The solution is actually fairly simple, as Bee asked shortly after me if Ren could be under Hikari as well. So, if it works for you, you could just swap them, have Ren on Team 2 and Satoshi as the Jonin of Team 1.

But then there are two Sharignans in Team 1, haha

Edit: oh wait wait wait, I get you

Edit, edit: Let's do that then. Ren is Team 2.
@anothered

Oh yeah, on team assignments, I've had chatter elsewhere with Hikari's player that makes me think she'd be a very good fit for Kasumi's Jounin sensei. Randomguy suggested I mention it before anything is set in stone, but that's a pair-up I think has good synergy.

But then, one person would control two characters in one team.

@Letter BeeLooks good! Accepted!

Introducing, Team 2's Mu:

Clink, Clank, Clud

A P P E A R A N C E

N A M E
Mu Hayashi

P E R S O N A L I T Y
Mu is a spirited and imaginative Genin with a personality as vibrant as his inventive creations. Known for his boundless curiosity and insatiable thirst for knowledge, Mu approaches life with a sense of wonder that permeates every aspect of his being. His optimism is contagious, often inspiring those around him to see possibilities where others may only see challenges. Despite his genius in crafting combat devices, Mu remains remarkably humble, attributing his successes to a combination of experimentation and a deep respect for the natural world.

B A C K S T O R Y
Born into a family of skilled woodworkers in the hidden village of Konoha, Mu grew up surrounded by the artistry of timber. His early fascination with the inherent versatility of wood led him to experiment with carving and shaping, transforming everyday objects into makeshift tools. Recognizing his innate talent, the village elders encouraged Mu to enroll in the Ninja Academy, where his unconventional approach to combat caught the attention of his instructors.

A B I L I T I E S
Mu has taken the art of combat in a unique direction with his wooden craftsmanship. He defies convention by fashioning intricate combat devices solely from timber, harnessing the latent potential of the seemingly mundane material. Mu has crafted a diverse array of wooden tools, from intricately collapsible shields to versatile wooden suits of armour. Despite his ingenuity and creativity, he faces a significant weakness in the inherent fragility of wood compared to more conventional materials used in ninja tools. Physically weaker and slower than his peers, Mu is helpless if his inventions are destroyed.

@Lewascan2T H E O R D E R H A S B E E N I M P O S E D - feel the wrath of GM

No seriously, I hate being bossy and limiting everyone but otherwise the narrative was gonna be all over the place.

First post is ready to go once I submit my second genin, it'll take me about a half hour.

Sure; I presume he cannot keep the Mirror of Possibilities?

Edit: I can also remove the Space-Time Jutsu.

He can keep the mirror, I like the concept of his multiversal abilities. He's a Jounin so he should be powerful. I think you should remove his access to the Sharingan and Byakugan though.

He can keep space-time, since it's his ability theme.
@RandomguyOK perfect!
@anothered, Sorry for the trouble I gave you, then. I'll nerf Ren and remove my Hokage OC.

It's no trouble, why don't you make him the Jounin of team 2?
<Snipped quote by anothered>

Can Hikari just be the Jonin leader then? Either team works

Everyone needs a Genin though - the team will only have two genin.
OK guys - let's rewind. I didn't wanna be too hands on with this as a GM because it's Naruto and it should just be fun, however, I reckon everything is getting too complicated.

• We need teams of three Genin and one Jounin.

• This is because the roleplay is about them.

• The Hokage can be an NPC because they won't be joining the Genin teams on missions.

• The Jounin cannot be NPC because they will be joining the Genin on missions.

• The academy teacher can be an NPC because they won't be joining the Genin on missions.

• Therefore, no one will play the Hokage or the academy instructor.

To Do List:
• Everyone needs a Genin character.

• Everyone needs to edit their sheet and make their Genin less OP.

• Everyone needs to remove cannon events from their sheet.

• If the teams are uneven, some people will need to make two Genin.

• Each team of Genin will need a player controlled Jounin.

I hate being bossy, haha - but otherwise this isn't gonna work.

The teams will be separated in the order they were submitted:
Team 1 - Lin Way, Ren Uzumaki, Shana Uchiha
Team 2 - Kasumi Haruno, Hikari Hyuga, My Second Genin

Roles up for grabs now are:
Jounin leader of Team 1 - must be played by someone with a Genin in Team 2
Jounin leader of Team 2 - must be played by someone with a Genin in Team 1
If you like but it's more important that the jounin are made since they lead their teams on missions.
