Current I enjoy drawing new OCs entirely too much.

Bio

I'm not very complicated. I'm an artist who is always learning something new, and though my art isn't amazing, it's improving, which is a good thing in my book. I'm very social online, so feel free to talk to me. My favorite things are traveling, small town restaurants, and late night diners at 2 AM with my girlfriend. I have the ability to waste $100 in an hour, then make $5 last all week and absolutely zero math skills.

I have a plethora of OCs. A shameful amount even. One for just about any situation that could come up.

Is there a specific way to list which abilities/rituals we have?

wow i can't believe i actually forgot that holy crap
Yes! If you could just add that in (whoops). I'd suggest 3-4 rituals and if he has any natural inclination towards magic (like if he was an empath, or if he was able to will and make things happen, very minor, possible and realistic things)
I was actually curious about that. A form I was picturing for Poseidon in this day and age was something close to this.

Didn't know if this was too far off from what you had in mind or not? Thought it would give off a more approachable vibe to whomever summoned him.

Looks good to me! Go ahead and throw it in the CS and I'll put you down as Poseidon.
Your thing gave me the idea, the gods (since they are likely extremely unfamiliar with the new ways of the world, and whatnot) could use their witches as glorified guides. I can't tell if it's a good idea or not.
@TheUnknowable I hope you stick about and fill out a CS then because I am really interested in your character!
@Americore Poseidon is yours for the taking! And don't worry about the ratio, because currently the gods mentioned are necessary to begin the RP. I want it to start with the three, and Hera.

@Brink no worries! A Hades is necessary, and if someone didn't play him I was going to fill in (though I have the feeing I'll be filling in Hera.) Also the location should be where they're summoned from. It'll help me understand how you're going to play the character. It's basically going to be their preference of location, or where they call home.

@TheUnknowable I was hoping someone would want to be a tech witch!!!!! Yes yes that's all good with me. I'm trying to give as much creative freedom as possible while still maintaining a healthy amount of lore. And yes, I think Hephaestus would be all about it, though Zeus would likely be neutral to the idea, if not against it at first.
I would like to throw my interest in if you don't mine. Pardon me if I misread, so are the greek gods mentioned now more human in nature when you say they involve themselves in mortal lives? Ie, with lack of faith in them anymore they walk amongst us all? Pardon me if I misread, just curious

I don't think you misread as much as I might not have been clear! The gods are still completely powerful, but many of them have lost their domains. The Underworld is divided among all sorts of religions and many souls are just wandering the earth as a result. Zeus, for example, would still be able to conjure up thunder storms and shoot lightning bolts, and Hades would be able to make an earthquake and all sorts of good stuff.

By more involved in human lives, it basically means some of them are meddling with mortals for fun or to try and spread influence.
May I ask, for the location section of the CS, I assume that is where the character will begin in the RP and not a location of Origin? Also wouldn't it be best for everyone to be in the same location to promote interaction?

Ah! The location would be where they currently are. It won't truly matter because once they're invoked, they'll be in the location of the witch that is summoning them. I hope that made sense. I keep using invoke/summon interchangeably because I'm not exactly sure which will apply yet. And I think to begin with, I'd like to have the witches all in separate locations or at least one witch be separate, but then have them all convene in one location at the behest of the gods so that they can be better organized.
Assuming I understand what you're going for in terms of characters, I'm possibly interested in playing Hades.

Perfectly welcome! If you'd like, I'll go ahead and put a reserve on him until you get the CS done for him.
I'm dying to get into this but I'm without my laptop for a bit and there's no way I'm writing this on my phone.

If you're interested in getting ahead, I have updated lore and character sheets.
