Why would you need a supercomputer to communicate with your soldiers? Just use neural-interface technology and standard radio transceiver hardware. Or use a lighter and more efficient derivative of Land Warrior.

I mean, that small description doesn't detail an overpowered species or nation. It just looks like someone tried to make a powerful faction but utterly failed to do so.

I never established this; that was actually you harping on about murders and whatnot as if that nullified the fact that whites commit more crimes of just about every other category when compared to every other racial group in this country. Originally, I was going to get into the over-policing of black and Hispanic neighborhoods and how this connects to the over-representation of minority persons in the justice system, but then you would've started whining about sources without citing your own material to support the outlandish opinions and 'facts' that you've been spouting for the past page or so. Obama probably beat Clinton because he sold a better proposal to the American public.

It was also a very close race from what I've heard and read. Though, maybe she lost because every single person that voted for Obama was a white apologist and a sexist pig that couldn't stand to have a filthy woman in office.

OJ was fined 33.5 million dollars and is now serving time in jail for some crime he committed a few years ago. And everyone knew he did it. Though, he was probably let off the hook because he's wealthy. Wealthy people in America get away with all sorts of mishaps and crimes. Bribes and whatnot. You know the drill.

I don't think a nation with a white racial majority (72 percent mind you) would vote for a black president simply because he's black. That isn't how humans work. Also, old people. But the opposition to gay marriage and racism abroad is quite literally dying out with the Baby Boomers.

It's more like the Republicans lost the votes of the young, gays and women, as well as minorities. And they know this, which is why the GOP is currently turning itself inside out with all of the complete 180s that it's doing on various topics that it initially opposed.

If you're talking about enslavement, that raises a number of additional issues, such as you being in possession of a violent and exceptionally ill-tempered apex predator that's larger than a war horse and that is just as smart as you are. Rebellions will be incredibly deadly to say the least. And the political backlash is probably going to result in a lot of members of both species suffering sever casualties. If you want mercenaries, just ask them. They're individualistic but social creatures that understand material value.

They aren't well-suited for open field combat however. They're effective at night.

But it also means more energy required to cover that ship in a shield.

Though when it comes to maximum defense, you'll want maneuverability, armor, active protection systems (ECM) and hardkill measures, and supplementary defensive measures (such as shields, ablative armor plating or a superconductive shell for your ship; actively-cooled armor works too for lasers, though rolling your hull is a good tactic to employ when faced with DEWs). Making a giant ship that masses a lot decreases your maneuverability, and that's a bad thing when you're being attacked by projectiles coming at you at hypervelocity speeds.

The only time I run with larger ships is merely to fill them with more missiles. But the Conjoining's proficiency with nuclear technology makes fielding large space battleships unnecessary.

Could've just blockaded the planet and destroyed anything that tried to leave it or land on it. Also, just fling a bunch of asteroids at the shield. Not only is the ammo free, but it's also extremely plentiful. If the shield still doesn't drop, throw more (and larger) rockets at faster speeds.

And I don't know why people are thinking bigger = overpowered. Possibly true in pure-melee combat, but once ranged weapons come on the scene, being larger isn't really an advantage. If anything, it's a hindrance, because now your massive body is harder to conceal behind cover.

Also, giant ships are just missile spam bait. Or shell spam bait. I don't know why you're bothering to field them in the first place.
