Bio
I'm a roleplayer and am in many fandoms such as Jurassic Park, Ranger's Apprentice, and House of Secrets. I'm a Tolkienite, Potterhead, Demigod (that's what they call themselves right ?), and in the Mr Mosbey Fmmmmmdom. My favorite characters are Gollum, Annatar, Tom Bombadil, Treebeard, Dahlia Kristoff, Anubis, Janus, Pan, Sirius Black, Hedwig, Dobby, Mr Mosbey, Will Treaty, Jack Sparrow, Davy Jones, Grishnakh, Gorbag, Snaga, Tartarus, and Thoth. People call me Dark, as my name's Dark Severus. My OTP is Wildelia (Will Draper and Cordelia Walker) from House of Secrets. I've many characters, as I started roleplaying through Google+. My favorite custom/original characters are : -Fornost the Silver; a great drake inspired by Smaug. -Thovion son of Thodon; a halfling whose father was a Dwarf and his mother was an Elf. -Sorgak; a giant six-armed demon who was bound to the ground and was one of the most powerful children of Satan. -Serpentus; a god who has the bottom of a serpent and the top half of a man, and is the god of serpents. -Delfaroth; a skin-changer who transforms into a leopard. -Aratir son of Aratar; a 'silver' ranger inspired by Aragorn son of Arathorn. -Raptor Oakenshield; a son of Poseidon ranger who is also a ranger and has a pet Stymphalian bird named Tarkin. -Hogan (forgot his last name); a misunderstood son of Tartarus who lives in his father's realm. -Goridoc Brandybuck; a very adventurous yet old Hobbit who lives in Tookland. -Admissarius Eqqus; a Centaur whose upper half is that of an Elf.
Besides these, I've a lot more, but these are probably my best yet. Have a nice day !
The civilizations in this RP are Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Norse, Mayan, Chinese, and Hindu. Anything in the weapons, family, and pets is to be put in a hider. You could remove the History bar if you'd like. Characters could be 15 or above, but adults are preferred (still you could be young if you'd like).
Cussing must be veiled using #, *, or - and that's only during RP. No cussing outside RP. example : S### !
Respect everyone equally. In RP, however, you may be as disrespectful as you want.
No racism of any type, and listen to the GM.
You may have up to 5 characters, but, with the exception of the first two, each character must be made after the previous character is two days old.
Send me the character sheet before posting it here.
It isn't in your CS ? It didn't happen. I told you to remove it but you edited it in after getting approved ? It didn't happen either. Character unapproved ? Either improve it or start a new one.
Follow the character sheet please and no lore-breaking characters.
All gods, with the exception of some minor gods, will be NPCs. To make a minor god profile then first you need to have 2 characters approved.
During RP, all characters must be active, unless a good reason is provided.
If you want a spot then go ahead and take it. If I find your character is good enough for it I'll reserve it for you if it isn't approved.
Keep the romance PG-13. Anything else ? Skip time, or your post will be deleted. And don't describe it in talking either.
During RP keep your grammar and spelling proper, and try to use the right vocabulary to deliver the message and make the meaning more powerful. For example, saying "The river flooded the village." and "The river came upon the village like a herd of angry and roaring bulls, charging against ever man and woman, and against every buildings, small or big."
This takes place many years ago, not in the modern world. Consider that before posting anything.
Children and servants of gods from several civilizations are on edge of war. A great evil in the far North has been stirring; a dark power growing, its shadow extending slowly upon the lands. The gods are confused about what they should do, and have been arguing themselves. Eventually, artifacts from their palaces have been stolen by those who had joined the coming evil. Gods are arguing, not only of different civilizations, but also those of the same origin. Some have joined the dark power, and others are against it. And, without the gods or not, war is coming, and it's sooner than expected.
Earendil entered the bar. His face was young and ageless, his hair golden like the oak leaves during the fall. He wore simple clothes;brown robes and long leather pants, and under his robes was a metal shirt, hidden unseen. Earendil took a seat to the left of Lance, he was barely wet from the sea. Earendil glance at Lance from the corner of his eye suspiciously.
Mithril
Mithril, in his Dwarven form, was on the road. He has been moving since several weeks now. His beard was long and gray, his mustache above his lips. On his beard were braids of metal, wrapped around it like zig-zag of black and gold, and upon his grey hair was broken old crown of stone. His robes were black and red, his chest covered by metal armor, and upon his back was a cape of bear skin. Mithril hoped to see none of those who killed his mother, none of those whatsoever, or blood would be spilled; either his, theirs, or both of them.
