"Alright I can do this...one, two, three and go!" a white-haired young man says in an alley looking at the walls. Dressed in an all black robe like clothes with white trimming. Then he jumps hitting one side of one wall, then like magic or skill jumps from one wall to another then to another. Trying to scale these walls by jumping, almost jumping off the hair to get up. "Woohoo! Got two! I can get to the top!" He jumps a third time up and seems to have missed his jump. Whatever he was using to jump he didn't get enough power or build enough of a foot hold and then he fell straight back down into a dumpster.

"Ouch...one of these days I am going to break my neck...spirit neck...honestly not really sure how all that works if I break something in this form." says the young man. This is Bakuto Hokori when he spoke about this form he was currently a spiritual body he was a Shinigami/Soul Reaper or rather a Substitute for one. He just became what he is now quite recently other than fancy new clothes, a fancy sword he was given new powers and skills that nobody but special spiritually inclined people can see him do or use. Basically he was given fancy new toys and he wanted to use them. Currently he was trying to get used to a kind of jump step, Youho was what he was told it was called. Jumping off basically the air, but Bakuto was using walls as a crutch trying to get better at it. He just got cocky, lost focus and didn't get a foothold and just ended up falling.

"Maybe I should have listened to that Ouga dude..." Bakuto said to himself as he trailed off when a watch he left nearby started to go off then realized quickly he needed to go. "Right, I spent too much time here. Got to get back to the shop and replace that Konpaku before Ouga or the other one figures out I stepped out without asking...or taking one of those Konpaku things without asking...might be fun to spar with him but getting scolded again isn't very fun."

Dusting himself off and taking bits of trash off himself from when he fell into the trash can. Then started heading down the road heading for the bike shop. "Hopefully I remember how to get back into my body again..." Even though he has been a soul reaper for a little while a lot of things are new to him. So he isn't sure of many basic things but he does find most of this fascinating or rather fun to try. Now he is off trying to get back to the bike shop walking back while trying to 'enjoy' the sights around the area. While he was just actually just people watching and trying to keep his mind busy as he walks back to the bike shop. Not really hurrying, if he was going to get scolded then it would happen but he was still enjoying the feeling of being like this. Feeling strong with tons of new powers and feelings also getting to carry a sword around seemed cool to him. For now though he had to get back and that is what he planned on doing.

I was going to leave most of the Techniques blank until we start progressing within the RP. If our characters were only just recently given the powers of the Shinigami I wouldn't think they would have that many techniques yet. Also, yes I am still aiming for two sealed swords. As for the two Hoho techniques. I'll give Bakuto the jump step Youho and leave the second one blank until later until he learns more. So now have two techniques for my character on the CS. Give something to build up later.

Before becoming a soul reaper Bakuto liked to scrap with anyone with simple fist fights, now he has swords, new skills and new enemies and plenty of other things to fight. While fighting though Bakuto does often get lost in the thrill of the fight, and often likes to play with those he is fighting with.

Backstory:
Bakuto's background. he is a and was a bit of a vagabond/ruffian. Bakuto was a man who 'collected' debts for a loan shark that he once owed money to. Be got this job after beating up the previous 'collector'. Bakuto was relatively good at his job but he owed the loan shark a lot of money. He had a heart of gold and often lent people money after borrowing it from the loan shark. Being the middleman, but kept whoever he gave money to but being the fall guy having to get the money back.
This also led him down the path which led to his demise, taking a job that he couldn't finish. His loan shark was ready to collect his debts out of Bakuto's own hide So in the end Bakuto went and got beaten nearly to death. To the point that his soul left his body. With the soul chain still intact.

Why did you become a Substitute Shinigami:
Why did Bakuto become a soul reaper? After he died, he was hunted by a hollow. It was a blessing in disguise, as it stopped him from fully dying. His fallen debt collectors that were beating him to death were the first things the Hollow attacked. It tore them apart
His first hollow, it looked like a pigman monster kind of thing or at least that is how Bakuto remembers this. A normal person's reaction to seeing a monster is to run, he did not punch
Bakuto fought this monster, with no powers and freshly dead this went as one can expect, he nearly died while he was already dead. The hollow nearly consumed him if it wasn't for the Shinigami that saved him. Because he had no chance in beating the Hollow. It was more less hitting a grizzly bear with a spit wad. His fists did nothing. His only saving grace was that Hollow was already being hunted. That and Hollow toyed with him, playing with its food before going for the final kill. The Shinigami killed the hollow with ease.

After the Shinigami saved him he then yelled at him for trying to fight the hollow with his bare hands. Bakuto had made a joke somewhere around saying "Should have kicked more right?' Something about Bakuto and his bravado saw him as a choice for becoming a substitute Shinigami then was given the offer. Bakuto had laughed it was at this point he was now jobless and did not have much going for him so he said yes to this whole deal. After a bit of healing and quick first aid to prevent Bakuto from fully dying the deal was made So he became Substitute Shinigami /soul reaper because he had no other choice. Giving his life a better meaning other than shaking people down for money now he can fight monsters like the hollow that attacked him.

