Class name:Field Researcher
Main weapon: one handed bladed weapons
Generally bone saws, daggers, and various "surgical tool"s.
General skill set:
Difficulty level (how long it would take to 'git gud'): It'd take some time to gather actual effective materials(as, by common logic, stronger enemies with stronger poison to research will come out later in adventures) to utilize in combat, so difficulty would be high.
Usage in battle: Field Researchers collect data/samples from the field, and put them to use directly. They can create various solutions that can either provide buffs for the allies or debuffs for enemies. It could be a handful of medicine powder, or a vial of antidote, or a carefully kept flask of strong acid. Apart from their affinity of the weapon of choice, collecting and utilizing materials from the field is the key method of their combat. And also out of combat.
Any other information you can provide: Most field researchers are fighters with the patience to sit down and study medicine for at least a year or two, but some doctors decide to take arms and research on the fields too. Rarely though.
Field Researchers get a discount on purchasing common medicine ingredients and flasks if they shop from a Grey Doctors Union merchant.

Which means lots of sharp stuff, glass vials and DoT stuff.
Also potions possibly.
The Union hardly uses magic.

Name of Guild: Grey Doctors Union

Purpose of Guild (what the guild aims to achieve):
Healthcare.
Starting out from a small mobile medical station run by two doctors and their body guard, Grey Doctors Union slowly grew in number. It was two medical stations, then a clinic, and eventually into a giant guild of people researching for the welfare of the people of Vrenorza. Most of its members are doctors, researching diseases and their cures, along with acquiring other medical knowledge.
Though many members of the guild are doctors, there are other occupations such as warriors and merchants that are a part of the guild. Merchants of the guild can be seen all over the world, selling medicine at a reasonable price

Its iconic outfit is the plague doctor outfit, which first appeared when a deadly plague broke out in Asclep, their center of operation. It then became a sort of a uniform, worn by the members to show that they are the member of the Grey Doctors Union. There isn't a strictly set uniform, though.

Center of Operation (sort of the landscape around it):
Asclep is a city that the first medical station of the Union started its business in. As the faction grew, the city became a base of operations. It is built in the middle of a large field with a river crossing through the middle of the city. Peasants living around the city grow grains for a living, while Asclep itself mainly resorts to trade with other local cities. In the center of the city are two towers(each on the other sides of the river) that store books of medical knowledge the guild has gathered.

Leader:
High Professor Ducet
An elderly professor with the age of 84. Spending his life researching medicine, he is one of the smartest beings alive within the guild. He spends most of his time stuck in Asclep's towers, leaving most of the guild's business on the council's hands.
