The gong sounded Angela asked Bakuto not to hold anything back. He nearly smirked from that comment as he had planned going all out from the start. He watched as she charged at him, she was going to for a strike, but Bakuto stood there in his stance as Angela approached him. She wasn't that fast compared to his last two opponents. His gaze that he stared at her with didn't waver at all as she approached he watched her movements. He watched her move took in how she moved with each step. He studied everything as he prepared himself for his own first movements. This was the fight that will end the tournament and Bakuto didn't want to make any mistake in his first moves against the other finalist.
He waited to the last moment to act he would use his afterimage technique. Bakuto had used this before but he wasn't trying to reappear behind her where he had with his other opponents he was going to try and reappear a few seconds afterwards inside his own afterimage. Then just hauls off and goes for a heavy strike to start off his offense. A serious punch looking to nail Angela in the gut with a solid punch. She didn't want him to hold back and he wasn't. He was going to hit her with all his strength while using his speed to set up the strike.[

It was time for Bakuto to head to the ring for his match up, the finals of the World Martial Arts Tournament. Everything seemed like a dream that led to this moment that Bakuto could hardly believe he was here. The preliminary battles were a breeze for Bakuto barely even a challenge. Then came the first three rounds. The first guy Rhine Bakuto used his speed in its more normal state to out match him.
Next was Jackson. Bakuto took a little bit more damage in that fight but he showed his secret technique to the world the afterimage. Bakuto revealed he was a lot faster then the first round battle. Then was the semi final round battle against the man who defeated the former champion Bakuto just outclassed the man who got everyone's attention with nearly a single shot when he dropped Lee from the tournament to get to the finals. Bakuto didn't leave that fight harmed but he did leave his impact having showed what he could do when he doesn't hold back. Now he has the finals he had to prepare for.
During that hour Bakuto focused on intensely meditating for the final fight of the tournament. Bakuto went through the fight through mental scenarios from what he seen from the battles he watched. Bakuto only had that last fight to learn anything from his opponent which was still fresh in his mind. From what he learned from Angela's fight with Niko she was smart and could still hit someone that was faster her as she anticipated then moved and acted. Bakuto knew he needed to visualize the battle and anticipate what he was going to be up against.
The time soon came Bakuto was told to leave the preparation room after he took a deep breath he took up and made his way to the ring. Bakuto popped a senzu bean into his mouth and had began to eat it as he entered the ring. Bakuto would need the extra energy for this fight. This isnt like the other rounds, this was as serious as his last round, but now Bakuto wasn't going to hold anything back he was going to give this fight everything he had. To Bakuto he couldnt lose here, he was close to winning the tournament and getting his village the help he wanted to give it. This was the time for Bakuto to either claim his victory or go down fighting.
Bakuto gave Angela once he saw her a respectful bow as he done to all other opponents in then took his battle stance as he waits for the gong. His breathing was steady, his demeaner was focused as Bakuto stared intently at Angela studying everything. Watching how muscles moved as she breathed, watching for any similar things she did from the last fight she had with Niko. The moment the gong rings Bakuto waited, as he planned this would be the moment that decides the fate of the tournament.
Bakuto's Reaction to Semi Final Round 2 Location: World Martial Arts Tournament, Planet Earth Time: Saturday, July 16th, 2500
Bakuto watched as the battle begun, this was a highly anticipated battle. Until this battle all the other fights were lackluster. This fight and throughout it Bakuto was on the edge of his seat as one would say if he wasnt sitting on the roof of the building didnt watch from his elevated position.
Niko was fast and Angela was strong . While the girl couldn't keep up with the speed she didn't need to as she kept reading his moves and striking when she needed. Those weren't tiny strikes either, if anyone else was hit by those they wouldn't be get back up. The secret technique of Niko caught Bakuto's interest. It appeared that Niko was trying to save his best move for the next fight but in the end Bakuto figured that is as cost him the fight as Angela was back to her feet after that last exchange. Bakuto's opponent in the finals was going to be Angela who he knew from the tournament announcements was called Angel.
Standing on his feet Bakuto leapt off the roof and gracefully landed on his feet. Grabbing a few senzu beans he flicks some to Niko as he was leaving and his soon to be final round opponent Angela. "That was an awesome fight. Take those senzu beans you both most likely are going to need them after that fight. They seem to get rid of fatigue and heal wounds, both of you should heal up after that fight." Bakuto begins to walk off to get ready for his fight before he stops and said one more thing, "This final round should be something. I'll be looking forward to it." He then walks off where he would prepare properly for the final round battle.

