The ones from Calle are usually monthly. I tried to start another one a few years back.

If you feel like you need help no shame in going out there and getting it. Take care of yourself.

I think you can develop a flair. A personal style. Words and phrases you like. That's why I don't get using Grammarly for word suggestions.

Why are we ignoring the real question? It is my duty to bring us back to the pressing questions of our age.

Do you do Halflings?
The way things are now and how they got to be that way is a subject which never ceases to entertain.
Absolutely. Let me know if you have any ideas for it too. You can be a CoGM if you want. I don't have like all the idea developed anyway so I could use some input. You or anyone else with an idea, lemme know.
Sort of. I'm thinking more like a fan fiction approach instead of an RP. Sort of intersecting fan fictions.
Fucking boomers.
Am I eligible or is Doodle disqualified on account of being too adorable?
So I haven't GMed an RP in a long time and this hardly really counts but I've got an idea I've been working around that I think could be some good fun. Here's the basic idea.

The Brief Respite is a small tavern that people find themselves in when they're lost. Lost can mean a lot of things so some are there because they're literally lost and can't find the physical place they're looking for, some are lost because they can't make a decision, some are lost because they have made a decision and can't deal with the consequences. Some are lost in more philosophical ways. The Halfling bartender has a little spiel to explain things when folks walk through the door. There's probably more to it but I haven't thought much of that out yet.

The idea is for folks to have their characters from other RPs come in and meet or for folks to use the current conversation or story to come up with a character and write a short story about that subject.

It starts with "Lost" so folks would right a short story about their character coming into the bar, meeting the bartender, greeting the characters already there and telling their story. Once we've got a few participants we could have them start talking about something else which could be used as a new writing prompt.
I'd like to suggest that this be done collaboratively, having either the winner pick the next style/subject or a user generated list from which the next style/subject is picked randomly.

Something like a style choice and the. 2-3 subject choices. So you might be Art-Nouveau Skulls/Bears/Alien or it might be New School Fantasy/Beach/Animals or Chiaroscuro Cyber Punk/Metal Band/Christmas. You could also use visual cues to help explain visually rather than through text.

I'd also like to suggest voting done only through participants.
Hello stranger,

Saw a response to this on the front page so I took a look and wow. Really cool artwork.

Someone on I believe the second page mentioned how cool it was to see you get better as time goes on, and as someone who just saw the stuff you've posted here for the first time all at once I just want to second that. You were good on the first page (Sindri in the OP, the Snow Lady with the Staff, and the Antlers lady) and you got a good bit better as time went on. Those last two. Yes.

The sort of Barbariany lady with muscles and sword. I really like the detail in the little hair decorations and the armors and the shading all around. The last one, with all that great shading and the gradients in the clothing and her eyes and the feather earring and that decorative thing in her hair with the bone thing on it and the embroidery on the cloak and the wings.

I live Tijoon and Tsaruna too. Excellent work. Cheers and Happy New Year!

This one time in a Wild West D&D setting I was a very bad ass Variant Human Monk. It was my first D&D game ever with a few folks from RPGuild. I no longer have record of exactly what was happening but one of our party was a weird snake lady named something like Miss Prescott. We were investigating a weird ass cabin for some kind of bounty hunting group.

So we sneak up on the cabin and we hear weird rustling and talking noises coming from inside so we all get up on the door. We try listening in harder but it's still just weird rustling and moany talking sounds. So it's either zombies or people fornicating or zombie people fornicating. Cool, we know how to handle this.

We all get around the door in position. The plan is simple and also mad sick. Fully mad sick. My monk is going to spinning back kick the door off it's hinges and then rush in there with his shotgun and if there's anything in there that's undead and not fornicating he's gonna blast it while the others pour in with their six shooters and snakey bits and other cool shit.

I roll to Chuck Norris down the door and fail miserably. My bad ass Shotgun Monk missed a sick ass spinning back kick on a stationary inanimate door and instead very undramatically just opened it and rushed in.

The undead weren't for fornicating, we did shoot them. Then we came upon a ladder and my Bad Ass Monk failed a climb check and fell down the hole. At least he didn't negligently discharge his weapon into someone.

RIP Cowboy Monk
