"...Wait, was?" She blurted out after hearing Lex's elaboration. Right, he's supposedly just... owning his little part of the world and doing what he wants, right? And as the population's numbers dwindle, they needed help - but the usual help isn't around? That explains why they're all here, but something doesn't seem right. Red understood the scope of the situation, but - what would have happened to trigger this sudden change in the protector's behaviour? Though she 'was' struggling to think with the rising noise levels in the office, she dared not add more fuel to the fire, opting to remain silence in response to that in particular. Rising to her feet, she shook her head and spoke to Lex again. "I still don't think we're going to get out of this with all of our numbers - we may be a bit underwhelming by ourselves in comparison... if all of us even wanna deal with this." She glanced to the aforementioned scene that kicked up, with people having questioned why Lex even brought children here to begin with. Part of the reason she herself didn't speak up against it is her own experience of fighting from a young age, but it's not like anyone needs to know that.

As Lex explained the situation, complete with the models and visuals, there were a fair few answers here. If they help him with this issue, they get to go home - and the place they are in is Metropolis. The problem however, is the protector - Superman - who has seemingly taken a turn. One moment he was flying through the sky, the next he was hosing down civilians left and right with laser vision and punching through them with a single closed fist. To put it simply, Red was worried - fearful even. "Wait, so-! Do you want us to investigate this, or fight him? But if you say he's the protector of this place, I feel like something's wrong here..." She thought aloud to herself. "Even still, he protects this place, right? We can't afford to literally kill him if that's what you want us to do, because the locals will still need help at some point..." She thought aloud, questioning Lex's methods before he even said what to do at all - it's a simple conclusion, but she's not 100% about what he even wants! And yet, she doesn't like the idea of doing someone's dirty work again. She might not be correct, but it's an educated guess.

The hours passed, but nobody and nothing else did. No deaths (yet) somehow - as thankful as she could be for this, Red seemed a little anxious when that woman from earlier returned - staring over everyone before a door in the glass cage slowly slid open, letting people flow out. Red Riding Hood opted to be one of the last to leave so she could keep an eye on everyone from the back of the group, though she couldn't really see much 'from' that angle all the way back there. The tight space of the elevator and the cold, deathly silence wasn't very welcoming at all - but... Red couldn't help but shake in her skin as she and everyone else ascended slowly within this elevator. Higher into the sky, far above the ground and even further away from the people left behind, if there are any others literally below them at all. The arrival to this clean, expensive office did seem to gain Red's attention, though - as she stepped out of the elevator to look around. "Ooh, this is... really nice! Smooth, simple... looks like a bit of luxury to me, though..." She mused aloud to herself as she turned to face the sun which had now shone down upon her and the rest of the group... before turning her attention to the sudden 'other' voice in the office, who was not among the group, but rather seated at a desk in the office and leaning over it - hovering his eyes over them all as he spoke in a smooth yet still serious tone of voice.

"Huh, so you're the guy we were told about. Makes sense." Red comically spoke - aloud to herself once more. At the notion to get comfortable by the man in the office, Red practically leapt on that chance and within seconds she dropped herself backwards onto the furniture - lying back and putting her feet up, but trying not to get in anyone's way if anyone else was already there and/or nearby. Needless to say - relaxing is a go! Though she was aware they would be here a while, what Red is most concerned about, is... "Alright, so - tell it to us straight. Some kind of dire situation, you said - like a bounty? Clearly you may not even need all of us for this one job depending on what it even is! Do you mind telling us exactly what you're getting us all into here?" She voiced to Lex - though his explanations seemed to catch her attention even more. So, somehow, he gained information on everyone here and selectively brought them here somehow, before putting them all in this glass cage... and wants some kind of dirty work doing? Though Red didn't look too impressed as she made this conclusion herself, it's not like she had a way out any time soon.

Upon hearing the Captain's surprised gasp, Red laughed a little before she was suddenly surprised by being lifted up in his arms, that once maintained smile being poisoned with panic - albeit panic that quickly passed. "Yeah, that's right - I'm here alright! You ain't getting rid of me this time!" She laughed a little more before being shook and held close and tightly - something she briefly reciprocated... before being put down and having her hair messed up. Of all the times her hood fell down, it 'had' to be while she was running to him, huh? "Well, I didn't intend to be in a glass cage today, but I woke up and here I am. But hey! Seeing as I'm here, it'd be a shame to waste the opportunity if we're not gonna get it for another long time!" With a bright smile up to him, she raised a closed fist up to him as she stared at him from such an angle. It may not have been a planned reunion, but no job is gonna separate them this time!