A fast exchange of lightning quick strikes, something about Lee's technique made it feel like Bakuto had punched through some sort of force that resisted his punches. It didnt help however as Bakuto was not going to be denied these strikes. He used great speed punches, even Bakuto had lost count how many shots he delivered, but when he sprang back from the attack.
Bakuto slid and used what force he could to stop him from sliding out of bounds. His breath was hard and erratic as he just ran an hour long marathon in about a couple of seconds. Whatever technique Lee had used that energy build up did do a bit of damage to Bakuto as he punched it repeatedly and now his arms were battered from what Bakuto could tell was his own speed and strength crushing against Lee's technique.
"You were one tough opponent. Not sure what you did, but if we had to go through another exchange, I might be the one on the ground possibly if not worse off." Bakuto says to his fallen oppoonet with the crowd still trying to understand what happened. Bakuto then gives his respectful bow to his opponent, "Thank you for the fight." Then he turns to the referee then says, "This fight is over, my opponent is out cold. Please call the match now."
After waiting for the decision Bakuto would then leave the ring back. He needed to get another senzu bean that or bandage his arms up from that last fight. Bakuto was content with how things are progressed so far, he was not too long ago a semi finalist, how quickly this changed he became the first finalist to take part in the Martial Arts Tournament in this latest year. Bakuto was content with how things have gone but wouldnt stop himself from his attempt to become the champion and with this whole tournament.
Bakuto approached the last two fighters that were left for the first time in the tournament. He says, "Good luck on your match. I'll be looking forward to seeing this match up. Make a good show out there, from what I have seen this semi final round should be a real good one." A contrast from his serious nature he had back in the ring now more joyous and excitement to see what is to come. These two Eclipse and Angel seemed quite capable to Bakuto and he had thought these to would put up a great fight for the next and final semi final round of this tournament.

Seeing Lee take his spot Bakuto was laser focused on him. He barely even heard the announcer announce the match, the only thing he heard was the gong and the match begun. Almost in a flash Lee was coming right at Bakuto with above average speed. Bakuto had expected this from seeing Lee's battle with Michael. This was the benefits of being the semi final rounds he got to see what his opponent could do. It was also a hindrance as Lee has seen what Bakuto could do and he saw Bakuto's Afterimage technique he used against his last opponent, but Bakuto wasnt going to dwell on this he needed to act and act now.
As Lee charged forward Bakuto looked towards Lee and smirked for a second then moved at his own top speeds using his serious speed on top of his afterimage speed trying to use his afterimage to catch the charging Lee off guard. It might not as be surprising as it was back during the last the round Bakuto used it for the first time but it was a great speed boost he had to use. Bakuto moved at great speed, he figured Lee would have an idea of what he was going to do as he performed the double afterimage to attempt to catch Lee off guard.
Disappearing and creating not only one image in front of a target, but creating a second afterimage right where he had attacked his last opponent to hope to catch Lee expecting the same move he did in his last move to the exact move again then hit from a different angle on his reappearance.

Bakuto had watched the battles with firm concentration. First battle he watched was the former champions battle that he had looked forward to watch, it didnt end as he expected. Bakuto expected the champion to clean up the battle because he was the champion but he lost. Bakuto stood up on his feet the moment he lost. Those last moments a lot happened at once, Michael the champion appeared to use some sort of Twister attack, but Lee didnt wait for the storm to pick up and quickly did away with the champion. Bakuto had wanted to prove what he could do against what was considered the best being a champion and he as already defeated.
This Lee character got Bakuto's eye. Bakuto could see how he won, he had youth and speed against the much older Michael. Bakuto thought his next battle wouldnt be like any of the preliminary battles or the other rounds before this one. This guy could fight, and fight fast on stop of that he had the strength Bakuto hadn't seen in a lot of the other competitors up until that moment.
Reactions to Eclipse vs Rica
The battled that followed this was a great treat for Bakuto, a battle of speed between two fighters but in the end the one they called Eclipse won the battle. Once against much like Lee Bakuto saw someone else that had a similar strength that he also had. Bakuto didnt know either but now his eyes were on Eclipse, Bakuto wanted to test his own speed against his and he thought he would get a chance possibly in the finals should both of them match it to the end of the tournament.
Reaction to Ace and Angel
The last battle of second round, Bakuto was getting fired up more before that fight had begun. Then the ending happened, Bakuto stood up and loudly exclaimed, "Wait that was the ending? She gives up in the middle of an intense fight? What's going on?!" Bakuto's outrage wasnt answered, but he watched the battle from the roof he sat on, he watched like a hawk yet he didnt see what had happened. This wasnt the right way this battle was meant to go. Based on the two in the rings reaction they both seemed shocked. Someone or something ruined that great fight and Bakuto was not happy the way it ended and was looking to put his frustrations and anger into his next fight.