Lance could really use some company, he's real close to breaking the fourth wall here, I can hear him pounding at the fourth wall, don't let him shatter it. Lance is in a bar at the moment.
o_o I WILL SAVE YOU, FOURTH WALL !! I forgot my character's name Sorry for not being on, my sleep was totally.....twisted the last few days
Name- Mithril Gender- Male Species- Metal Clank Personality- slightly arrogant, talkative, reluctant, guarding Powers- Fire-breathing, hard-skin, swordsmanship, mining Bio/History- In a ruined and abandoned Dwarven city, a Metal-Clank egg hatched. From it rose a newborn Mithril. As a young dragon, his mother taught him to hunt and to survive for himself against Elves, Dwarfs, Humans, and other dragons, and of course against natural disaster--Earthquakes and drought to be exact. When he was old enough, Mithril traveled to lands away, leaving his old mother behind in their home. In his Dwarven form, he wandered the lands, seeing the new and the old, learning of happenings and such. When he returned, however, Mithril didn't believe his eyes. What he saw was a terrible sight. His home more ruined than it originally was, with a few fires crackling on fallen torches, beside a large silver figure, casting a great shadow upon the floor and one wall. But that wasn't what caught him by surprise. What did was the blood on the ground, and the fact that the silver figure was lying in a huge puddle of dragon blood. He approached it, and grief came upon him. The silver figure was Mithril's mother. She was dying as an arrow stuck out from between her scales. Blood flowed down from her body like a waterfall. And she spoke her last words. "Take care...".
Since the day his mother died, Mithril swore revenge upon whoever was responsible for this. He didn't go far from his lair anymore. And he practiced his skills as a Dwarf and as a dragon. Long had he lived with none but a few passing dragons or with the animals of the forest which he hunted for food at times, or with fish in lakes which he ate at other times. Dwarfs, humans, and elves didn't pass through his territory, for it's only to be found through a hidden path in the woods and mountain ranges. Mithril has one goal in mind : Revenge. And he waits patiently for that day; very patiently. Other-
Human/Dwarven/Elven Appearance-
Name- Earendil Gender- Male Race- Elf Personality- Nice, out-going, friendly, social Branch of Magic- Air and Water Weapons/Equipment- Sword Bio/History-
"Eärendil was a mariner that tarried in Arvernien; he built a boat of timber felled in Nimbrethil to journey in; her sails he wove of silver fair, of silver were her lanterns made, her prow was fashioned like a swan, and light upon her banners laid.
In panoply of ancient kings, in chainéd rings he armoured him; his shining shield was scored with runes to ward all wounds and harm from him; his bow was made of dragon-horn, his arrows shorn of ebony; of silver was his habergeon, his scabbard of chalcedony; his sword of steel was valiant, of adamant his helmet tall, an eagle-plume upon his crest, upon his breast an emerald.
Beneath the Moon and under star he wandered far from northern strands, bewildered on enchanted ways beyond the days of mortal lands. From gnashing of the Narrow Ice where shadow lies on frozen hills, from nether heats and burning waste he turned in haste, and roving still on starless waters far astray at last he came to Night of Naught, and passed, and never sight he saw of shining shore nor light he sought. The winds of wrath came driving him, and blindly in the foam he fled from west to east and errandless, unheralded he homeward sped.
There flying Elwing came to him, and flame was in the darkness lit; more bright than light of diamond the fire upon her carcanet. The Silmaril she bound on him and crowned him with the living light and dauntless then with burning brow he turned his prow; and in the night from Otherworld beyond the Sea there strong and free a storm arose, a wind of power in Tarmenel; by paths that seldom mortal goes his boat it bore with biting breath as might of death across the grey and long forsaken seas distressed; from east to west he passed away.
Through Evernight he back was borne on black and roaring waves that ran o'er leagues unlit and foundered shores that drowned before the Days began, until he heard on strands of pearl where ends the world the music long, where ever-foaming billows roll the yellow gold and jewels wan. He saw the Mountain silent rise where twilight lies upon the knees of Valinor, and Eldamar beheld afar beyond the seas. A wanderer escaped from night to haven white he came at last, to Elvenhome the green and fair where keen the air, where pale as glass beneath the Hill of Ilmarin a-glimmer in a valley sheer the lamplit towers of Tirion are mirrored on the Shadowmere.
He tarried there from errantry, and melodies they taught to him, and sages old him marvels told, and harps of gold they brought to him. They clothed him then in elven-white, and seven lights before him sent, as through the Calacirian to hidden land forlorn he went. He came unto the timeless halls where shining fall the countless years, and endless reigns the Elder King in Ilmarin on Mountain sheer; and words unheard were spoken then of folk and Men and Elven-kin, beyond the world were visions showed forbid to those that dwell therein.
A ship then new they built for him of mithril and of elven-glass with shining prow; no shaven oar nor sail she bore on silver mast: the Silmaril as lantern light and banner bright with living flame to gleam thereon by Elbereth herself was set, who thither came and wings immortal made for him, and laid on him undying doom, to sail the shoreless skies and come behind the Sun and light of Moon.
From Evereven's lofty hills where softly silver fountains fall his wings him bore, a wandering light, beyond the mighty Mountain Wall. From a World's End there he turned away, and yearned again to find afar his home through shadows journeying, and burning as an island star on high above the mists he came, a distant flame before the Sun, a wonder ere the waking dawn where grey the Norland waters run.
And over Middle-earth he passed and heard at last the weeping sore of women and of elven-maids in Elder Days, in years of yore. But on him mighty doom was laid, till Moon should fade, an orbéd star to pass, and tarry never more on Hither Shores where Mortals are; for ever still a herald on an errand that should never rest to bear his shining lamp afar, the Flammifer of Westernesse."
Other- Has a way with birds, and he travels through land and sea but mostly sea.
History : Goridoc had been traveling since his tweens to lands as far as Gondor and Fangorn. He never gets tired of adventures, and would go on one once he gets the chance to.