Alright, I kind of forgot to change the stat blocks around. I thought I had changed the stats with only Hoho and Zanjutsu as my 2 points. As for the Hollow, there is nothing important to that in the backstory. Honestly figured the easiest way for a Shinigami to find him would be hunting a Hollow.

As for it being a nemesis, there was a thought in the first version when I had Bakuto's boss send the Hollow after him, but it wasnt really something I was thinking fully of. It was to have a Hollow go after Bakuto, him try and fight it, get discovered, get offered the job, then boom end of backstory.

But here is the third character sheet. Stats are fixed, kept the joke though. Him being terrible at kido or understanding I think would be funny later on.

Giving his life a better meaning other than shaking people down for money now he can fight monsters like the hollow that killed him.

Bakuto has two zanpakuto, nearly twin identical full length katanas. One is slightly thicker than the other and heavier. Standard and plain in appearance, one has a white guard, grip and hilt. The other has a silver hilt, with a black grip and silver guard.

Is this still full? Seeing how the last person in OOC asked this about 3 years ago it can't hurt to ask. Don't see that many supernatural RPs around this one looks interesting and could a pretty fun to be a part of.

Black Clover: Fool's Arcana

Well here is version 2 of my character this one is extremely watered down. Kept it sort of flame magic with the potential of a spirit later on. Hopefully this version of the character is better and more acceptable than the first I submitted for review.