Bakuto VS Lee Semi Final Round Prefight Setup

Bakuto waited for the semi finals for what seemed to him to take forever. As his round was ready, he took his extra's senzu bean. as he ate it, he entered the ring. Bakuto was thinking back about the past battles, this was the semi finals and the way the other battles ended. Bakuto knew he could no longer hold back. He showed a bit of what he could do in that last round, now he wasn't going to hold back against this Lee character.
Something was wrong from that last fight but Bakuto couldn't dwell on that he had to focus on his fight and his fight alone. Bakuto took his spot the same spot he had in his other round matches now he stood their waiting for his opponent to emerge. His demeanor and tone was different then the first round match up. While the first round of the tournament Bakuto was excited and could barely control it his tone shift was more serious. His gaze was stared straight at where his opponent would enter from, as he stood there silently he was focused on one thing. The battle that is yet to come.
"Well if we are going to continue on ahead, then lets get going. Not sure what a Gible is but it sounds like an awesome pokemon. I am looking forward to seeing what we can find." Bakuto says cheerfully to Gabe. Looking forward to get away from the minor distraction that was the Misdreavus and its trainer had on both Bakuto and Gabe as they headed to the mountain rocky region to look for pokemon.
Absol turned and started to head off back in the direction where they were going before. Almost as if the distraction never happened, Absol was just enjoying the walk to the rock region. Looking forward to actually getting somewhere soon. Absol looking to get more training in so it could help Bakuto better.
Bakuto then asks Gabe as they walked, "You looking for any specific pokemon yourself? Me personally I will catch any pokemon that I can catch. Even if I cannot use them in the final battles of the Rorie League, I just want to catch some new pokemon." Sharing his thoughts about catching pokemon with Gabe as this is how he actually felt. Bakuto liked all kinds of pokemon and wants to catch all kinds but he was curious to see what Gabe wants in the kind of pokemon he would go after.
That took a lot longer then I had planned to edit and fix up. Hope Im not too late to fix my application, been busy IRL but I finished it up. Had to rewrite a lot with this, ended up tossing out a lot of the orginal character idea this was, but for the most part it should be done now.
The magic might be a bit much but the idea was better for me to work with rather then what I was trying to redo with the Crystal Maker magic. But the changes are finished and here is the end result.

Storm Caller
The magic and power to control elements of storms. Using elements of certain weather phenomena. Example a Lightning storm, controlling the rain, wind and lightning of a basic lightning storm to do what they want.
To learn the magic of the storm caller, the user must first find a Tome of the Storm Callers. These books to ordinary people are just plain books, to normal wizards they can see the power of these books but without a knack for storm calling magic they are useless. Much similar to celestial wizard keys these are the main backbone of the Storm Callers magic.
When a storm caller reads the Tomes they get overwhelmed by tones of knowledge in an instant. Learned what these is within the type of storm and acknowledging the basics of what the storm can do. While it does take a bit for the Storm Callers actual gain control over the spells the storms they have control over but they have access to the full range of powers that the storms in the tomes control. Once read the tomes disappear and reappear somewhere else in the world waiting for someone else to read them.
It takes six months to gain any control into crafting actual spells for dedicated storm callers. Some take nearly a whole year.
There are multiple types of Storm Tomes, as there are many types of storms. A Storm Caller can learn multiple types of storms but can only be using one set of spells at a time. It is costly to switch between spell types, but Storm callers must do this if they want to use their knowledge of the other tomes. Bakutos current storm types
Lightning Storm - This came for the Tomb of Lightning Storms. Granting Bakuto the ability to use the power of a lightning storm with his magic. This mostly is rain, wind and most prominently lightning are his spells while using this tomb of knowledge.
Winter Storm
The other tome Bakuto found is the Tomb of the Winter Storm. On the contrast to the lightning storm, while sharing similar properties this deals with cold temperatures, snow, wind and ice.
Spells:
Lightning Storm Spells
Passive ability with this Bakuto is resistant to electric attacks.
Summon Rain- As the spell says it summons rain. it doesnt do much more other the summons rain from a storm. The lightning storm tomb deals more in lightning then rain so Bakuto cannot do much more with the rain then just make it rain. This is normally used to set up
Create Storm Cloud- Makes and summons a storm cloud that acts on its own. Bakuto has no inital control over the storm cloud.