...Right?

"Hameln! Yes! That is my name! If you have any objections, discard them immediately!" Hameln comically responded to Marco as he processed her name after Hameln had introduced herself, but when he continued, she drew herself to a swift silence before she realised what he was even on about. "...What? Lead the way?" Hameln blurted out in surprise, looking around as she processed this, looking to Marco after a while before sighing and shaking her head. "Did I mention I only just got here and woke up? I feel like I may have forgotten to say that I don't know where here is, but my lair certainly isn't wherever here is!" Raising her tone as she spoke, lacing it with a mild frustration amid a former bout with just being straight-up confused, Hameln's confidence drooped after her words parted, losing themselves in the wind.

It had been a while now. A good few minutes of sustained silence, off in a corner of this glass cage - this transparent box of a cage has... somehow kept everyone in it. As she scanned over the group time and time again, Red couldn't help but notice a potentially familiar face - at least one person she would have seen before. Narrowing her sights to focus clearer, and a clear line of sight helped her greatly! The one she recognised was the one and only, Captain Falcon - who she had formerly met on a past trip outside of her world. With a little shock and some excitement suddenly rushing through her, Red found herself taking off before she even realised. "Comin' through!" She said as she suddenly rushed around the outsides of the cage until she could see him closer and clearer still - and as she did so, could faintly recognise two more, but not as well. Whether of not the Captain would be able to react quickly or not, he would suddenly have an incoming tackle from Red to deal with, who may or may not have just knocked him over if she succeeded and if the Captain's balance isn't rigid.

"Surprise! Did ya miss me?!" She eagerly spoke with this wide and infectious smile on her face, laughing regardless of the effectiveness of her sudden tackling. Sighing heavily after a while of this laughing, she just looked right at him, as he should have noticed and/or recognised her by now if he remembers as much as she does, and begins to speak again. "Real nice to see you again, big guy! I sure hope you haven't forgotten anything after all this time, because I sure didn't! Including that punch that I asked you to teach me before we parted!" Now silencing herself and waiting for any form of response, Red seemed happier than ever all of a sudden - something she is a little unaware of, but something that may have gathered more attention than she wanted.

"Marco... Luna... got it!" Hameln nodded after Luna's confirmation, and swiftly paused when Luna asked about her lair. "Oh, of course! You're probably more used to the term 'home' - but have one, I do! Granted, it's far under the ground, but... a home's a home!" With an upbeat tone of voice, Hameln remained smiling as she spoke, though it seemed she was a little wary of speaking 'too' much. Yet, she continued, because she could, and that energy was not going to use itself. "But I digress! A lair truly fitting for the mighty Demon Lord!" Although this was clearly a self-proclaimed title, Hameln seemed quite confident in it - and herself - but didn't seem to consider that it would potentially give off the wrong idea to her two new friends here. If they would even call themselves her friends at all when they literally just met.

"Why, you were? Well, that's splendid timing! After all, great minds think alike!" Hameln's smile returned, as did her raised tone of voice before she noticed Marco's outstretched hand. Within seconds, Hameln grasped onto it firmly - though not a powerful hold, it was secure enough for a greeting handshake - and that's alright. "Luna, and... Marco? I sure hope I heard your names correctly..." She said aloud to herself as if she was verifying the information before introducing herself, which she would do next. "Hameln, at your service! Pleased to meet you both!" Shortly removing her grip from Marco's hand, Hameln turned to Luna and back - though she didn't know much, she made a nod of acknowledgement as to what Luna did, recognising that she had indeed calmed Marco down a considerable amount. Such an instinct on a stranger towards another is dangerous - foolish even, and it seems to have paid off. Depending on the 'target' for this however, it could have gone so much worse. "But, again... not even I know where this is. I've never seen anything outside of my lair - my home - so this is honestly throwing me for a loop!"

