’s mother, Melissa, came in with a loud sigh. “Are you two doing this now? At this hour?” She sighed again.

“Tell your daughter she has to get out of bed! And also tell her to watch how she speaks to me!”

“Ugh, get real dad! You’re being unreasonable today. You came in here screaming like a madman! How else did you expect me to react?”

“Honey, we both know you’re annoyed about your shift today and you’re taking it out on our daughter.” Melissa revealed as Frank face went almost dead white. He had forgotten it amid the chaos that was him vs Stella.

“I’ll take my apology now--”

“And as for you!” Melissa directed her attention to her daughter, which prompted her to perk up immediately. “Something is going on with you and this afternoon, we’ll figure it out as a family, but for now, go take a shower, get dressed, and get your butt to school.”

And just like that, in a matter of moments, Melissa Monroe-Lambert had proven once again that she was the rock holding this family together. She was the one who could analyze a situation, even when her mental capacity was compromised due to it being too early, and figure out what was going on. And at the same time, she was able to find short-term solutions that would certainly hold them over until later so they could figure out a more permanent one.

There was a part of Stella that wanted to be difficult. She couldn’t explain why, but something in her begged to make her mother’s morning a living hell, but she decided against it and did exactly what Melissa told her to do. In just thirty minutes, Stella was clean, dressed, caffeinated, and out the door as she drove herself to school.

The thoughts of her morning spat with her father would stick with her throughout the rest of the day and it was clear just how much that affected her overall mood throughout her morning classes. The way she knew she wasn’t herself today was how, normally if Stella was feeling herself, she would be the first to participate in class, greet everyone with a smile, and just be an overall delight. Today, however, was different. She didn’t do any of those things. Instead, the girl just went through the motions. She was mostly lost in her own thoughts until the lunch period came and even then she kept mostly to herself. Stella would even go as far as to choose an isolated location to just be by herself.

Today was not a day that Stella Lambert felt like being Bubbles. The ray of sunshine was taking a break and unpredictable weather was on the seven-day forecast for Lambert City.

A little known fact about the young man known as Alexandros Mossos was that he never panicked during stressful situations. He went to school when it was known that his father’s business deals with a shady corporation went sideways and in turn, so did the security of his family for a few months. When threats escalated, the Mossos-DiVale children were put under heavy guard. They were escorted everywhere by armed guards and were driven to and from home with no stops in between. While Ava was trying not to freak out, Alexandros remained cool and in control. He never let this phase him.

He was only thirteen at the time. Where a normal thirteen-year-old would feel terrified of their new normal, he proved he was every bit the man his father was. Alexandros took it like a champ -- like a man, if you will -- and proved to everyone that, even at that young age, he had what it took to survive the worst moments of his life. No matter what he went through, there was no way he could ever panic. Nothing in this life or the next could affect him. Whether he’s Alexandros Stefano Mossos or someone else when he’s reincarnated, he was equipped with the ten-miles of reinforced steel walls that endured time itself. In other words, he was invincible.

...At least, that was until the young woman who was carrying his child, or at least what Alex feared. He didn't want to think about it, especially after what Johnny said and he shrugged off. The thing about it was, in any worse case scenario he could think of, her being pregnant was at the top of the list. And if she was, he should do what he could to make sure their child didn't die from its mother being unconscious. Nothing mattered now. Not appearing to be the man everyone expected him to be, not what sort of shit status he might have among his friends. The only thing that he was even remotely fixated on was getting her to the hospital stat!

And as soon as the light went green, a red blur zoomed down the streets of Los Angeles. This was where Alexandros’ days of street racing came into play. He wasn’t the best driver, but he won most of his races and his ability to control his Ferrari was outstanding. It was good enough to zip through the lanes, speeding past all of the cars that seemed to have a problem with him disobeying the rules of the road. He had no patience for them nor their opinions. Right now, come hell or high water, Alexandros was gonna do what he could to make it to the hospital.

He turned a sharp right and the hospital came into view. Like an amateur good enough to go pro, Alexandros pulled into the circular parking lot where usually ambulances were supposed to park and did his best to parallel park. Immediately, he was met with hospital security.

“Sir, you can’t park here. This is an ambulance section only!” A tall, muscular man told him.

He rolled his eyes. “I’m aware but as you can see, this isn’t exactly a normal circumstance.” He gestured to unconscious Audrey. “My girlfriend is pregnant -- or I think she’s pregnant. She never got to finish telling me before she passed out.”

“I understand that sir, but you can’t --”

Alex was fed up with waiting. “Do you know who I am? Or a better question, do you know who she is?”

“Sir, I don’t--”

“I’m Alexandros Stefano Mossos, son of Baltazar Mossos and Adrianna DiVale. And this beautiful, if not puffy young woman is Audrey Huntsberg.”

And as soon her name left his lips, the security guard who Alex recognized he was only doing his job, couldn’t say anything. Alex felt bad for exploding on this man, but when the life of his child was potentially in danger, there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do. If he had to embarrass a poor security guard or two, then he’ll happily do that with little regret.

“This is Jenkins. I got Dr. Huntsberg’s daughter and her boyfriend in front. Yeah, that Dr. Huntsberg. We’re going to need a stretcher.” Jenkins, the security guard in front of Alex said into his earpiece.

A few moments later, two EMTs came out and it wasn’t long until they started to check on Audrey. Worried, Alex was hovering, though he did his best to stay as far back as he could allow himself to. They spent the next five minutes checking on her and then they lifted her onto the stretcher. They locked her in as carefully and started to wheel her away and of course, Alex wasn’t far behind them.

Wherever Audrey went, despite the protests of the EMTs and the nurse who took over her care, Alexandros was going to whatever room she was. His name meant something to the hospital, which is probably why they didn’t enforce their usual rules and Audrey’s health meant something to Alexandros. So he would wait by her side, holding her hand even as the doctors came in to check up on her. He had no idea of knowing what they had to do so she would wake up or if it was on Audrey, but he made sure his face was the first thing she saw when she did.

Must be your imagination. Clearly, this is the first time you've seen me use him.
All righty! I'm reserving Booboo Stewart for my character Nikai Jin "Kai" Chen and reserving Sea green. He'll be my hippie stoner/surfer counselor.