Lightning Strike- Conjuring a lightning bolt from his hands, then leting it lash out in a single strike of lighting. Bakuto can throw lightning bolts at people from his hands. A singler strike that he can accurately using to hit pin point spots.
Lightning Barrage- A more advance form of the lightning strike. Conjuring lightning bolts from his body. Multiple lightning bolts lash out at random towards whatever direction he is pointing. The control is removed for a more aggressive barrage and flurry of lightning bolts. All varying in different powers and strengths and hitting all over in random.
Lightning javelin/Sword- This is is once again a singliar attack, instead of launching a bolt of lighting, Bakuto's arm turns into a Javelin which he can use to fight with like a sword. Or he can using the entire power into a super charged punch which launches the javelin out spearing whatever is in front of his hand at the time.
Lightning Charge Boost- This spell is a work in progress, for Bakuto, but essentally it is a two step spell that requires cloud cover to work. He throws a super charged lightning strike into the sky, normally into his own storm clouds. Then the second stage the lightning bolt strikes Bakuto back charging him up with the power he just struck into the clouds and doubling his own electic power and speed.
This charge lets Bakuto move at great speeds for a short period of time. Turning his personal strikes into lighting based attacks, but it is an extreme double edge sword. While it gives him the speed and lighting based attacks with his physical combat. It using his own magic doubling his own magic going past its own limits. It both damages Bakuto and only lasts ten minutes before the power leaves him then he becomes paralyzed from a sudden lack of power. Giving Bakuto temporary magic Deficiency syndrome leaving him very vulnerable for attacks.
Storm Caller Spell Tome Shift- This spell is the spell Bakuto must use to switch between his two different storm types. Bakuto cannot use both the Winter Storms and Lightning Storms at the same time. This spell switches the knowledge of the tomes letting Bakuto switch between tome types. Sort of like re-equip the knowledge in his own brain. But this is done to an extreme to completely suppress one storm power and unleashing the other. This spell uses half of the current maximum power at the type when the spell is cast. Leaving the user to have to recover or be really down with available magic power should he need to do battle right after.
Winter Storm Spells
Passive for these spells is Bakuto is nearly immune to sub zero temperatures.
Snowfall- This spell makes snowfall appear where Bakuto wants it. Making a mixture of water, ice into a flurry of snow.
Snowball- Creating a ball of snow unlike a harmless snowball this can be hurdled at people at great speeds, and the snow balls are almost as hard as a steel ball, but very light. A variant to this a a Snow cannonball this is much bigger, but heavier fires forward as if it was launched from a cannon. The normal ones are just the size of the palms of his hands
Blizzard Barrage- Using the spell to throw forward a barrage of snow, wind and water at someone.
Frostbite combat- This makes Bakuto's punches and physical combat attacks very cold to the point that he can give someone frostbite just by punching them. Freezing the air as he punches. Turning the water air into ice, or if he punches water turning it into ice as well.
Temperature drop- this is an area effect spell Bakuto can rapidly drop the temperature around himself from a fifty foot radius. He can drop the temperature to zero. Takes a minute to fully cast the spell

Strengths:
Excels at focusing on ranges This strength, if Bakuto is focusing on long range then he excels at long range. If he is focusing on close combat then his skills in close combat will excel. Close combat he can face off against other close combat users and long-range users if he is up close. If he is focusing on long-range then his ranged spells get more precise
Quick on his feet- Bakuto is quick at moving and changing things up. Between casting spells, Bakuto can quickly shift how he attacks and moves when he isnt casting spells.
Overwhelming spells- The storm spells normally use wide range spells, normally overwhelming people in a wide range. difficult to dodge, but when his spells get more focused the overwhelming wide range spells become true like spears nearly able to punch nearly anything.

Weaknesses:
Range Focusing- While in his strengths this is also is a weakness. While he can excel at one range at a time, he drastically loses his strengths in the other ranges. If he is focusing on long range, then close combat will suffer greatly. The same is the other away around if he is focusing on close combat then his long range spells suffer. The same with his defenses.
Must finish Casting Spells- This weakness, Bakuto must finish casting one spell before he can cast another. If he casts a lightning bolt, the attack must finish before he can use another. Casting his 'summon' spells the inital casting must finish before he can use another spell as well. This leaves him open slightly between when he cast spells
Costly Magic- His powers use a lot of magic, quickly burning off a lot of his magic power. Using more of his spells quickly can lead to reaching his own limits pretty quickly.
