Hey all. I'm a few sunsets over 30, and I live in Michigan.
I'm a former Marine, currently kind of going to school.
I've been RPing since AOL, so that's like <counts, then recounts, then sighs>, over 15 years.
I RP at an advance level.
I'm pretty awesome, but I'm kind of direct, prickly, and assertive in terms of the RPs I participate in and the people I RP with.

@Polyphemus That sounds great. Well, you joining, you being from Misery, and you agreeing with the mentality I have. It's tough being a GM, and honestly, I hope my straight forward manner weeds out a good portion of players now, instead of having to deal with them in the RP.

@Corporal Lance Keep in mind that, which this RP going in Seasons, hey, if you do not make the first one, we can put you into the second when it starts. So no rush or pressure.

I was actually eyeballing this before the mention, having remembered it from the old boards. I'll give some thoughts to committing to this one Az, but I've already got two other IntChecks on the back burner.
I don't know how to say this politely, but FUCK those other RPs. This is MY RP.

Oh. The reality is that the RPs DID go well. Extremely well.
Before the site went down, my RP was into the fourth season.
After that, when the site came back up, my RP was 5 pages in before things started happening, like my father getting cancer, my Mom getting cancer, and going through a divorce while dealing with depression and anxiety that was exasperated by all of those factors.
So. Yeah. All in all, I say they went extremely well.
And anyone who was unhappy with the RP dying, hell, I was too. Anyone who cannot understand the reasons behind it, or has some need to be rude about it, they're cordially invited to go fuck off, and I hope at some point in their lives, they understand that circumstances suck sometimes.
I anticipate this RP going on the same pace as the original. If I didn't think it was possible, I wouldn't start up this RP. It was a reason it took me so long to start the RP back up now. I wanted to make sure it could be done and managed by me.
Hope this clears the air, @DMZ and the original players who may not have known the circumstances behind my departure last time.