Bakuto-Sun Flame Magic

Many people think he is a little crazy at times, but most of the time it is just a show he puts on. He puts on a smile, tells jokes when he is out in public and tries to let people know things aren't ever that serious. Often playing the fool to get a laugh out of people. When his actual personality he is less of a jokester and more get the job done kind of guy. He really doesn't like sacrificing people, if he can put himself in the way of others getting hurt he will. In case of a trolly problem when having to sacrifice someone to save others he often picks a third option of throwing himself sometimes both figuratively and physically at things to solve problems. He follows his own code of conduct, which he often says he has how own rules, but it is just something he always makes up on the fly It doesn't matter to him if you are a commoner or noble he will speak to them and treat them the same. If you are a good person then he will treat them like a good person. Rude people, he treats them back as such. He has punched nobles and spent time in jail cells because of this. Often he forgets to 'pay' for things. Walking through towns he will often start taking food and eating as he walks through them and doesn't pay. At least not at first. He often says "just send the bill wherever I'll get it eventually." He does pay for things late down the line. Debt over food means nothing to him though. | MAGIC: Sun Flame Magic- Bakuto's magic is flame magic or at least he believes it to be flame magic. His grimoire is unique as one it possesses the picture of the sun and Bakuto cant open it. His flame magic and spells are improvised weakened versions The book waits to open until he is strong enough to open. Having the grimoire examined Bakuto knows that his magic is Sun Flame Magic or it was theorized it is. With an inside keeping the book closed magic experts can feel a presence of a spirit who is still asleep waiting for Bakuto to become strong enough to emerge. Inside the book is a Sun fire spirit, a Phoenix. Unknown to Bakuto it is merely only a baby bird within the book. Phoenix waitting for its choice wizard to become strong enough for Bakuto to use it and awaken it. | SPELLS: SPELL LIST Spell 1- Flame Sparkler and Flash Support distraction magic. Extreme light offensive magic Flame Sparkler is a spell Bakuto created when he was much younger as a 'party' trick that Pushing the mana through his finger tips he throws small spark like flames. Almost looking like sparks or some even see them as fast fireflies. They are light burns more of a nuisance causing mild stinging. Bakuto can increase it to a huge amount of sparks. The spell lights up an area quickly. Sparks are stage one of the spell. Stage two however he surges his mana up causing the sparks to Flash extremely brightly to blinding lights. Generally a useless spell against people can sense magic except for a quick surprise. Allows for an extremely quick distraction so Bakuto can help people run or prepare something else to assist him in combat. - Spell 2 Flame Magic- Fire Bullet Offensive Singular firing spell. This is Bakuto's last ditch effort spell. Good for one shot before causing Bakuto to be spent of magic currently. Focusing all his mana into the palms of his hands then he smashes his hands together and forcing all of his mana into a ball. Using his hands he kneaded together a ball like a ball of whatever up. Using his flame attribute he pushes everything into a singular ball of attack and compresses it down as small as it can go then pushes even farther until it expands again until he has a ball of fire the size of his own head. Many see a very small mini sun before he always yells, "Fire Bullet!" The compressed ball of fire gets shot out of his hands then explodes on contact. The sudden impact then explosion engulfs whatever it hits. The explosion pushed directionally towards whichever way it was fired at. ABILITIES & SKILLS: SKILL LIST Name - Description. Martial Arts- Fighting skills. Hand to hand combat. Bakuto's fighting he has studied many forms of fighting. Due not having that many spells at his command Bakuto trained to fight with his hands. Creative use of Mana- Bakuto has a bit of a creative approach when fighting and that goes to the way he uses his mana. Without his grimoire he possessed a bit of power starting off creating sparks just as a kid. Later he grew up creating a dense ball of fire where he can do what he calls 'real' damage. Survival- Basic skill of survival. Bakuto thrives out in the open area. Stranded out nearly anywhere Bakuto's survival skills are extremely high. He can catch his own food. And sort of cook it. (Bakuto sucks at cooking everything always ends up burnt) Strong- Due to living a rough life in the woods doing hard work, Bakuto is extremely strong. His strength isn't 'super' levels but he does have a bit of muscle on his body so when he punches someone they really get hit really hard. Name - Description. GOALS & FEARS: Goals- Become a decent magic knight Dreams- Also he dreams of making the clover kingdom a place where it's peaceful enough so he doesn't have to do anything but just have fun all day. To do that he knows he has to create everlasting permanent peace. Fears Water, he can't swim. Has great survival skills but throws him into the water and he freaks out and sinks fast. So he was scared to get into deep waters. Or getting even close to it. .............................................................................	HISTORY HERE Bakuto was born as a commoner on the border of the kingdom. Born of a lumberjack's child, Bakuto spent his childhood in the woods with his father. Chopping trees, and providing lumber for the towns around the clover kingdom. Bakuto's father was an honest man who always worked hard. The man possessed greater strength than anyone else. Compared to his father, Bakuto is tiny. The man stood nearly eight feet tall and was a goliath of a man. Hurling trees around all day just made him even stronger. Nobles saw Bakuto's father as a freak of nature and feared him because he was 'different'. Yet the wood he gathered was good enough they kept asking him to bring more. Always shouting cruel things at Bakuto and his father. But everytime Bakuto would get angry and shout back his father would smack him in the head to get him to stop. "Don't upset the nobles! Their words are only small, we are big. Don't let them get to you. Be bigger." his father always had said to Bakuto. A mysterious fellow one day when Bakuto was twelve had asked for a special project from Bakuto's father. A rare tree within a fiery strong magic was region. A magic tree that couldn't burn even through its surroundings was with volcanic regions. Twelve days and Twelve nights and Bakuto's father finished the mission and got this fellow his wood. Bakuto accompanied his father to the capital this day to sell this wood to the fellow who asked for it. The mysterious fellow was a nobleman who had been kicked out of Clover years ago but lived within other noble families that harbored him in. When they show up to give him the magic wood. Instead of paying for the wood, he killed Bakuto's father in a blink of an eye. And captured Bakuto. This man was creating weapons and selling them to criminals and the other kingdoms outside of clover. Bakuto was nearly sold to the diamond kingdom when the magic knights stopped it from happening. This man killed himself before getting caught. Bakuto never learned his name, only that he was working with the diamond kingdom to arm criminals within clover with magical weapons. Bakuto had to bury his own father next to the house he was born in. By the biggest tree of the forest Bakuto lived his entire life. The knight that saved Bakuto, gave him their deepest condolences. Told Bakuto to become a magic knight, to prevent others from going through Bakuto's trauma. So Bakuto spent time on his own training to become a magic knight. He showed up to some random town where grimoires choose their wizards. Bakuto spent five years training and learning how to become a magic knight. Knowing he needed his own Grimore. and after asking around he found a town that did just that. Those who saw him enter thought little of him other than he was a wildman coming out of the forest trying to get a grimoire. Thinking of him being a fool that would never get chosen. In this selection Bakuto's grimoire was the first to appear. And rather forcefully it flew out and knocked Bakuto out of the building the grimoire ceremony was held in. A solid gold book, but unlike others did not possess a clover on it of any kind. Instead it was a picture of the sun. Bakuto tried to open the book and it sealed itself closed and locked itself. The book picked Bakuto but refused to open for him. Not for the lack of him trying. First try to open it with brute force. There was only one spell that was written on the back of the book. 'Sparks'. Bakuto went town to town having his grimoire examined. Trying to get anyone to help him open it up and to learn anything about the book even if he couldn't open it. Learning the name of his magic even though he keeps calling it 'flame' magic instead of calling it Sun flame magic. The sparks are the starting to a much bigger fire in the future scholar told him in his travels. Telling Bakuto within time he will open the book once it is ready or once he is strong enough to open it. So with only one spell to use Bakuto trained until he had create own spells out of the base work of the first spell. He could blind and annoyingly burn someone or he could create a ball of fire out compressing the spell down. Bakuto once deemed he had a spell strong enough for the entrance exams, and possessed enough skills to use his mana and combat to make up for the lack of magic powers he has. So he is off to become a magic knight!