Personality:
Highly energetic, hot head, and idiot are words that descirbe Bakuto generally personality. While his persoanlity is abit more the that but those are the general traits he has. Bakuto's first trait being highly energetic he is full of energy and is ready to get any job down. To some his energy could be exhausting, as he goes to the points where he cannot focus on anything.
He also is prone to get into a lot of fights as he likes fighting, he doesnt like being wrong which often leads him to being called a hot head at times. As for him being an idot he often doesnt make smart choices. Bakuto is trying to find the place he truly belongs so he can further develop his magical skills
History/Bio:
Bakuto was born in the far outskirts of Hargeon. He never knew who his parents were he was raised by an old hermit who was also his original magic master.
The old Hermit found Bakuto in a basket floating down a river, and he took him in. The hermit was a 'Weather man' controlling the weather through spells. In some old-time this hermit would go to places within Ishgar giving people weather changes that they needed for their villages.
The Weather Man Hermit was a master of the Storm Calling magic on a such a degree mastering hundreds of different Storms. This was the strongest person Bakuto had ever known for the longest time. But the old man always reminded Bakuto that he wasnt the strongest wizard. Always talking about magic guilds talking about long past forgotten things telling Bakuto that he should join a guild if he wanted to see stronger wizards, but Bakuto was content with sticking with his master.
During his time with the old hermit, Bakuto was given his first Storm tome the age of thirteen. The Tome of Lightning Storms, after a bit of studying for years prior Bakuto got attuned to become a Storm Caller Wizard and was able to aquire the knowledge within the tome. But he was overwhelmed by the book's knowledge it put Bakuto in a paralyzed but conscious stat where he could see, hear and feel everything around him but he couldnt move.
This lasted for a week and this was the most terrible week for Bakuto as during this time his master was attacked by another much younger storm caller wizard. The wizard was after the tomes Bakuto's master had in his possession, wanting the knowledge off all the spells he could possibly use. The young storm caller wanting the power to crush everyone with the ultimate power of the storms. The old hermit refused to hand his tomes over just because he didnt 'like' the man. From sensing the malicious intent in this antagonistic Storm caller and not wanting to give the power of storms to this man.
The young storm caller attacked the Weather man Hermit he was going to kill him and take all the Storm Tomes.. The two fought, the young man had youth on his side, while the old hermit had experience and knowledge with over hundred different storms. The battle was like two titans colliding for a full day and night. Hurricanes, fire storms, sand storms and other storms collided between the two wizards.
Most notably the young storm caller used an Acid rain storm and a volcanic storm, extreme element to cause destruction. The weather man hermit had to fight while trying to protect his student who was unable to move using high winds and fire to put an end to the younger wizards spells.. Constantly switching between different storm types, put a toll on both wizards.
During this fight, the old man knew he couldn't prevent this younger mage from getting a hold of the spell tomes. Instead of letting him get them, the old hermit used a wind spell and sent nearly all of his tomes flying far far away
The younger wizard was angry that he couldn't get the tomes and resorted to using forbidden 'lost' storms. His pride was hurt from being unable defeat an old man so he as going to put his life at the cost to kill this old man. It was a Bane Magic storm, a spell that takes the user's life to bring a wave of bane particles, that would surely kill everyone caught in them. The Weatherman hermit used the last bit of his magic to create an updraft of wind to send the storm cloud of bane particles up high up into the sky and away from anyone. The young wizard disappeared after the spell almost as if he became that cloud, and the old hermit sent it high up so it couldnt affect anyone and so it could be easily thinned out by the air.
The hermit couldnt avoid breathing in the bane particales himself but he stopped it from affecting Bakuto. Bakuto regained the ability to move a few days later, but his master was dying quickly and painfully. Bakuto could do nothing but help ease his masters pain as he slowly died. On his death bed his master told Bakuto to go join a guild and further develop his talents.
Revealing he still had one tome that didnt get blasted away with the others this was the last thing given to Bakuto before his master passed away. The Winter Storm tome, time would pass Bakuto would bounce around between other guilds. He learned and acquired the winter storm knowledge three years after his master's death.
Bakuto was in Blue Pegasus for a few years, but he couldnt fit in that old guild. Bakuto wasnt the kind of guy that would fit in at Blue Pegasus, and he tried but eventually he had a falling out. Eventually he found his way to Fenixtear, he hasnt been around long, its been about a month or two since he joined.
Bakuto is still trying to find the place he belongs to, not really sure if he found the right guild. Wanting to live up to his masters final wish to join a guild and to further his own magical talents. Fenixtear is the next chapter of his life and it begins now.
