What I'm really curious is how @DeepestApology is gonna fit A-a-ron into all this. Like will he be the adversary hunting the band of mercs down at every turn, or find a way to join our ranks undercover. Or perhaps maybe a stowaway or captive? I'm really wanting to see what he does!

Well it does make sense if you think about it. Ekrom owns a ship and a Merc crew, even something happened to get him banned from the citadel he'd be fine. The other however don't have the luxury of their own space faring vehicle and thus need to at least keep a somewhat good standing there.
(Plus it couldn't hurt to have internal conflicts about when we do and don't kill people ;) )

My grandpa of around 74 who has had two coronary bypass's recently went through chemo. The cancer is now gone and he's doing pretty well. So I'm also confident your dad will be alright :)

Jason made it to the ship just in time to hear Ekrom’s orders… FUCK. NO! Jason was not about to let that merc kill C-sec officers, no matter what he was getting paid. Then again what was he going to do, take on all the mercs? Maybe. But an ex Asari commando teamed with a nasty looking Turian and a Drell biotic? He might as well just shoot himself. That’s when he had an idea. He wouldn’t have to worry about anyone getting shot if he was the one doing the shooting.

Removing his Revenant Jason quickly took a position next to the merc. Although he couldn’t see his face, Jason could instantly tell the merc was about to question what the soldier was doing.

“We’re about to be swarmed with an unknown number of C-sec officers who probably won’t care about taking us alive and we have minimal cover. Would you prefer to be a hero or have some cover fire?” Jason gave the merc a side glance raising one of his eyebrows. The merc nodded and the two returned their gaze now the barrel of their rifles.