Hameln was made aware of that her own presence had been spotted - she did not take long at all to realise that at least one of the two (the girl) had noticed her while the boy who was lost in his own sorrows vented and slowly settled. The good news, which Hameln was relieved to see, was said boy was slowly calming down from his emotional problems, which she could only infer was happening, but lacks the context. Of course, she is but a witness - but this brought her to the bad news, where she was just. Staring at them. Awkwardly, watching - without an inch of movement nor a single sound. Realising this, of course, Hameln didn't feel too good about it. What the heck was she thinking?! Just standing there, wanting to help, but not knowing how! If she knew the context anyways, she wouldn't be able to fully relate and ease the issue regardless of whether or not she was right there to begin with!

With a downed sigh, she nervously inched closer, though not wanting to say anything as she drew closer to the duo, her eyes stained with concern as she looked right at the boy in question before she finally said anything at all - not to him, in fact, it was in response to the girl who asked her question of - where the heck is here anyways? "E-Erm, so... sorry for interrupting - I didn't wanna watch any more, but... I-I don't know either! It surely is not where I or either of you belong!" Though she stuttered, Hameln's tone was serious if riddled with concern for the situation at hand despite the volume of her voice and the energy she carried within it. When their attention turned to her however... there goes that sudden bravado that allowed her to even approach to begin with.

Speaking of the Game! Fret finally got his answer about the possibility of the Riding Hood having a pin… and it looked like this was not a Game. Welp, there goes that theory. The former player sighed, managing a small smirk nonetheless. “No problemo, thanks anyway, Red.”

"It's all good! I'll just be right here if anything else is needed! You know, just in case!" Red widely smiled in back at him - though she couldn't help him with whatever he was even doing this search for, she at least tried and there was nothing she could do. That's fine, though - it's probably a lot of stuff she doesn't even understand! Before she can think further, she heard a rise in tone from Negan, once more. This time, catching her by surprise.

In fact, before she could even react to the scene itself, it had already concluded!

Had it not been for him shouting like a total dumbass, then the boy might've actually gotten the jump on Negan! But alas (for him that is), that was as far from the case as one could get. Because as soon as he came slashing forward with that attack toward his bat, Negan just barely managed to stumble back and out of the way. However, due to the sudden shift in weight, Negan wasn't able to hold his balance for very long, and as such had fallen over within seconds.

"NO!"

Negan shouted this at the top of his lungs after immediately leaping back up to his feet. No attacks were made - however what he did do was angrily point Lucille right in Tousai's face. The smile was gone - replaced by a look that could only read as animalistic anger. And with said look came an equally animalistic growl, as well as a shake of Negan's head,

"Ohhh... no..."

And then, Negan began to back away for a moment, practically forcing out a smile as well as a chuckle. The bearded man shook his head then, while wiping down his cheek with one of his gloved hands...

And then almost on a heel, Negan turned and charged forward with a swing, aiming to bash that little shit's skull in.

"WHAT THE HELL-"

welp.

BAM!!

Negan didn't even have any time to think - let alone react - as Sougo's magic stop sign smacked him right in the face and sent him flying back. His back ultimately struck the glass cage with a thud, and all that could escape Negan after that was a soft groan. That groan turned into a whimper soon after, and as his grip loosened around Lucille, both she and her hit the ground with another thud and a clnk-clnk! respectively.

For the time being, at least, Negan seemed like he was out cold.

Red just stood there in sheer disbelief. How quickly that happened is... alarming. In fact, it concerned her greatly. Rattling her head around, trying to think of something to do - but clearly, trying to help this man stand on his own two feet is more effort than it's worth! "You have got to be kidding me right now...!" With a hint of anger in her tone, she kicked her boots off the ground - if only briefly - at the sheer sight of this madness. Is there 'really' no taming these people? Only one way to find out - and while the man later rose to his feet as if nothing happened, Red kinda... turned her brain off from that scene altogether, trying to give it 'some' rest - and looks to yet more people waking up in this glass cage... A fearful and concerned expression said it all - this was gonna be a nightmare to manage, or try to manage. Raising her hood over her head for now to try and hide her face from the scene, she returned to silently watching as she tried to calm herself down.

So much for her 'responsible' and 'composed' image, huh?
